The staff is so friendly and helpful! They re eager to not only greet each customer that walks in, but help them find what theyre looking for. The employees really take their time to learn about the customers, whether its just for projects or in general. They have a great selection of products they have wonderful staff and even though its a little on the priceyR side, its worth every penny I spend.

Fully staffed what I liked my only con would be that everything is packed in so tight aisles are small same thing with checkout.

I dont lose half a day going in here to buy a couple things. UPDATE: I have been here several more times and realized the prices are extremely high, even for an Ace Hardware. Ill be avoiding this place when I can.

They always seem to have EVERYTHING I need. Also, you just have to love when u ask a May I Help You Person where something is and they say Isle 21,half way down on the left about eye level and theyre spot on!

This place stinks like chemicals when you walk in. Staff are uninspired. Very expensive, an electrical plug to light bulb socket that was $1.09 on line, $1.99 at Home Depot was $4.59 plus tax at this store. When I showed the clerk, a real slug he just shrugged and asked if I still wanted it. I would say only go here if you have to.

A nice local chain of Ace hardware stores. I usually go there before the big home centers because I can nearly always get what I need and it is easy in and out. Staff are pretty kmowledgable and always very helpful.

Very disappointing. Went there back in May. Had a list of 6 items I needed. They had nothing and there was no help. Made a mistake by going there again today. Same problem. All new faces. Definitely not the same store anymore.

They didnt have what I was looking for but they did point me in the right direction and tried to help me find it elsewhere thats pretty decent customer service they even look things up on the computer for me

Clean store and always well stocked customer service has been hit or miss Ive had a few bad experience but mostly good employees. My biggest problem is the pricing I understand small stores may be a bit more as they dont have a massive warehouse to order in bulk but this ACE is almost always MUCH higher prices then even other ACE hardware so I dont really know what the deal is. Ive tried to frequent here instead of big box stores but often I just cant justify the mark up in price. Not talking 1-5% higher I mean like 20% mark up!?

Bought toxic sour mulch from here, when I was finished loading in the back of my truck I thinking something smells funny. Got home opened a bag and was smacked in the face with a foul odor, so I called and informed them about the situation. Tried to google some solutions as I have bought 5 bags watered and watered then tried to dry, still smells horrid. I’ll be calling for a refund -good thing is staff are super helpful and the service is great. Just disappointed as there were many pallets of this stuff and I wonder how much of it is sour 🤢

I was there Saturday May 23, AM time, im specifying the time and date because the person working there, not sure if manager or jot but he was helping the cashier too, saw me confused came and asked if i needed help and stayed with me till i got all i needed, this employee is the main reason i dont go to home depot anymore because i never get help there. I hope u figure out who that employee is, medium hight i think bald, and give him my thanks.

Okay hardware store. Some staff there try to be helpful, others wont get off their chair. Will offer ideas for where to find items at other stores if they dont carry it.

I was out looking for leaf bags and trying to avoid the big box stores, so I stopped in here. There were a couple of carts outside the entrance so I grabbed one thinking I was saving some employee a trip to retrieve them.When I got inside the store I didnt see any bags so I got the attention of an employee and asked if they had any leaf bags. She said they were all out.I turned around and headed out, leaving the cart near the entrance on the inside. Carts are stored inside stores, right?As I walked out the employee followed me outside with the cart making rude comments like, dont worry Ill put your cart away for you, and so on. She was doing it for me? I just kept walking to my car.There was no designated cart storage outside, just 2 carts by the front door.Every store I know, including the Ace Hardware I had just come from stored their carts inside.I was trying to skip the big box stores and shop local, yet I am writing this review from inside Home Depot, where they have an infinite number of bags, carts, and friendly employees who want my money.So snarky Ace employee, dont you worry, I will never darken your door or mess with your carts again. Have a great day.

Love this ACE. Always helpful employees - better yet, there is almost always a manager on the floor. Prices are a tad higher than the big box stores down Middlebelt but for the convenience, friendliness, knowledge and products stocked, Im okay with that.

I went there to get some paint and Tanner was very nice and helpful he helped me find a color I bought in and it wasnt in there computer but he found the right mix for it and he helped me with 3 other colors I was very happy with the customer service I received from him I would definitely recommend them to everyone.... Definitely not the helpful hardware place, not one employee had a clue about anything, not even a simple question about even a BBQ grill.I would recommend any other ACE for your needs.

Went in today 7-8-18 for a quick propane exchange and some pottery Goods, always nice to visit your local Little Hardware Store instead of the big conglomerates.

I’m not sure what people are looking for when they say staff is knowledgeable. Having a health issue my wife had to go to the hardware store for me. I wrote down,,, 1/2” copper male adaptor. Anybody worth there salt knows what that is. She came back with a fitting that wasn’t even copper. I wouldn’t write this review if this were a one time deal.

Went there looking for a metal shovel and the woman there when asked if thats all they have and her response was less then I would accept in the manner in which she answered me I told kindly that its not nice to speak to a customer that way and she answered by saying your not going to lecture me like a five yeared old and told her be more friendly and to grow up needless to say I wont be going back and time soon
