Where to begin?Let me start by saying that this has been the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience that Ive ever been through.I saw a listing for a beautiful motorcycle. I contacted Kar Connection and Pete (the owner?) picked up and described the bike to me. I was immediately more interested and scheduled to take a look. He was extremely accommodating and worked with me around my schedule at all times.The bike had been cleaned up, serviced and kept in amazing condition. After my initial screening which he had been extremely patient and agreeable about, I agreed to purchase it. They held onto it for me long enough for me to get my finances together.Fast forward a week, and I was back at the dealership at my convenience. Needless to say, I made the purchase. They completed all paperwork for me and even scheduled the delivery.Ive been riding it since, and it is as good as Pete said it would be.Id like to think that I am a good judge of character and Pete is as trustworthy and hard working as they come. It was at the worse moment of the pandemic in New York (April) and my family needed a used but reliable car urgently. Pete was excellent. I saw an ad on Cars.com for a 2008 Charger R/T. Made a phone call spoke to Mike, very nice guy very open and sincere with his communication about the car, very professional. Negotiated a deal and a week later brought the car home. Very satisfied and quite happy with the car. I just bought a 2008 Harley Davidson from them and have to say that even with these difficult times we’re all going through, Pete and everyone else made the transaction very smooth and were very helpful with all the questions I had. I live in PA and found the bike online, it is exactly what they said it was and looks even better in person then it did on the video! It rides amazing and I’m absolutely in love with it. Pete helped me load it on the trailer, strapped it down for me and even had me let him know when I made it home. Bottom line is these people are great to work with and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend dealing with them and can’t thank them enough for my new bike.

REDUCTION FROM 5 STARS TO 1, 0 IF I COULD...So I had originally posted a 5 star review based on the purchase of a 2000 Harley Road King. I drove from Northern New York (6hrs one way) to view the bike because I believed that it was gone through and solid. I heard it run for @ 10 mins., was assured it was nearly perfect while putting my faith in Peter. This happened on 12/12/20 and we took it back to NY and parked it in a warm area, tires up and battery tender hooked up. No...I did not start it during that time as it was in a conditioned space and fumes would be an issue. Fast forward to yesterday (5/9/2021) and we took it out of its slumber and fired it up. With ZERO new miles on odometer it was knocking and sputtering. I took a video and sent it to Peter. His advice was to add oil conditioner and ride it and the problem should go away. I rode it for 8 miles and it got worse and blew oil out the exhaust. I took further photos and sent them to Peter thinking he would stand behind it as Ive barely rode it. His excuse, as Im sure hell refute in his answer, was that its been 5 months since the purchase so he feels no reason to stand being anything. As we have something called winter in upstate NY, I attempted to explain that there was no opportunity to ride the bike before this, and offered to send proof its only been ridden less that 10 miles. He stated that once the bike was sold it was gone, he didnt care what happened after that. He further stated that if it had been sold last week that would be different. I failed to get my point across regarding the weather consideration and that mileage wise it could have been last week.Whether you agree or disagree with this position, what happened next should give you pause. As soon as I stated that I did not share Peters view of this matter and stated I would bring the bike to Harley and if they determined this was a hidden purposely I would be filing suit. Thats when I became motherf##cker and told to go f##k myself along with a spew of other profanities before he hung saying dont f##cking call me anymore. So Ive decided I wont, instead Ill call the NJ DMV Complaint line, the BBB, the NJ Attorney General, and if necessary file a proper Suit. Win, lose, or draw, there is no excuse for a Business Owner to resort to using profanity to a customer who dealt with them in good faith. Peter may have mocked me when I stated that I would file complaints with a good f##cking luck however I am filing them out of principle. I would have loved to have worked with this business to find a compromise, but its never their fault. Any Business can get good reviews when nothing goes wrong and if you read the bad reviews they seem to have problem with good faith. Im sure the rebuttal to this will concentrate on the 5 months between purchase and the first ride, and I apologize for not riding my Harley in 4 ft of snow and below zero Temps. I further apologize for not starting a motorcycle where fumes can get in the house, I guess Ive been doing it wrong for the last 25 yrs. Dream Car I have loved Corvettes since I was 11 or 12 doing a news paper route. After the route I would go to the local Chevrolet dealership and sit in the Corvettes dreaming!!! After looking for a very long time I came across My Dream Car at Kar Connection. Drove from Long Island to Little Ferry. Met Pete first, great guy - great connection!!! Then met Mike and Eddie (and dog Elvis) it was like family!!! They went over the 1994 Corvette with a fine tooth comb. Saw a 2007 Ducati listed here for great price that I just had to check out. From first Contact, all the way through delivery, Pete was great and really went out of his way to make things work. Vehicle was as advertised, and ran great. He went above and beyond letting me test ride the bike on a Sunday. And he was up late getting it put on a carrier service to get it shipped back to its new home in AZ. Great ride, excellent service and awesome communication.

