I have been to this dollar general location several times over the last few years, and I will first say this is the MOST dirty and disorganized dollar store location I have been to of ANY dollar store chain. The shelves are never more than half full of merchandise, and what IS there is scattered around, and about 60% of it has no price to be found, neither on the shelf nor the product itself. There are ALWAYS fire and safety code violations throughout the store(piles of boxes everywhere in the floor as well as carts full of merchandise blocking every aisle, requiring you to turn sideways to squeeze through and making it impossible for a buggy to go down the aisle). There is only 1 employee that should be allowed to keep her job- the rest are the most rude & unprofessional people Ive ever encountered. Dollar General, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS,YOUR WORST LOCATION IN THE COMPANY!!!!

I went to this store around 4pm Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at approx 4pm to purchase a few items. The Gatorade Zero is clearly marked at $1 for the Zero product on multiple shelves. The cashier rang my 2 bottles up at $1.20 each. I went back to the shelf and took a picture to show him the price as $1. He then asked me to take the bottles back and put them on the shelf as he does not label the shelves - since I did not want them!!! This was ridiculous! I left everything with him and walked out the store.

This store is great and always has been ever since it was built. The people are always super friendly and helpful. Theres one employee that quickly comes to mind that every customer that comes by hell specifically greet them and ask if theres anything he can help with. Super nice guys, I believe his name is Scott. But the rest of the staff Id great as well. I always love going to this store because I never know what Im gonna find. I prefer this one over all of the other because of these reasons. Thank you Dollar Tree people!

I stopped by the store a few day ago on a regular weekday around 4..The lights were on and there was no reason to think the store was closed. I pulled at the door as did a lady with her baby..just as we were turning to walk away,a young lady unlocked the door from inside and with a attitude said come in hurry up im closing.. the lady and i both just walked away..it was no need to even reply. Rude and ghetto

I just visited this store 365 its 330 pm Feb 10 2021 my experience with the cashier was very nice this girl should be in a high position in my opinion

You get a lot of merchandise for your dollar. Their are such a variety of things to choose from. I got lunch and dinner for under 5 dollars. This store is highly recommended.

Most horrible Dollar General that Ive ever been to. I just needed a pack of gum. It took me almost twenty minutes of waiting for the staff dealing with different issues of the two customers before servicing me. My total was 1:13 I gave Zee my cashier $2. He asked if I had exact change. I didnt. He said I only have 75 cents. I took it and left.

I went to this location on one occasion and there was broken glass in the floor. Went back a week later same glass, same place still glass in the floor.Not very well stocked. Very messy. Nice people

Im becoming more and more of a Dollar General fan. This location is neat and fairly large.

It is 9:21 p.m. and Im currently standing outside of this very Dollar general store hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday it says right here on the door however the doors locked someone come to the front and they just walked off and disappeared they looked at me and my husband crazy whenever I asked are yall not open it says youre open until 10:00 pm!!!!

Dollar General usually always have what I need. No complaints.

Its better than the one off six flags thats for sure.

Employees arent required to be masked at work here during the Covid-19 pandemic, but customers are. Its not safe.

Love these store so clean!

The coupon policy CLEARLY says you can combine a store coupon and a manufacturers coupon. Yet Ms. See my cashier, whom was pleasant, was not able to process both coupons. So she called a store manager of another location, whom told her they no longer accepted both store and manufacturers coupons together. Very upset, because as a single mother I budget accordingly and I depend on coupons to save where I can. So to have to accept paying one price after planning to pay another is not okay.

I shopped this location 7/19/2019 approximately 7-730 PM. The service was horrible. The entire time I was shopping, I heard employees venting about their job. One female employee spoke so badly about her position at dollar general. She went on a rant about her scheduling and how she keeps her 2nd job as a “security blank” she was encouraging the two other employees to quit.Once I was finished shopping and ready to check out, I had to ask the employees (who were huddled with one another) which lane was open. The young man that checked me out was nonchalant. I had to ask him how was he doing. He never greeted me or thanked me for my service. I WILL NOT give Dollar General my service ANYMORE!

The staff here is very rude. Some will greet you as you walk through the door but others wont even answer you when you tell them thank you at the register. The items are always misplaced and discounted prices marked on the shelves scan as regular priced items through the register and if you try to remind them, the staff glare at you and dont believe you. I have never been to another Dollar General but I can assure you that if the service is like this place, then I will gladly keep my money in my pocket.

The new design of the store is very nice but my biggest issues are cleanliness and lack of cashiers during the peak hours. Every time I go into the store no matter the time there is always merchandise every where and always in the way, a safety hazard for sure and also during the times when folks are getting off of work the place is busy and even though they know this there is always just one cashier on the register. The staff is friendly so that is a plus but they need to work on keeping the pathways clean and finding better times to restock the shelves. Another issue is that at times the items Im looking for are not stocked and it means I have to buy a replacement I didnt want or not have the item at all. This is mostly the 50pk BC Powders... They are always out for some reason.

Decent DG. Bigger than most but feels crowded due to setup and long, narrow aisles. Basic DG with basic items you would expect, priced pretty.much the same as any other location. Was convenient to our hotel and the laundromat we used while in the area.

The manager didn’t even show up until 10 minutes after 8am. Then tells everyone standing outside they have to wait outside while he does some stuff to open the store. Will never be back to this location. Several people pulled up and saw the doors were still locked and left. This is ridiculous.

The Dollar General off Palm River South 78th one of the best in the world and I supported I want you to support it too

This store was a bit messy. But it gets 3 stars because the cashier was really nice.

Was waiting in line next to check out and the lady in front of us was having trouble with her card only one cashier while wait another cashier that works there came in to shop. By this time the line had grown to about four more customers waiting by this time I guess it was either another cashier or manager came up instead of taking the next person in line she checked out the person that worked there instead of taking one of the five people already waiting. She was in and out in less then 2 min while have been waiting for a while in line waiting on the customer that was having problems with her card. I will not be going back to that store if thats the way customers are treated.

Store is hardly ever stocked with things and that some of the people that work there do not get in hurry when you are trying to check out cuz theyre too busy doing other things need more employees
