I came here to pick up packing materials. I explained I need to use the restroom I was rudely told no they can not allow anyone to use the restroom or in there building. I use to come here all the time. And the people was so nice not anymore. Im gonna look to see what other packing company is in the area that my company may use if they cant let us use the restroom inside maybe commence will tell them to supply a port o potty very dissatisfied

Great warehouse and good people my appointment was 9:00 am Wednesday next dayand I came here 2:00pm Tuesday afternoon they unloaded me quickly

2 stars for over night parking only super slow off loading

Nice people and customer service. Only complaint is they wont pull your order until youve checked into the front desk. Which is understandable but id like to back up to a dock sign and go. Instead of waiting for my order to be pulled the brought over.

Six hours to unload my God

I started out fairly unhappy with these guys about 6 years ago. About 5 years ago all of that changed. They really stepped up their game to provide excellent service to me the customer. Sometimes I can tell that a new person answering the phone is not quite familiar with my products, but I can also tell they have tools in front of them that allows them to take my order accurately and without hesitation. Their delivery drivers are a pleasure to deal with too! Very happy to do business with Victory Packaging.

8 am appt. Checked in at 730 am. Got into a door right away. Unloaded and leaving at 845 am. Was able to make 10am pickup with 30 minutes to spare.