This is the worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a van and at the time was told that the van was in great condition. At the moment it seemed to be fine. The interior was clean and when checking the engine bay it seemed like everything was good. After driving out of the dealer a few days later I took it to a certified gmc mechanic to have the vehicle inspected. It was there that it was brought to my attention that the undercarriage of the vehicle was a complete disaster. It was even noted on the inspection that the vehicle was not safe to drive due to the major rotting and damage that was under the van. When I contacted the dealer and brought this to their attention, they were not willing to take any responsibility even when proof was shown that it was unsafe to drive. I was even given a 3 month warranty by the dealer that was not acknowledged when confronted about these issues. Stay away from these thieves.

I would like to start by saying when I was searching for my pirchase of a truck I did a thorough search reading reviews. Kar Connection had a alot of thorough reviews that were positive. When I saw negative reviews that have no comments I kept it moving. I think you should as well when you read reviews for Kar connection . Mike, Pete and Eddie were nothing less than gentlemen when I purchased my 2011 Ford f150. They even explained to me the pros and cons of these trucks that I wasnt aware of . The one concern I had they fixed it the same day when I was at the dealership. When it came down to getting my title even the secretary went above and beyond helping me with few things regarding my license. I would give kar connection 20 stars if I could . People need to read between the lines. Too many people are just haters. I would recommend kar connection to anyone who is looking for a pre-owned vehicle.. Thanks Guys!

I have been to many car dealerships and motorcycle dealerships and most of the time it is not a good experience. The salesmen are like sharks and its hours and hours of a headache but that is not the case at kar connection. I was looking for a motorcycle and came across Kar connection who had a video on line of the bike and when I called they said call Pete here is is cell number. That he wasnt in yet. And they were very nice. I called Pete left a messg and within 5 min had a return call. He and I spoke for a good half hour and not just about the bike. He said when do I want to come to the dealership to look at it. I said that. He said he was off but he would come to meet me there on his day off. We met later that day and everything that he said about the bike was true. I absolutely loved the bike. I told him I would be back that fri and he said ok and didnt even ask for a deposit. When I went back the bike was ready for pick up. Pete not only went over everything on the bike again but loaded it on the trailer and strapped it down. And texted me later to make sure we got home ok. What a great experience. The bike was a Suzuki boulevard.i couldnt be happier. Highly recommend Pete for you next car or bike purchase.

It was an additional amount on top of my loan so I had many questions but after a thorough explanation I agreed.About a month ago my transmission was going and I freaked. I was not prepared for this. I called the warranty place, they gave me names and numbers of mechanics in my area and within a week I had my car. I did have an out of pocket expense but it was very reasonable considered I got a brand new transmission in my truck. At that moment I was so thankful for that warranty. It was definitely a great investment and my truck, with a little over 200,000 miles, is running as good new!

Very happy with my experience here, so I want to share all the details. I cant afford, and dont want, a new vehicle. And Im not comfortable buying a used car at a corporate dealership. So I asked my friend John, who has almost 40 years of racing/repair experience, where to shop. Without hesitation, he said Kar Connection, and to ask for Pete. I knew exactly what I wanted, and was firm on my budget. They didnt immediately have something that fit my needs, but 3 weeks later I got a call from them. These days, its rare to me that a business will do that. Sure enough, I go there, the truck is everything they say it is, & they are extremely patient with me as I inspect it. They know their cars, both the strengths and faults, and wont push you into something that isnt right for you. After a little negotiation, we made the deal easily. I was anxious about getting the paperwork back in time from DMV during the pandemic, but they were reassuring, and it all went smoothly. As of this writing, it is 6 months & 5000 miles later, no problems. I will post an update if things change, but I expect to recommend this place to anyone.

