This place truly sucks in regard to having a package located, delivering by the delivery date, and the inconvenience of customers making a trip all the way there to end up with zero results. I just drove 45 minutes from Dallas because the lady with the dreads on the left side of her head just let the phone ring and ring. I got there at 8:05 she moved as slow as she could. I get to the register for her to tell me the carrier wasnt back AFTER she had just told me she didnt need my ID yet because she had to find the package. My DT tracking number said it was ready for pick up. Im 100% positive she didnt want to go find it. Yall need to get her some help on a Friday night. Beyond unacceptable.

They say, the note says that they couldnt deliver due to the fog and storm in your area. I was home all day and it sprinkled once, blue skies the rest of the day. My concern is the carelessness of the clerk who was helping me. After creating my label, he offered to put it on the overnight envelope. He set it to the side and called the next customer to the counter. I asked him to close it because I didnt want the contents, which was a letter sized envelope, to fall out and get separated. He folded the top down, but did not seal it. Then put it back to the side as I was walking away. I had to INSIST that he seal it while I watched. Part of me began to question his motives. Why not just seal it the first time I asked, instead of making me believe he did. Now Im paranoid. There were very important PERSONAL documents in there.

I order a package and got it on time but, look at the pictures, a phone is inside! I saw the package and immediately went on my security camera. The delivery guy threw it on the floor, the box was smushed before he threw it. They dont know how to handle with care.

Drive made U turn in my driveway to deliver a neighbors package @10:21 today. Called Fedex to report. Very difficult to understand, Customer Service Rep, Meri, I asked over 10 times to be transferred to the station OR speak with someone in the US. She kept saying she couldnt do it, well she finally did. I was speaking with Ms Chris in Texas. Its been over an hour I have been on hold. I believe the station is SYVA your driver backed up in my driveway! Fix it!

So, FedEx literally handed me my package empty. They apologized and said the contents were stolen during transit but they still had to deliver it. I had to order again and subsequently requested to pick it up from this location and after waiting for almost an hour, was told I couldnt pick it up because there wasnt anyone to go look for it. Kenneth appeared to be the manager but was contradicting himself the entire time we spoke. While waiting, I watched the front staff tell people they couldnt take packages because they were too large and to just request a pickup. Once the other customer left, they said they just didnt want to pick up that big package. Horrible customer service and they truly do not care about their jobs or being helpful.

For the past 3 days they said they’ve been “attempting” to deliver via online tracking. I’m a stay at home mom so I know I’ve been home during all the times they claim to have attempted delivery of my package. No door tags were even left. Now I’m supposed to go pick it up or it’ll be sent back to the shipper. Awesome.

One worker was slammed when I arrived at 6:30 and none of her co-workers were helping. Finally after waiting about 20 minutes, someone came to help. He took my ticket and told me my package wasnt there without explanation or any further comment. I had driven an hour to get there and had to get my package that night. I asked him when it would be there and he said about 40 minutes. I checked online earlier that day and FedEx said it would be available for pickup at 6pm. This was 6:50 at this point. I ended up waiting in the lobby and the woman took my ticket and was very kind, checking periodically for my driver to return. Around 7:45 I got my package and was finally able to head home.I would have given 1 star but the woman working there was clearly working hard and was incredibly nice and helpful.

My original tracking said my package would arrive on a Friday. Later that day, the tracking said Saturday. Today is Tuesday and tracking has not updated since. I’ve called and no one can tell me if the package is on the truck or in the logistics center. If it could be confirmed at the center, I’d just go get it but no one knows. What is the point of having tracking for customers if it isn’t accurate? This is ridiculous.

COVID-19 test sent by PRIORITY OVERNIGHT to a person who desperately needs it. Tracking info keeps saying estimated delivery by 1030 today. At 1031, estimated delivery changes to just today. We waited here all morning to receive this package, while it sits in Lithia Springs being mishandled. Thanks FedEx! You are really doing your part to help us out during the COVID pandemic.

What is happening to the quality of Fedex? When I order a product I get confirmation of when my package is picked up from the seller and when it will be delivered. This is the 4th time Ive received a delivery date (different packages) I can see in the history that my packages are loaded on the truck for delivery. Yet they dont deliver. Instead they ride around with my product on the truck for days and days. If you arent going to deliver my package on the date you say, dont send me an email telling me it will be delivered. I change my plans to be home for my deliveries only for them not to be delivered. You just cant get good service anymore! The first email said delivery would be Aug. 1st now, with my package on the delivery truck, it will be Aug. 4th.

