I called a couple of places looking for a quote and these guy were the cheapest by over $100.. they got me in two days later and finished ahead of time, super friendly and knowledgeable.. I know nothing about tint except that I like it, and walked me through the choices and explained/answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

I came here to get my windows tinted for the first time. Prices were a bit cheaper than other places. The customer service was ok and they finished my windows in about 2 1/2 hours which wasn’t too bad. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but plastic was left in my back seat as well as a few towels. Then I noticed a small space in my front two windows that they couldn’t reach or forgot to tint, I’m not sure. But I’ve been getting my windows tinted for a very long time and never been somewhere that didn’t get my entire window.

They seem to know what they are doing tech wise but these guys are condescending and rude. I sensed it the day I walked in but I had bought my Groupon and wanted to have the service completed. When they got real nasty was when I called about my remote start having issues. The guy I sold the vehicle to also called and complained to me about how rude they were over the phone. I will never spend my money here again. I have also re-directed anyone I know who mentioned going there. Maybe the business is too big now to be respectful to customers.

I had a Groupon certificate for this place and when I got there I paid an additional fee for an SUV and another additional fee for pet hair although I have leather. When first done I inspected it and pointed out MANY missed places. Sand in the trunk area, sticky cup holders, uncleaned pockets behind seats, dirt missed behind captain chairs and more. I wish I could include pictures because there was much more missed when I got home and was more thorough. Dirt my the seatbelt from hands, dirt in the little lines in the gear shifter, dirt in the rubber seals n trunk, crumbs missed if you would have put the captain seats all the way back, junk and crumbs in the tracks to slide the seats. I can’t believe I paid this company to basically vacuum ( fairly at best) and armoral the dash and seats. I could have done this job for about $20 bucks or less in cleaning material. They had it for three hours. I could have done this in that time. I was told they can’t make it look perfect just better than when I brought it in!!! Wow that’s great standards for your business!! I will never go back nor recommend even if you think your getting a deal!! Very displeased customer!!

Over the years I have taken five cars to Dr tinto. These guys are phenomenal and do an amazing job every single time.This time around I have my tail lights smoked and a badge delete.They are super efficient and professional. If youre looking to get any type of tint work, having your car dipped, or some other type of detailing service, please give these guys your business.

10 am appt. Told it would take 2-3 hours to complete job. Vehicle brought into shop at 1145am. No discounts allowed (repeat customer, first responder, multiple referrals). The window tint work is done very well. Lifetime warranty but Ive never had any workmanship issues so far.

My review is regarding their Plasti Dip service. I decided to have my rims Plasti dipped thinking Id be getting high quality work. If Youve thought about doing it yourself Id recommend it.. They dont do anything different outside of what normal people are doing on YouTube. They dont remove your rims they simply stuff something behind your rim and use cans of Plasti dip that you can purchase at Walmart for 6$. I know this because I was never contacted for my lug locks and the also just sprayed right over top of my lug nuts.. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.. you can do it yourself and exceed their quality for 50-60 vs the 200 they charge. They didnt really do bad work... Its just not worth the price for the quality they provide.. it can easily be match in your own driveway.

Was told it would take two hours - no problem. Except theres no place to wait while car is serviced (per covid restrictions, again no problem). However, they could have set up some chairs outside for customers to wait but instead had to walk around town with child in tow. Not too bad, it was a beautiful day, except no one called to say the car was done, so we walked and walked and walked.... and walked. After 3.5 hours past we went back... oops sorry nobody called. They charged me $50.00 extra and they lost one of the keys. Lovely experience.

Got windows tinted, windshield came out horrible, went back and they said would do it over, came out worse, it was so bad i asked them is there supposed to be so blurry Im afraid to drive it, they said yes it will go away in 2 to 3 weeks its been 3 months most of it looks good but some pretty big bubbles, think they just rushed through it, even though I left truck there all day 10 am till 5:30 pm.Ive seen alot of tinted windshields and all my cars have it, owner was rude and they say lifetime warranty, but i guess not on there work.They other windows came out very good, I will give them credit for that, but to tell me they wouldnt warranty it if it didnt come out good made me feel like they got my money and that was it, and ibpaid for eye brow the second time which was 50.So in total was 240 and windshield still has bubbles, but at least it isnt blurry like first time.

