I saw a Jeep gladiator Rubicon on their website for $598 lease for 36 month. I told Ricardo to show us the Jeep we saw online by the VIN and stock number they have on their website, we did like it, then he run me and my wife credit, and he said you guys have an excellent credit. We also have a decent income. So we were ready to lease the Jeep but then he came up with a totally different price, it was supposed to be $598.00 for 36 month but they changed to $740 for 48 month lease and an additional $11,500 upfront, totally different from what they advertise. They never mentioned that you have to bring $11,500 and that you have to pay $142 dollars more and they change 36 month to 48 month. Anyway we were there and we wanted to bring home the Rubicon, so we no try to get an offer to finance instead of leasing but it was a really, really bad deal for us.I just hope they will show a real price on their website. We feel bad they run our credit and have us filling out applications to give us a huge difference on prices.

I recently made the call for a new vehicle. It’s tough buying cars in today’s market because of the chip shortage and sometimes have to settle for someone else used to be your new. I drove almost 2hrs to route 46. Upon arrival, I met a young attorney sales man, ghaleb. I call him a young attorney because after carefully making a vehicle selection, his job was to deal with my case and make sure I was happy with the final price and payments. Even though the dealership was a bit busy, ghaleb and Mike provided great customer service.

Customer service does not exist here. I stopped by today to look at a GMC Terrain listed for sale. When I walked into the dealership, the receptionist was extremely rude and asked me not to lean on her sturdy wooden desk. When I asked her if the desk was unstable or unsafe, she replied No, I just dont like people leaning on my desk.An affable young man by the name of Ronnie came to help after 5 minutes of wait time. We talked about the vehicle I was interested in and he said he would find it and pull it out front. I waited outside for about 20 minutes. Not surprisingly, they couldnt find the vehicle as it had been sent to the wholesale auction. When I mentioned to Ronnie that one of his colleagues had emailed me this morning confirming the cars availability, he casually told me that the internet sales team is a different group.All told I wasted an hour of my life trying to buy a car that didnt exist from this dealership. Avoid at all costs.

There’s only so much one can take time and time again. RT 46 Jeep in Little Falls, NJ who advertises Express Lane Oil Changes has once again failed to reach this claim at least for me. Every time it’s a 2 plus hours for an oil change, And that’s for a scheduled appointment! Today was just shy of 2.5 hours. You get there and it’s like oh yeah no problem 1-1.5 hours. The clock starts ticking. After an hour the car hasn’t even been touched. Maybe at 1.5 hours they pull it in and on a lift. Then they start working. What is the point of an appointment for an express center oil change if a customer has to deal with this? As a result of this scheduled 2.5 hour oil change, I had to rearrange/cancel plans…total family disruption and shuffling, for what?!?!? Define express?You may ask why are you still going there…? Because I have complimentary (or whatever it’s called, maybe it’s a manufacturer thing, IDK) oil changes when I bought my 2020 Jeep and at $75 a pop it’s a no brainer. However this repeated experience is no more and I will eat my last oil change for a local quick lube.Bottom line, dealers are always claiming to separate themselves from others by saying this and that how they are all about customer service and satisfaction, all the awards and accolades, the plaques, the banners, the billboards, all garbage. RT 46 is just that all show with no go but they do excel in lip service. Not satisfied at all with this experience.

By far the most unprofessional disgusting dealership i have ever encountered don’t EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! They’re all damaged Bc they flood easily. They’re all inexperienced. Terrible service. rude. Specially Amy from the rental department. She charged my card without my permission after we agreed the charge was going to collections because she wanted to charge me for a damage without going through my insurance first. Bought my first car from here & i had to replace it within a month. I got a loaner from them & did not give them permission to charge my card for something and they proceeded to due so once i left. A lot of shady weird behavior from a DEALERSHIP??? Like why??? You should be transparent with your customers. Definitely stay away from this place !!!

