Being new to renting with a storage space, my move in day was so unprofessional which made my experienced an unnecessary move in process with another Storage company (PS).Shantel was efficient, empathetic, patient and extremely helpful. She was a God send in a stressful situation for this first timer. I truly appreciate her. She’s an excellent floating property manager 🤣

My storage unit was broken into was broken into the the employees were very unhelpful with it. Said they won’t review the cameras and the only have cameras at the entrance. None down any of the isles so DO NOT USE THEM.

I was in need of a storage space that wasn’t far from home and was reasonable. I rode past metro and noticed a 1/2?off sign... WOW!! Met Kim and she was amazing,she helped with all my needs. The property was very nice and clean with no broken down cars in place. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

I went to visit the location on veterans Memorial Drive a couple days ago they were very nice and showing me a storage unit. I wasn’t ready to make a decision so they asked if they could follow up with me a d they did a day or so later. I agreed. I called and had a unit reserved early today when I get there no one is in the office or anywhere to be found. Wasn’t a note or anyone there for hours not even we’ll be back later even know it’s clearly during business hours. So that being said I called the customer service line and was told a manager will callMe within 5 minutes. 20-30 minutes no phone call. Called back, was told the same thing next thing you know over an hour passed and was informed that Kimberly or whoever the manager is was on 2 week vacation..ok I understand so that means no one whatsoever has to be running the place?? Called again after an hour and a half and was told the district manager would call me. Never happened. That being said I took my business elsewhere and will never do business with this company ever. Don’t have it posted that your open and no one is there. I can’t stress how annoyed I was with this, and it was very unprofessional to have me arranged to come store my belongings when no one is there and the building is locked and unattended for hours, during business hours. I’ve talked to over 4 people on the phone with the customer service department and everyone told me the same thing we can just call the manager and see if he can call you.Did the manager ever call? Nope. Will he or she call? Nope. Will I ever recommend this place to anyone? Nope. Don’t offer services if you can’t provide services and do your job. Thanks and have a nice day.

Good prices very clean & friendly services. However I do not like where its located. You always have to fight the traffic leaving outThe gate hours are from 6am-9pm Monday-Sunday

This place is not secure. I was robbed while my belongings were stored here. The owners immediate response was to accuse me of stealing my own belongings. The detective agreed with me that they were likely the ones that robbed my unit, as I was not the first person robbed in this manor at this facility. The locking mechanism was removed from my unit (with the lock attached) to gain access and then replaced when then were done emptying it.... there were visible damages where it was removed. The owners also seemed to miraculously know what month my unit was robbed???? How could you possibly know this unless you either robbed it or witnessed it being robbed and didnt bother to report it? Unfortunately they are good at covering their tracks and there was not enough proof to press further charges. DO NOT store your belongings here if they are important to you. The owners of this location are horrible and dishonest people!

I am very disappointed do not put your things in this storage my things was stolen someone who work at this place has a master key went in stole my things no camera in the back nothing i didnt get a phone call or email saying my stuff was stolen i had to drive all the way to Georgia from indiana on my birthday to find out my things are gone another reason why i drove there if u decided to put yiur things in storage here by your own locks dont get one from them
