They have been nice. Have not seen my car yet but they have been nice.

They maybe a little slow and pricey but the quality is unmatched and worth the extra time and money. I woul definitely recommend them to family and friends.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This place took our car on a Monday morning to repair very minor damage after we waited for several weeks for an appointment. Instead of having our parts ordered, painted and ready to install, they proceeded to take 2 weeks to make the repairs. And never once bothered to call us with an update on our vehicle. After they had it for over a week, I called myself to find out the status only to be told they could call me back and give me an update the next day. Waited and no call, so I again called them. They said it would be ready the following afternoon. Surprise, surprise, the car was not ready the next day. We finally got a call around 2:30 the next day to let us know they would have it ready for us the following morning. I will NEVER use this body shop again. We also had a car being repaired by McClarty Collision at the same time and I hands down recommend their service!

My name is Dolly Rickerman and I wish I could give them -5 stars. This business, which is in business with Parker Lexus, even though they deny it...verbally abused my 80 year old daddy, Larry Miller, at the business and over the phone over a difference of $285.79 for a repair bill. My mother paid the bill in full at the time we picked up the car on October 3, 2017...Parker Restoration cashed their check, then decided they wanted more money. They continue, to this day, to harass my parents for this difference. My parents have bought 5 vehicles at Parker Lexus...you would think that good customer like that would warrant better treatment. The shop manager at Parker Restoration had my daddy backed up against the car door...They will NEVER buy another another Lexus from Parker Lexus or take any vehicles to Parker Restoration EVER AGAIN since they seem to have no problem hiring abusive bullies for their staff. If youre smart, dont take your car to Parker Restoration...theyre crooks.

DO NOT USE PARKER RESTORATION BAD WORK! Took my son’s 2015 Lexus F Sport IS250 for a couple rock chips on hood! Drove an hour to get there with husband following to pick me up! Hour home! Drove an hour back to pick up car, hour back home! Next day son comes back home to get his car notice they scuffed his headlight with sander paint drips on fender, big scuff on hood and didn’t paint edge of hood! Hour back over to drop car off hour home! Hour back there and then hour home! Now where they marked on car for rock chips! They clear coated the word SCUFF ON HIS HOOD! Also was told they would refund the discount that we were supposed to give up front! Now Jeff or Josiah won’t take calls or return our calls! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! So his car has the word scuff on the hood with clear coat😡

Great work, but only 2 stars due to fact they were always getting the wrong parts for my car.what should have been a 2 week job was 1 day shy of a month. Fit & finish was great, the rest blows

They are lazy. Kept telling me itd be the end of the week when its done then pushed it to the end of next week. This happened about 3 times. Their lazy and dont care about you or how much you need your car.