Do not waste your money here. It has been almost 2 months now and 2 wasted days since I made my first appointment and I still dont have a job that I am happy with. Both times I had to drop my car off first thing in the morning and it was there all day, I didnt call and rush them I just let them call me once it was done. All the windows have dirt and lint under the film, and in the windshield they left huge water bubbles that dry down to a funny looking ring that wont go away. Not to mention it was a 3 week wait for each appointment. Needless to say I wont be using them again and will not recommend to anyone.

Just got windows tinted on 2 cars and they look great! Lung is absolutely great with doing window tinting! Eric has great customer service and because of these reasons is why I keep returning to this business! Make me proud to support small businesses!!

I bought the Groupon for window tint on two windows. I ended up paying a little extra for a higher quality tint. Had my Jeep in and out in under an hour. Both employees I dealt with were very professional. The tint job is great, no streaks or bubbles. I was a little hesitant to go here after reading some of the one star reviews but the owners clearly stand behind their work and are willing to make it right if the job isnt up to par. Dont let the one star reviews fool you. Id highly recommend these guys!

Got my car Plasti dipped. We get compliments everywhere we go! Totally stand out from every other vehicle.

Had several services done here and most were great but it’s the not so great that’s got me heated. PlastiDip started coming off last fall, a few months after I got it done. When I had the service done, I asked if the work was guaranteed and they said it was. Finally, the wheels got so bad that I decided it was time to take them up on that warranty. Called to schedule and they only guarantee the wheels after a week. Save yourself the $150 and do this yourself with the Plastidip cans from Home Depot. I thought I was buying a warranty, but all I did was pay $150 for something I have done myself before for $10. This place does a good job with most things but needs to stand behind their work and their product, not be vague about a warranty then dip out when it comes time to pay the tab.

The employees at Dr. Tinto are very friendly. However, the work they did on my car left a lot to be desired. I bought a Groupon that covered 5 windows and I paid an extra $30 to have the small windows in the back tinted. After about 3 days of letting the tint fully cure to the windows, I began to notice that all of my windows but 1 had multiple pieces of dust and debris stuck under them. I called and spoke to Lung who immediately apologized and told me to bring it back in and they would fix it. When I brought it back in, they took a look at the car and told me that they would be happy to redo it but that imperfections like that are to be expected. Because I do not live close and do not want to continue to have this problem, I had them just remove the film from all the windows, which they did without a problem. Since having the tint removed I have spoken with other people and looked at their cars with tinted windows and most do not have dust and debris under the tinted film.Im giving Dr. Tinto 3 stars because they are friendly and are willing to redo their work. I just wish their attention to detail was equal to their friendliness.

Just a honest review this place is not professional at all. I had an appointment was quoted a price over the phone. I dropped my car off in the am never received a phone call back. I had to call the following day just to see if it was ready then when I get there im givin another price even though im certain the person I spoke with which he states to me you cant prove it lol. After everything is said and done I was charged for 3 tinted windows $174 and they couldnt even properly match the passenger side windows which I requested apon appointment. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been here twice and I had a pleasant experience. These guys have solid work ethic and had very reasonable prices for my vinyl, detailing and touch up on some scratches on my car. Matt knocked off the difference for the touch up because I bought the pen myself. I really appreciated the transparency, and I even heard customers in awe because they finished jobs a lot faster than what they had expected it to take. Keep in mind if they’re able to put two guys on a car the service will be much faster, so don’t walk in there expecting quality work to be done in half an hour. I’d rather wait if it means it’ll be done how I want. I’ll definitely be back, and it was worth the drive.

Schedule my appointment over the phone for my groupon purchase. When I arrived (at my schedule time), they told me I was late?! Told me I wouldnt be able to reschedule until the end of January! After waiting 2-3 weeks prior. Not coming back.

Great customer service, great product, amazing company. My experience was quick and easy. I had my windows tinted a couple weeks ago and was very satisfied. Over the weekend the tint started peeling off on my one window so I called and got in immediately. They re-filmed the window at no charge.

The staff has an indifference of attitude, I went in to get a complete chrome delete on my jeep grand Cherokee it took them about six hours I was quoted $700 and they work some things out where it came down to $500. It’s been less than 30 days and my plasty dip is starting to peel on my rim and window trim.I called and spoke to a young man about it and I was told that it’s covered under warranty but not if you get your car washed and thats the cause. So let me get this straight… I could never wash my car if I have a plasty dip?