What a disappointment! My package was supposed to arrive yesterday/Friday. I took the afternoon off of work to sit home and wait for it. At 6pm I checked the tracking to find that scheduled arrival was now going to be Monday. It is Saturday as I am typing this and I just opened my door to check the weather only to find a We Missed You notice from FedEx on my door - time-marked an hour earlier. I have been sitting within 10 feet of my front door for the past 3 hours at my office desk working. I guarantee nobody rang the doorbell, as I have the volume so high it can be heard in any room of my house. Now online FedEx are says that I can either pick up the package today after 2.15pm, a half an hour away in the opposite direction of anything (and they close at 5pm!!) or wait until TUESDAY to go through the same deal all over again. This situation has now cost me one day of work on Friday, my Saturday, and probably my Tuesday too. Very disappointing.

If I can give no stars I would. The driver came to my house just to leave a note on the door. I was sitting in the house and didn’t hear not one doorbell. Luckily something said go open the door and they left a sticker for missed delivery. Terrible customer service if you not going to a least attempt to deliver, please find another job, and not just fill out a paper, but actually do physical work that includes knocking on the door or maybe even ringing a doorbell to deliver a package.

This is by far the worst FedEx location I have ever dealt with. The manager could care less about complaints or doing anything to make them right. The driver from this location that handles Villa Rica is BEYOND lazy. It takes me anywhere from 3-7 days to get a package past the delivery date. He continues to scan packages “attempted” when a delivery was never attempted and my video surveillance shows such. I have to close my business and drive all the way out to the center just to get my packages because he has a hard time making deliveries in a timely manner. This has been an issue way before the back up from the pandemic. He constantly leaves packages out in the elements instead of walking a few feet and place them on a covered porch. And forget calling or making a complaint at the center because nothing gets done about it.

There is no sign stating maximum occupancy for the drop off office. The employee that finally came up front when there were more than 3 people waiting in line kept telling saying there is a maximum of 3 people in the office when there were 5 including himself in the room with only 3 in line and one person copying and 2 more people had just pulled up. No one was wearing a mask, so what is the point of having a maximum occupancy that has no signage? I went somewhere else to get packages taken care of, I suggest you do the same.

I was supposed to receive my package on Friday 06/19. I ordered my product from a place called man crate a month in advance to make sure the package arrived ontime for fathers day. Not only did they not deliver the package on that Friday, they didnt deliver the package to my residence the next day either, but marked it as delivered. When I tried to get there mistake fix and see what was going on with my package they had closed already. I was told that the situation would not get resolved until 24 hours from now (Monday). So this means my gift which I tried to prevent from being late will not be coming on fathers day or at all for that matter. Needless to say I think FedEx is trash and they need to be put out of their missary. This is only one bad exsperience out of several.

The driver posts he attempted delivery but says he couldnt because business was closed and customer controlled access and I live in a residential home! For 3 days it was out for delivery then back to the facility with no delivery made! I know that its sloppy and lazy drivers at this facility because when a package comes from Austell it gets delivered on time. Fed ex in Lithia Springs is the worst!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! I was scheduled to have a delivery on 3/4. Checked my tracking number and said delivery attempted customer not available or business closed. They were scheduled to deliver it again on 3/5 and it was marked with the same delivery attempted notice and stated a third attempt would be made on 3/6. However, the package did not need a signature and could of been left on the porch with them claiming customer not available, but the bigger problem is... I have full video surveillance at my residence and not once on 3/4 or 3/5 did FedEx attempt to deliver my package.

I wanted to come share my recent experience with this location and its employees. It is the distribution center that services my residential area. I had a package that was shipped direct signature required. The delivery driver came at the exact moment in time that nobody was present at my home to receive the package. This was my fault, not theirs. I went by this location after getting off work and my package had not made it back from the delivery route yet. I was helped by a very helpful young lady, whose name I did not get. She instructed me to return later around the time indicated on the door tag. After 8:20 pm. This location closes at 8:30 pm. I returned around 8:20 pm and an employee named Sharonita Davis assisted me. Mrs Davis went above and beyond to help me get my package the same night. She allowed me to wait until the driver returned with my package, this put her past her closing time and her time to get home for the night. I am extremely grateful for her and the very nice security guard that was present as well. Mrs Davis exemplifies what customer service is all about. She could have easily sent me home empty handed, but made the decision she wanted to help me get my package. Thank you guys and especially Mrs Davis for all of your help. I hope to deal with you again the next time I have the need to visit this location.

