Super nice knowledgeable folks.This last time—I tried to do some brake work myself and managed to lose a small part and got a couple other tiny pieces put in backwards as I installed the new brake cable. Their was no judgment at all when I came back in. They were super patient, grabbed the missing part and showed me exactly where I went wrong.

Was on the hunt for a new mountain bike and on the fence about an Enduro...or all mountain.Rode a very nice Reign at spokes and Matt answered all my questions honestly and shared his experiences with the bikes .I even called back and talked some more a couple days later..Great guy..very professional.I ended up going the all mountain way with another brand, only because of the bike shortage ..but Im very happy with the bike I got and the help I got from Matt.. Hopefully the bikes start flowing again and my next one will be from Spokes.First impressions matter

The salespeople are very helpful and they know their products. Though its a big name store, it has a mom & pop feel because of their friendliness. They helped us make informed decisions on bicycles and other products. I highly recommend this shop.

Always an excellent experience! Have bikes not bought there serviced. They always do a great job. Bought a Giant there that I love. And...they had an older gentleman being a real difficult Karen when I was there. They handled it with a lot of grace and respect that I dont think he deserved. (Sorry to all Karens offended by using there name.

Went in to find an entry level hardtail, store didn’t have any coming in until December. This isn’t shocking given the current bike shortage, but what was unsettling was when I asked about other shops the guy working told me he knew of them but I’d have to google them and he didn’t want to send me to the competition. I wasn’t asked any questions other than what I’m looking for. The fancy store and great location are cool, but customer service should be at the core. I went to Angry Dave’s yesterday and they directed me to other stores and great trails. Both first time visits, both out of stock, both memorable visits, one for the right reasons.

The employees at this store are so nice and helpful. They helped us when we were just getting into cycling and they never made us feel out of place. We finally bought our first road bikes a few weeks ago, and we were happy to buy from Spokes.

Made my first visit to Spokes this morning and I was extremely impressed by the kindness and knowledge of the employees, as well as the selection of bikes and accessories. I was given some great advice on local bike routes, and received assistance with a mechanical issue. I will definitely be back!

Just moved to Little Rock determined to get back in shape and take advantage of all the outdoor activities. First stop was this shop. Two employees spent over an hour on a busy Saturday explaining, listening and watching me take multiple test rides to find the bike that was right for me. Best customer service ever.