This business is by far the best in the industry. I used a groupon to get my windows tinted and the results were amazing. I honestly dont know how they complete the work so fast and still finish with a perfect product but they do. Some tinting services have you waiting for 3-4 hours, while Dr. Tinto usually can complete 4-5 windows in 45min-1hour. They did a wonderful job on my car. Not only do they have speedy service, they are great with communication and very friendly. No business is perfect but Dr. Tinto is nearly there. Their rating should be much higher. Dont be pushed away by the negative reviews. Check out Dr. Tinto for yourself and make your own opinion. Highly recommended!

Did what was asked in a timely manner at the price quoted.

Had to have them redo my windshield tint three times, each time there was debris trapped under and bubbles… After the third time I gave up and excepted the poor quality job, looks like hair or threads were trapped under the film. Besides that the interaction was fairly poor as well, walked in and staff members treated me as as though I should be there it was very awkward and unprofessional.

Well office was so hot I called a uber home cause I couldnt take the sweating. Asked for specific tint had to repeat what I wanted 3 times and they still got it wrong. And played it off like nothing happened. Never again will I go there. And will warn people to avoid the headache. While I was there. A guy was upset due to the fact that they had done something he specifically told them not to do. And messed up all electrical in his new car. So be careful.

Satisfactory experience.Process took 2 hours just like they said. They squeezed me in on a weekend with no appointment which was cool. The cool ended there though. Im the guy who drives a clean car 24/7. Car was just waxed and detailed and after the tinting the car was covered in water spots head to toe from using water to lay the film correctly. Any detail or cheap Wax spray would have quickly brought the car back to the shape I brought it to them in.. (not to mention the owner owns the detailing shop next door!) Each window had bubbles and an orange peel look and one window had streaks down the side as if they accidentally rolled down the window during the installation. Guy at front desk said to come back in a few weeks if it doesnt go away..Will continue taking my business to car tunes from here on out. Hopefully the tint looks right in a few weeks...

Got a great deal via Groupon. Tinted all my windows. They do charge $30 extra for the 2 small rear quarter windows - but well worth it. They turned around my car in about 2 hours and I am happy with the quality of the work. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and nice place. Was in and out in a hour and ten minutes. Service was impeccable. I will return for tinting of my windows after having my remote starter pit in this morning. I would recommend another heater to the waiting room as it was a little bit chiller than I expected.

I have now visited twice.The first experience started off a little rough as my appt was at 11am (I thought it was at 11:30) and I didnt get there until 11:40.Initially the detailer was rude and unfriendly, but after realizing he thought I was going to demand the car be done by the quoted time, despite my delay, and assuring him I was not in a rush, they could keep the car as long as needed, he relaxed and we communicated very well.When I returned that evening, I was absolutely blown away by the phenomenal job they had done. I am an Uber driver so I keep my car in good shape, but it looked better than the day I bought it. Glossy exterior, and a fresh, fully scrubbed interior. There was absolutely nothing left uncleaned.I was so impressed, I scheduled a second cleaning for my moms vehicle (which was not in good condition). This cleaning went off without a hitch and again, absolutely amazing results! Looks like a fresh off the line vehicle.Prices are unbelievably fair, and they offer so many services, it really is a one stop shop. I will be back to have them buff out the scratches in my car as well!Thank you Matt!

They tinted my Challenger and wired a system up for me. They quoted me one hour on the system wire but they ended up taking a lot longer but they only charged me for 2 hours and they did a really good job. If you want somebody that will take better care of your car then you go here

Great place. I would recommend them to a friend. I had my tints done here and my headlights wrapped in a clear film to protect from fading and road debris. Also great prices on the window visors which is AVS that I also got from them. Good stuff.

This place is a joke came in a few weeks back to get my fusion tinted its full of bubbles and the back window is even peeling off when i called they said it would all dry up dont worry give it some time. Felt very pressured by nick to upgrade my film then was charged for extra windows without being told. Store is very dirty and seems unorganized

I visited Dr. Tinto to remove my front window films after a cop puller me over for having dark tints. It wasnt cheaper to fit them, neither was it to remove. Plan ahead because it is usually crowded. Work done is precise and good. Friendly staff.
