We called and spoke to Hitch House about a new trailer hitch on our truck. They they didnt have the hitch we needed in stock, but they ordered it and called us the next day when it arrived to come in for installation. Installation took no more than an hour. Price was competitive with other retailers and a little less expensive than U-Haul. The wait to have it done by U-Haul would have been 10 days. Great service, fast, easy to deal with, fair pricing.

Clearly the employee do not know about industry standards. Wanted me to bring my trailer to them and pay $150 for a $25 industry standard part Joes trailer (3 miles away) had in stock. I called other trailer stores they also had the industry standard part in stock for roughly the same price $25 to $30.

I find the service quick, (I was told around an hour if Im first customer in the morning). The car was ready in less than 45 minutes.They offer WIFI in the customer waiting room. I brought my laptop and got some work done while waiting.They quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it. Front desk clerk is a big jerk I wouldnt do business with these people again even if it was my only choice. Stay away or you might be the next victim of this deplorable establishments horrible downright rude unacceptable customer service.

My wife asked for smallest size receiver. They put on two inch. Last time I checked 1-1/4 is smaller than 2. They offered to fix it by selling her an adapter.

I was told 4 hours to put the hitch on, I had the car back in 2.

They over charged me. They told me on the phone $275 for hitch install and labor. It was $400 so disappointing!!