Called customer service and was told to go to the location and pick up at location. Per their policy the customer service representative explained they have to look for and give you your package. When I arrived, door was still open, provided my tracking number, representative was unwilling to go back and retrieve my package citing weather. I responded that I braved the weather to come to the location per the instructions of FedEx customer service, they were unwilling to extend me the simple courtesy and go back and look for the package. The female representative finally went back, and 1 minute later, instead of coming back with my package, she brought a male associate as her back up to indirectly tell me to leave. Is this the new culture at FedEx where employees can arbitrarily decide when to adhere to company processes?

The service is extremely slow going at the copy and fax counter. Be prepared to wait. Staffing is an issue at this location. Fax fees are expensive! The cost for cover pages and subsequent pages can cost you $2.54 for long distance items. Local fees are almost that much as well. The checkout register attendant was very friendly and attempt to do the best she could to offset the lack of staff at the copy/fax counter. I suggest using the self service copy when possible.

Usually we deal with another lady when we have to ship our packages. But, today we dealt with Kathleen. This lad didnt want to help us and said it was policy. Sge said they dont help package anything. This FedEx is located in lithia springs, ga and its the ship center. She even said the lady we like and help us, was partying up in the front. This lady has no idea how difficult my loss is. Im dealing with death on my farm and trying to make sure research is done to protect my flock and protect the area I live in to stop a potential problem. I needed help to put my cooler in a box I was more than willing to pay for. This was a delicate matter. Kathleen needs PR repair.

Normally, I have great services here during the day. Today, I went there after 6pm and my experience was less than desirable. Five people in line waiting and one person behind the counter assisting the five customers. I asked her, if she could get some help and she told me, They are out to lunch. And Im hearing voices in the back.With people getting off work at 5pm, commons sense would tell them that they need more than one person there to assist people at that time.They should have every person working there cross trained in the event that this happen again.

The company I work for does $100k+ worth of business with FedEx each year. This FedEx location had the worst customer service. I didnt have packaging tape with me and wanted to buy some from this location. I had two small boxes to ship and they place one strip of tape on one. When I asked them to put a strip of tape on the other box she said I was pushing my luck. When she found out I was here in Atlanta on business, she asked why I didnt print up shipping labels while I was at the hotel. The management need to teach their people that the customer is why they are employed. Or maybe the Memphis HQ need to step in.

They promised to deliver the same package everyday for a WEEK and each time they dropped the ball their response was the same: I dont know what happened, Im sorry. Horrible Horrible Horrible location!!! Customer service should be renamed customer disservice. If you have the availability to use another shipper, I highly recommend that you do it. They dont answer their phones, they have no control over their Home Service delivery truck drivers (subcontract work - who knows whats happening to your package) and apparently there arent any managers to oversee the group of folks that are standing around picking their noses collecting their paychecks for doing nothing. Unfortunately, I have to give them at least one star if I want to post this so others can be warned. If there was an option for negative stars it would be off the chart. If you do receive fair to average customer service - buy a lottery ticket because its your lucky day!!

The manager here need to get the drivers on the right path. My tracking information says that there wasnt anyone at my house at 5:51 yesterday afternoon and it has an assigned door tag. We were there and OUTSIDE IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE!! No FedEx truck even came through the neighborhood and this jagoff said he tried to deliver my package. The door tag he assigned pulls up my house AND another house in ANOTHER STATE!! TOTAL B.S. FedEx. Im not the one to complain, but this has literally been the most horrible experience Ive ever had with any delivery service. The driver didnt even BOTHER knocking on my door to deliver the package, so 3 days in a row I got emails saying package was not delivered because customer wasnt available when I was RIGHT AT HOME WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE.So alright lets pick it up at this pickup center, its like 30+ minute drive but its ok lets do it. Customer service on the phone says my package will be available at 8AM, BUT here I am, still here in this damn pickup location after an hour of waiting (btw this room is suffocating and resembles an interrogation room) twiddling my fingers waiting to be served. FedEx tried to deliver a package on Thursday December 24th a 6:15 PM, I had left for the day. They left a door tag for me to sign promising delivery the next business day which was Monday 12/28/2015. The package did not deliver on Monday because it evidently had the wrong delivery address.....How did i get the door tag on the 24th and it be wrong on the 28th. Customer service was no help in fact very rude talking so fast I could not understand. I am ready to cancel my order with the shipper.