Insurance Fraud and Theft... those are the two things that come to mind with my experience here.Ive been here twice to fix my jeeps transmission and the first time I was told everything was fine, keep in mind, I was within the 60,000 warranty on the transmission.I accepted the answer thinking it was just in my head. Well, conveniently, now over my 60,000 warranty, I bring it in again with some other things to get taken care of and the transmission needs to be replaced. Thankfully, I have an extended warranty but in thinking about it....the expense was just passed on.Not to mention, the terrible communication made it impossible to actually speak with someone. After more than 20 calls to get updates and see what the potential impact and expense of the loaner car would be, I gave up trying....it was a waste of my time. Now I face almost $3,000 in rental expenses simply because nobody was able to make a phone call and have am answer.If youre visiting this service center, beware. Ask for details and be relentless. I am filing complaints with the state of NJ, the BBB and will make sure every avenue of social media hears about this atrocious business practice.

I came in because I was informed about a great incentive since I purchased my Jeep Wrangler back in 2018 from Sean. Sean called me about the offer and I told him I was coming in for an oil change and he said to stop by and speak to him about the offer. My appointment was at 11am. Spoke to him around 11:05am. I was out of the dealership by 11:35am. What an amazing service. It was the easiest transaction I had with Sean and Dean. When I bought my truck, it was the same. Fast and easy. When I bought the truck, they gave me the keys and then I came back to sign papers. Easy breezy. No hassle. I’ll be back if I decide to get another jeep. These guys were easy. Even when I had my car serviced, I was out of the service area in less than 15 min with a loaner waiting for me outside.Thank you guys! Until next time!!!!

I have to say it takes a lot for me to write a public review of a business. I have been a customer of Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge for more than 6 years. During the last Ida Storm, my jeep was in for service at this business. I received a called from the service department to come and pick up my car because it was flooded.To this day I have not received a call from any this Dealer to apologized or even to see if I needed to purchase another car. The staff of this Dealer including the managment are a bunch of rude people AND HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE AND I HOPE THAT EVERYONE THAT READ THIS REVIEW STAY AWAY FORM THESE PEOPLE.

My Fiance purchased a vehicle in September 2021, and customer service after the fact is horrible. You call, and constantly get transferred to voicemail, no one calls you back. Was told, its a high volume dealership, and voicemail is not checked regularly. No one can answer a simple question. Once you purchase your vehicle from them, they no longer care about your needs.

This dealership was fantastic and point in with their financials. The service department was extremely helpful. The shop is clean and spacious too with a great selection of inventory. I always say I had only Jeep loyalty, but now for the first time with Jeep loyalty, I have also dealership loyalty. Will be back again soon. It’s a Jeep thing!

Horrible service and horrible staff. Brought my Jeep Liberty in for service in May 2021 and still have an on going problem. Every time I leave the dealership a new problem with my vehicle occurs. The service department also says ‘the item was on back order’. If it was one item i can understand but every item is not realistic. I recommend staying away from this dealership and taking your business to Teterboro Jeep.Not only is the service department horrible. Sales and management will sell you cars that have been in a flood. They do not care about the customer they do not care about their product. I’m surprised they’re still in business. It’s hard enough getting someone to answer the phone. They’ll give you a song and a dance to defend themselves and their staff. Do not believe it. Do not let it happen to you.

Saw vehicle on website with retail price listed. It did not indicate it was a discounted or promotional price. Spoke to call center and confirmed $2500 coupon indicated on same website was applicable. Spoke to on-site sales rep Ivan and confirmed exact pricing and that coupon would apply. Subsequently I was told coupon could not be applied. Manager Mike Makowski didnt care that 2 sales reps stated coupon could be used and quoted me the final pricing. Read the other reviews and consider mine. Avoid dealing with this deceptive dealership!

