I myself am in the customer service business. Just say I have a customer that maybe spends 150 sometimes 300 a week in my store. And they simply needed to trade a 2L Coke for a 2L Dr Pepper and they’re told no I’m sorry I can’t do that because you don’t have a receipt. That is absolutely ridiculous so I put your 2L by your front door. I would train your employees a little better maybe have them learn your customers. I also know that I have traded things in more than once and never been asked for a receipt.
