3rd time should be a charm right? The absolute worst experience every time. Spoke with Eric and he was So unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this location.
If I could have give store no stars I would. Extremely unprofessional the pharmacist. EXTREMELY Poor customer service. Being in the business myself I’m appalled with Walgreens store #07337 needs to shut down immediately before a lawsuit. I’m from Maryland picking up pain meds for son after his surgery only to hear the lack of empathy instead I get “ we go to lunch from 1-2 pm. Mind you I arrived at pharmacy at 12pm. Male pharmacist lacked leadership, empathy, and compassion for customers. Sad to report but necessary!
Terrible experience with passport photograph guy. His only answer to any question is am just doing my job. That is terrible bad attitude towards any customer.
After 30+ years of using Walgreens for my prescription I AM DONE!!! When I was in Wisconsin Walgreens wasn’t bad at all, but now that I am a resident in Georgia this particular Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely the worse!!!! They are extremely unprofessional, do not honor they so called “promise time”. And COVID vaccines seem to take priority over “regular sick people” I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! T O T A L L Y !!!!!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR THE PHARMACY. The store can get 2 stars!
Please close this store down. The worst employees I have ever encountered, especially at the pharmacy. The counter guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do these employees think they own the store. To make it clear, this is the Walgreens on Thornton road in Lithia Springs. I will never, ever, do business with this store again

Pharmacist is rude AF!! He clearly hates his life. All I wanted was to ask a couple questions in reference to the covid-19 vaccine for my senior mother. He had his back turned the entire time even though he knew I was standing at the counter, acknowledgement is clearly not a concern. Once he did turn around “What do you want?” was my greeting. I wanted to punch him in the throat, so disrespectful!!! Customers are an inconvenience to him clearly. He said no to everything with no 2nd thought. Absolutely unprofessional, he clearly hates his job, and people.
If I could not rate at all I would. I simply asked was my prescription ready seeing how my prescriber sent it over. The person over the phone did not even bother to look nor asked for my name and stated, Tell them to send it again it got lost. The tone was very rude and nasty, he then hung the phone call. This is the second time I have spoken with someone at the pharmacy, and the rudeness was extremely unprofessional! I will no longer be using this pharmacy again, moving my services to CVS
Who ever the manager was tonight was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I have been living in this area for 3 months now I have been coming to the same Walgreens and I have been adding over a $1000 on to my time chime. She for what ever reason became paranoid because I Was loading cash on to my card. That I had my ID for. She completely made up an unnecessary lie and said and that Walgreens doesnt allow you to add more than 500 per day and thats ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I Been coming to this same Walgreens for 3 months. If she felt uncomfortable and was worried about getting flagged she could have just said that or not came over . I believe since I was using my passport she didnt think I lived in the area. Just unprofessional and ignorant -Iva
I went to the photo section and no one was there, so I went to the cashier and she didnt even acknowledge me. I said excuse me twice and she said she was going to respond when she was done counting her money. I said excuse before she started. She was so rude. I was going to pick up vitamins, but I put it back because no one was at the register, and I did not feel like facing the rude cashier. You guys need to do something about your customer service.
The customer service here is terrible. I was here on Saturday, 1/30 and the girl in the drive through was not wearing a mask while handling prescriptions...
Every time they make ppl sit at the window for almost 15 to 20 minutes before they ask what you need Ive been sitting in this line behind someone now for15 mins

I bought a charger a month ago on 5/27/20 today is 5/28/20 & they cant take it back because its exceeded the 30 days yet they tell you to keep your receipt I misplaced it then found it brought it back to be told sorry I cant unbelievable I hope u never have to spend another dime here o & Ihip are not good chargers theyre definitely overpriced
The pharmacy opens at 9am on Saturday. I pull up to the window at 9:01 and the pharmacist says he just got in and he needs to the load the system. The system loading will take 5 to 10 minutes. And hangs up the phone and walks away. They have the worst customer service Ive experienced at a Walgreens. If I had the number to the corporate office, I would call. A poor managed store all together.
Be forewarned, they wont accept Goodrx anymore. You can sign up for their discount program(for a fee), but youll still pay much more than elsewhere. I wont be using this store anymore.
If I could give less than one star I’ll do it. The pharmacy drive tru service is horrible. They talk rude like they’re fraustrated by their jobs. Horrible set of people.
We pulled up to the drive thru and the woman was already rude from the beginning. She said we dont have that in right now and looked like she didnt even want to help us nor order any. She didnt say thank you for coming or nothing. She just handed our sons prescription back with an attitude. People shouldnt work somewhere they dont want to if they dont give good service to people who try to shop there.
Very happy that I found more sugar free waffers. But I was getting an odd vibe from the cashier. It was really weird. But very happy I found something I like that was sugar free.
The system was down but the pharmacist Nicole did everything she could to ensure that my prescription was filled that same day by calling a nearby Walgreens. Nicole was very helpful.
They customer service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE from the staff rite back down to the fharmacy MANEGER if you can get your medication mailed to you do so and stay away from this location they are HORRIBLE here with customers and is not only me is with other members of my family and friends that have the same problem it is crazy with them .
Ive been going to this Walgreens for 10 years & have seen a lot of cashiers come & go. Debbie who has been there for a few years is the worst cashier I have ever dealt with there. You can honestly tell that she hates her job. She is always unpleasant & rude. Her customer service skills really needs work. I stopped by today to buy some halloween candy & she was so rude, so unhelpful & made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by checking the prices of the halloween candy. Like really tho? Last I checked that was your job. I am surprised that Walgreens has someone like her representing their establishment. If you hate your job get a new one. Dont take it out on a paying customer who is helping to put money in your bank account.

Worst pharmacy ever! Pharmacist sits around talking to employees about absolutely nothing rather than filling the backed up scripts you have. What an absolute waist of time and space you people are! Chick with the dreads in the pharmacy has THE worst attitude as she huffs and puffs as I walk away. I heard you loud and clear! So lazy!

This is the only walgreens pharmacy around that actually checks their voicemail for prescriptions and generally has my stuff ready when they’re supposed to. I drive the extra 15 minutes to come here instead of fairburn.
The staff members followed me around the store and made me uncomfortable. They tried to trick me by going down the next aisle then watching me. They even followed me in the restrooms.

Can someone pls explain to me how some pharmacists get their job like it must not be that hard because Im officially done with this illiterate pharmacist in the Thornton rd Walgreens her name is Danielle I dont know how she got her job not once but every single time I deal with her she messes up my mothers medication she gives us the wrong one she tells us its too early when its not that we have medication filled we dont have or dont even have a prescription for or my favorite tries to sell us medication we never asked for running our bill up that is someones health your blindly messing up her neglect for patient care is ridiculous never in my life have I met or had the misfortune to encounyer someone like this she needs to ring up burgers because shes going to kill someone and Ill be damned if its my mama Im not one to get someone fired but this is for the greater good