Very upset with the service here. I purchased a car from them about 10days ago and had to bring the car right back for a blown head gasket. Not to mention the car itself was very expensive and a newer year how could it have major issues? Everyone tells you something different when you call to ask questions as if no one is on the same page there. I’ve had different people contact me via text 😒 about paperwork that was already completed. They are backed up in service with no loaner cars because it seems all the cars they sell have issues. I would go somewhere else. This place is very shady.

My uncle leased a jeep. He was so ripped off and taken advantage of. He had a trade and they gave him $7000 which it was worth over $11k for his trade he additionally put down $5000 on top of it totaling $12,000 on a lease he still had a $650 car payment with a 10k a year and on top of it for a 4 year lease. This deal was so bad that I went with him to try to fix this deal and the finance manager was trying to brush us away with a $1500 check. I feel so bad that he was token advantage of not able to speak English and of his old age. This dealer is the worst I seen in my life. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This dealership by far has to be the worst from the sales department to the service department. Got a 2021 scatpack from them and didn’t get a good deal plus I referred my cousin and he bought the same one and I was promised a check and never got it. I took my scatpack in to get it fixed and they left my car Sitting there for almost a month while giving me the run around and telling me it would be done soon when they never fixed it, my car ended up flooding in there lot and it was totaled! Now I’m going to get a brand new 2022 and I know better than to get it from these guys. STAY AWAY FROM THEM VERY SHADY DEALERSHIP! Never recommending again

My family and I have been leasing and purchasing vehicles from this dealership for many years. The hospitality and professionalism is unlike any that you would usually see in a dealership. Everyone there, in every department, goes above and behind their job titles to make sure that you are well taken care of. Buying cars used to be stressful and dreadful, and at rt 46.. it is the complete opposite. All of the employees take such good care of us! If you aren’t shopping here, you aren’t doing it right.

Went to see a used car that wasn’t even cleaned inside when shown. We liked the car, with a minor accident and lots of scratches/50k miles, and put a cash buying price on it. The lady selling us the car gave me an attitude and brushed me off with a mean “No”; not even taking an initiative to negotiate the price or asking her boss to contemplated the offer. Apparently she doesn’t want money. Bad way to do business. 1 star review x the lady!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My experience with Route 46 CJD has been so awful that I am strongly considering calling the Better Business Bureau. I have been trying to get a manager to return my phone call since Saturday, but apparently no one has the decency to even do that. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had. Unprofessional and a potential health hazard! Facility has been under renovation since taking car in for service back in May, 5 months later the same!Facility definitely has several health hazards that should probably be checked and/or reported to OSHA. Facility also does not have restrooms for client use with redirection to portal toilet. I would NOT recommend!

I was crying on the side of the road. when my vehicle shut off and wouldnt restart. I had no idea what to do. I called the service department, and was fortunate enough to get a manger on the phone. Ive never experienced such wonderful service. He took all my information, and sent a tow truck to come rescue me. When I arrived at the dealership he had a rental vehicle ready for me. The worst dealership experience I have ever had. I called this dealership the day before my appointment to confirm the availability and price of the vehicle. There website says the online price includes all expenses to be paid by customer and that is outright false. Over the phone I was informed of a $599 doc fee, however, I was also told that if I spoke to a manager in person that there would be room for negotiation. So I drove 4.5 hours from NH to this dealership to take a look at what I thought was a great vehicle. Once I got there I was handed off to a sales associate that was not very friendly. Took the vehicle for a test drive which went okay except for the fact that the vehicle was very dirty on the inside. There were stains on the seats, papers and candy wrappers in between the seats, and dirt on the floor. After the test drive I went back to the dealership to talk about a final number and they told me it would be over $20,000 which was $2,000+ over what it was listed for online. Little did I know there was not only $599 doc fees there was also $995 “dealer prep fees” on a used vehicle plus other fees that I was not told about over the phone. When I questioned the sales associate about these fees he was very rude and talked to me like I was dumb. I also spoke to a manager who did absolutely nothing for me. All in all this dealership lied over the phone to get me in the door and I wasted nine hours of my day driving to New Jersey for no reason.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE . I got a Jeep and when I purchased the car I sat in the waiting room for 3 HOURS till I finally got upset and someone helped me . AND as of today my temporary plates are expired . No one contacted me to tell me I had to get a inspection until I reached out to them, I rushed to get the inspection and even after that I still have not got a call about my plates . I’m driving around on expired temp plates and you cannot get NO ONE on the phone . My call was transferred 5 times in 4 mins and no one answers to help. Also, when I got my car the door was broken, and I had to make an appointment THREE WEEKS OUT just to get it fixed . They’ve ruined this car buying experience, I do not recommend