I looked on the web for the hyosung 250 cc gtr I did all my research n see what I wanted ..first off shout out to Pete very personal and receptive I called in on a Sunday thinking I’ll get nowhere further then a vm Pete called me back ASAP although it was after 7pm during covid . I will be buying another car just to use locally back and fourth to work and kar connection was the first thought of purchasing because of my years of great experience!

This dealer is a rip-off. They sell cars that are no good and do not disclose important information to the buyer. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I was told by the salesman and owner that the vehicle was in good condition and needed nothing. After purchasing the vehicle, I took it to my mechanic and ended paying almost what I purchased for the car in repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer AT ALL.

My experience with Pete and the team at KC was exceptional. I was hesitant after reading a couple of the reviews, but the reality was great communication and excellent service. I was looking at a specific make model and year that they happened to have in inventory. Pete worked really hard to put together a deal that worked for us. In the end it didnt work out, but he still took the time to offer some tips on what to look for as we continue our search. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase here.

First off it took me little while to think about what to put in this review. I wanted to be sure it proper reflected my purchase of the 2006 ElectraGlide Ultra Classic.Let me start by saying I found the post on Facebook marketplace and responded to the listing. The response was quick and I spoke with Pete. I explained my situation to him and showed him I was serious in making a purchase. I couldnt be more happier with his response and even giving me his cell phone so we could work on the deal and get it all squared away.I went to look at the bike and met Eddie. another great guy and he was very helpful. he showed me the bike and we talked about the deal I was working on with Pete.I met Mike when I brought the deposit in for the bike. Again another great guy and the three of us talked and went over the deal.Everything was 1000% upfront and honest and these guys are really helpful to people. We were able to work out financing for the deal that was perfect for both of us. The bike was priced perfectly and the milage was low at 28,911.The bike rode just as good as it looks and I am so happy.I am so thankful that there are guys like this in the used Harley dealers. it proves when you go in with the right attitude and follow through all will work out.I went in looking for a fair deal and needed help with financing and that is exactly what I received in return.Even the Harley Dealer that I have been going to for over 20+ years said you did good when I showed it to them and to get some extras added on. I personally know the owners and they would have told me honestly if it was a good deal or not. That just confirmed that Pete, Eddie, and Mike are the real deal and trying to sell good used bikes.I would recommend them to everyone for a fair deal and honest dealership.

My boss recommended Kar Connection to me when I found myself with a blown engine & not a single dime to fix it. Let me tell you, it was the best experience Ive ever had. I went there thinking I have no money. They wont be able to help me. I WAS SO WRONG. Mike & his staff were very sympathetic to my situation & were able to get me into a car without a single penny down. All I had to do was make my biweekly payments until I received my tax refund. Mike took a risk by doing that, but he never once hounded me or anything. He went out of his way to try & figure out a way to help me, and he didnt have to. Test drove - 2 cars, first one had a transmission that was slipping and the breaks and rotars where shot Second one also had a trans that was slipping and smelled like Indian food was left in it in the heat. The salesman didnt hesitate to tell me that I was wrong and it was my driving not the transmission or the breaks. Lmao. What a joke. And the prices. You cant pull something out of a swamp and slap a for sale sign on it and expect to charge people $5,000+.

I recently bought a car and after the first 100 miles check engine light turned on, ever since it was purchase problem after problem occurs. The warranty process is very long and in result not all is covered . I got recommended to this spot but wouldnt recommend it...

Radiator was broken, muffler is broken and we are told me need a new engine. We had to rent cars because the engine light has been going on and off. The muffler was cemented together. They keep saying we will fix it and they are not fixing anything. 4 months and we have no car and we are still paying for it.

I own SPOTLESS CAR CARE, and detail their cars for them. The guys their are in my opinion top knotch.

After being turned from many dealership due to poor credit, i was refer to this place by one of the owners wife. I thought cool, something better than nothing. The first car that i wanted couldnt be insured because of the titled listed it total. i said cool let see what else they have here. i found a nice 07 Dodge Caliber (last 4 7391). I picked this car up on 12/31/16. On 2/5/16 the car completely broke down after making noise. Grant it the dealership gave me 179 credit, to get what i thought was a timing belt fix. Now after several back and forth calling. Im told that its going to be about $500 to get my car back on the road. Towing is $200 and to fix it another $300 or so. long story short if you dont wanna be scammed out of money then keep it moving. Ed will curse you out when he can and the owner never there. SMH and all i wanted to do was drive lyft to feed my kids.
