Bought a door, was cut incorrectly, charged $80 to recut $300.00 door, backsets were still off and I had to modify them by myself. Absolute worst customer service of any supply houses I go to. Most supply houses will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers, this place is not one of them. The company culture seems to emanate from the owner on down.Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else.

I am remodeling my restaurant and came in looking for a few specific things. I noticed a car with a Bernie bumper sticker so I figured this was a socialist ran store. Boy, was I wrong. When I tried to barter pizza for supplies they told me they couldnt do it. I guess they think their product is and store is better than everybody elses

Great People, Great Service

Messed up our order then used high pressure tactics to force us to buy more. Lied and said we were doing illegal things so they had to fix it so it would be legal. LIED LIED LIED. Unfair sales tactic. We are considering recovery options. Going back to Gandol Door Co.