Horrible horrible horrible, went online looking for a vehicle that said was instock and available. I called the dealership TWICE and spoke with 2 different sales reps and both ensured me the vehicle was at the dealer & available for purchase, drove almost 2 hours away to get their and tell me the car was sold a few days ago. After being extremely upset and going off on the salesman not one of the 4-5 supervisors sitting in there little tiny bubble come over and try to help or defuse the situation or even offer me another vehicle. Thank you but no thank you for being a large million dollar name your staff customer service skills, enthusiasm, teamwork, dedication and whatever training you were given is not worth more then $1.

I will start off by saying this was the smoothest car purchase in my life! The ENTIRE team there is so professional, very sweet and EFFICIENT. We were in and out! The service was top notch. I came here after coming from a different dealership that was a nightmare. I drove all the way to Little Falls from Princeton and I will do it again every time I get a new truck, thats how pleased I am. Andy in finance, is amazing! He is HONEST.. Took my vehicle in for a check engine $2000 spent.. on the second day same codes came up called for service and was told I have to wait about a month and I still have to pay for diagnosis. Not only that I came in about 1yr ago for a few recalls not sure which one but it required removing my front grill when I got my vehicle back home I noticed something hanging out from the front end I took a look to see what it was and found both my side marker light we’re hanging I opened the hood it looked like a 2 year old removed the grill with fork ( scratches everywhere ) I called to complain and I’m still waiting for a response.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly and you always feel you are doing something wrong. I went back, after buying two cars from them (both times were not great). They legit put me in a room then the sales person was trying to get me in a used car for almost 700 a month (my credit is almost 700 and I had equity in my current Jeep), on top of that - the car he wanted me to get he gave me three keys and I was sent by myself to go find them in the lot to look at them. Pressing panic buttons. Unreal. I went to Decozen and had an extremely great experience and purchased a vehicle from them. STAY AWAY from Jeep 46 - it is the absolute worst.

My experience purchasing a car went so well here that it actually makes me nervous LOL. I walked out of three dealerships before I purchased a car. No aggressive sales tactics. No fake pricing!! Only a $600 docking fee. That’s actually on the lower side for sure. Can’t believe I am giving a dealership a positive review! Angel Nieves-marrero did a great job as well. Fantastic salesperson. I may even go as far as to say that it was an enjoyable time experience buying my car. I recommend asking for Angel because I can’t speak for anyone else here. It does seem to have a great environment all ways around though.

Pleasantly surprised I called to book my oil change appointment and the girl explained that I could come in that day but it might be 90 minutes for your oil change. Not only did they get me in the same day I waited 45 minutes and was back on the road. Clearly they have made some changes!

Went to get an oil change back on June 11th. 2014 Ram 1500 Eco-diesel. Left everything seemed fine. Here I am just about 2 months later. Low Brake fluid light comes on. When I check it out I see there is oil all over the brake fluid cap and the Engine Cap is missing. The sensor connecting to the brake fluid was off so at least that solved that problem YAY! the only people that service this vehicle was this location. Not anymore!I went to complain, spoke to the service manager, He informed me that its not possible for the tech to not have returned the engine oil filler cap. With the procedures in place for the techs. He also said if the cap was off for 2 months the engine would have failed.When he showed me the picture of the missing oil filler cap i was honestly surprised how large it was. He offered a replacement and does not believe the tech forgot to return the filler cap. Apparently it is more likely that this large cap unscrewed itself and fell off with out the hood ever being opened. Which would give it minimal space for clearance but thats a more acceptable explanation of what happened than their tech forgetting to put the cap back on.They ordered me a replacement oil filler cap. I asked if they could at least clean the engine. I was told no that I could pay for the cleaning and they would do it.Well at $250+ an oil change and oil filter caps that disappeared by magically vanishing it is safe to say after i pick up the oil filler cap I will never be setting foot int his dealership again.

My husband and I went in not knowing what to expect, we were trading in a 2004 Toyota Avalon. Everyone treated us very well, Nelson M. Saez was our guy and he did everything he could to get us a better deal and he did!! No complaints, we will definitely be back once we are ready to trade in our other vehicle. Definitely recommend for others to come here. They have a huge selection of vehicles.

Against all odds, after being turned down multiple times and given the run around by other dealerships, I saw a sign off of the highway and decided to give Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge a chance! I was given Darren Katz as my Finance Manager and he definitely got the job done! He worked a deal that would ultimately work for me! Plenty of great people make poor decisions and he offered insight but most of all understanding!I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone! STAY AWAY. I repeat STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This place is only about one thing. Money. Once they get that they will ignore you and keep redirecting your call unless you keep pushing. They will not care to even answer your call. The staff are very rude. And will hang up on you ...if you cannot handle a irate customer that is being bullied around. Then customer service is not for you. These people belive they can hide behind the phone and treat you like garbage. Go to Buhler doge or elsewhere. I guarantee these 4 and 5 star reviews are from employees

Our experience was so bad I question the validity of the good reviews. We were told before arriving that they were offering 20% above KBB values on trade-ins. They told us no one uses KBB and acted like we were nuts. So we were brought in under completely false pretenses. The trade-in value offered for the car was a joke; they increased it by almost 50% when we pushed back, and frankly that was still too low. The price of the car we wanted changed, ESPECIALLY the taxes & fees. We were told they couldnt *possibly* go any lower; today its offered for even less than what we wanted to pay. NONE of their numbers were concrete OR consistent, and the interest rate they were offering was a joke. We got some online offers when we got home, and were able to get a similar payment at 48 months rather than 75.Literally every aspect of this dealership lacks morals and ethics. Every. Single. Part. I cant recommend enough that you stay away.

I dont usually write reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. My friend and I had to visit this location the other day for what I was assuming would be an unpleasant experience ( Im impatient and it was a hot day). And in my experience sometimes a simple oil change can be an all day debacle. It was our first time at this location, but after the experience we had I honestly dont forsee me going anywhere else. The service department really just took care of us, especially Kira. Having our car serviced is usually an uncomfortable experience, because we dont know much about cars and its hard to tell when someone is taking advantage of you. But Kira and everyone involved was just so professional and treated us with respect. While the location is technically a little further for me, the peace of mind that they provide is priceless. So thank you to the service department! You just got yourself a customer for life!

I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time here, I waited over a half hour after they opened to even look at a car because they didn’t have anyone to show me a vehicle (Dealership was empty). I received an internet offer, drove 1.5 hours to the dealership, waited for appraisals of trade ins (received 5-6k below market trade in offer) and then they tried adding a 5k markup to the car after the fact. Terrible business.

Stay away from salesman reyad matini. I REPEAT STAY AWAY Once the deal is done and you pay for your car. He will ignore you and constaly redirect your call. He has zero customer service skills. Barely knows the truck or shows you features. This guy is the exact reason I hate salesman. Go to anyone else.

Over all, I have had very positive experiences w/ dealership and personnel. Sadly, the change in the staffing of management of operations is.......to be polite, reprehensible. Irrespective of the nature of any visit, abusive, rude treatment is inexcusable and that is what I find so troublesome. This has absolutely nothing to do with satisfying service fees. That had graciously been taken care of. The issue here is the flagrant treatment I received. I could not fathom patronizing this department for the foreseeable future w/ the egregious treatment I, as a gentleman, received. The only manner in which to eradicate ignorance is via acknowledgement.

I called the service department recently and to my surprise they had an open appointment the same week which was helpful with my schedule. my service advisor danny had me out in 2 hours also inspected my vehicle with the multipoint inspection which gave a breakdown of repairs that need to be done. I will be returning to change my tires. Thanks again!

I am completely satisfied with my experience at this specific Jeep Dealership. I had worked closely with Sales Associate Bob Abdel and everything went fantastic. The process was easy, Bob met helped me out a lot with the deal I was working towards and made the process go as quickly as he could. Their service department has the worse customer service.I dropped my car off for service on Monday it’s 4 days in and I haven’t received a call updating me on the status of my car.I called several times requesting for a rental or loaner and all they say “there’s non available” So here I am paying for a car that I can’t drive and the dealership I leased it from doesn’t even have a courtesy vehicle available for me.That’s fine...because my lease is up this year and I will most definitely NOT! give them my business anymore . I’m going somewhere else.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. After communicating with the sales team the night before and confirming that a specific vehicle was in stock, I told them that my wife would be coming in to test drive the vehicle the next morning. She arrived and was told that the vehicle was on a different lot and would be there in 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting around in the showroom surrounded by multiple employees who were seemingly incapable of wearing a face mask correctly, she was then told that “someone” was on the way. By the sales manager’s body language, it was readily apparent that this was a lie. So, instead of doing their job and having a base-model vehicle ready for a customer, they missed out on a special order worth far far more. Poor performance and customer service all around.

My 2017 Dodge challenger which is leased from this dealership and have been doing all the periodic services at their service center broke down on 12/10 Thursday due to a fluid leak. I called the service center and towed the car to them on the same day evening. Got call from the service dept on the next day saying they wont be able to diagnose the issue until 12/15 Tuesday since they have few other cars in line to fix. Nothing happened till 12/18 Friday and said they have to order the parts and it will be ready by 12/19 Saturday evening. (repair cost of around $850 to replace a pipe.) Anyway, made another call on Saturday 12/19 to check the status and told me that they received the wrong item and they need to order parts again and the car will only be ready by Monday 12/21. Call them on Monday 12/21 and they said their technician is on vacation until Wednesday 12/23 so my car wont be ready till then. Almost 2 weeks at this service center and my car is not fixed yet. Note that they have been doing multi point inspection each time when I do the regular services and I am not sure why they dont find this leak before and I am about to loss my $$s and keep on waiting to get my car fixed. Also, now they saying the delay is because I didnt make service appointment which I actually did on my first call to them on 12/10. Good luck to everyone who is going to buy new cars and doing service at this dealership.

Unfortunately, I must revise my review. Since purchasing my vehicle, tax, tag, and title with a $5K downpayment and financing, (for which I have already started making payments), the dealership has not delivered my tag nor filed for my title.I have contacted them numerous times regarding this issue since the dealer tag expired over a month ago. I have only gotten partial responses, which appear to be lies, and mostly unanswered voice and emails.This has gone from one of the best deals Ive done to the worst. Therefore, I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership to anybody.

Went to this dealership a few times because they have a high inventory. But they aren’t willing to negotiate. Even when the carfax mileage on the car is about 8,000 mile difference than the odometer. I do appreciate Andy for the help but Dealt with a salesman there name nick. Man was that guy horrible. Didn’t have the cars ready, in turn made me look at cars while stepping in all of the snow. Believe he said he had to tried to get his windows tinted for her personal vehicle Plus had zero knowledge or information on anything. He kept have to get his manager/dad to make all decisions for him. Plus very rude when I had decided to talk another salesman. If you do decide to buy a car here be careful with additional fees.
