Ive never had an issue with my H-E-B love the wide arey of HEB and Hill Country fair products and the Sushi 🍣 has been a prayer answered from my highschool days. The only thing I would like to see addressed would be, the bagging/placement of the groceries for curbside pickup. On more than one occasion weve had ready to eat items bagged with raw poultry, or placed inside the vehicle with raw meat directly above ready to eat items. My suggestion would be to have someone with a serve-safe certification train and supervise those that fill and bag the orders. Just to Clarify Im still a loyal customer and enjoy shopping with H-E-B and will continue to do so.

I have always loved shopping at my local HEB, but they have really made it even more exciting to shop as theyve increased the amount of exotic fruits & vegetables they get in.

My go to grocery. Plus have almost enough organic. Since covid I sometimes have to 2-3 times to get my usual brands.

Tom, one of the managers, is a valuable asset to HEB. After4 1/2 years of shopping here once and twice a week, I have to say that Tom is the best at what he does for HEB.

I like the store but you can feel when folks dont want you there.. I love the HEB next door to us... We go there every weekend... Then we go to Austin... Thank you HEB....

Not enough name brand frontage. Too much HEB Brand substandard items. How can you not stock regular Rotel in Texas? No excuse but were out of it..sorry sir! At least respectful but incompetent!

Over the last 4 years, I have dealt with an employee named Fox.Either in person or by phone, Fox has represented HEB very professionally. It is easy to tell that he likes his job.

Great value and courteous staff make for a very nice grocery shopping trip.

I wanted to purchase a chocolate cheesecake that was in the bakery display but the only person around was a janitor cleaning. I asked him if there was anyone that could help me and he told me if I went up to the self checkout there should be a member who could help me out. I went up there and the young lady was yelling out to another cashier asking her if she could help me. The lady just redundantly said no in a awful rude tone. The young lady looked embarrassed and just gave me a quick explanation that there was no one qualified to go back there to help me. But the kind janitor had just told me one of the managers could help me. Whoever has the closing shift tonight was not in a good mood to help this customer and I left very unsatisfied.

Nice have what you need, and like when disasters happen they come out in truck convoys and help out folks with needed help, better than any other agent company or relief assistance to help. They are the first to show and do help folks where ever needed. They are the first to respond. I give 5 ***** stars. They give back to the community where others charge and slow to respond.They are who I donate to proudly.

5 STARS go out to ABEL, the hardest working employee they have. This morning he saw I was about to grab a big heavy case of 32 bottles of water. I couldve easily picked it up myself, but Abel very quickly picked it up and loaded it in my cart. Everytime I see him he is hustling and working fast.

Employees like EDEN help to give this store a good name and image. Always smiling and friendly, even when she works the Gas-station on the property. Cheerful worker.

Ok... I love HEB stores specifically HEB PLUS stores, i think they have a good variety of quality products and good fresh produce. But I truly believe that little Lockhart has outgrown its HEB and i am hopeful that we get a bigger store soon. The parking lot is just too small and i often find myself avoiding HEB i will go to Walmart if its only for a few items even though i Rather get my groceries from HEB or i will make the drive to San marcos to avoid the rush and the traffic. Please bring us a bigger store!

HEB in Lockhart. I could not find ridex. Only one can of kitten Pate. Even pate cat food limited. Maria was nice at checkout.

Our HEB is always clean, the food looks good, great help. Im having to learn the sections better since they remodeled but it looks really good.

I love coming to my YouTube theres so sweet Ive been going to the HB since I was a little girl and here I am a grown woman of a family of my own and I just love it because they theres people that been there since when I first told them theres some people that knew my family and people that actually had seen me before and are happy to see to have my own family I just love coming to my HEB

5 stars for previous version. Not a fan of being directed to an appropriate lane. To be fair not a fan of being directed to anything. Im a civil minded citizen of at least average intelligence. I got this. Let go my ears.

This HEB located near downtown and is a great store. It has many specialty items and the prices are reasonable. I like it very much, you might like it too.

Went today to pick up my prescription and the lady at the window, Donna H., was so rude!!. When she handed back my prescription with my change inside, she didnt even stapled the bag, like all the other HEB pharmacies do, my change fell and medicine bottle from bag when I was about to grab it. She didnt even hesitate on helping, or at least to say Im sorry. After I told her that she should have at least stapled the bag, she just looked at me with a rude face. How do you have people like that working when they dont care about the customer!! Have never EVER! EXPERIENCED THIS AT OTHER HEB PHARMACY LOCATIONS!!!😡

Good ole HEB. right across from a small quaint park with kid s in mind next to a local historical small couple if buildings. Texas has a lot of history. HEB is part of Texas history in itself. Thank you Mr. Butt.

Its still a really good store but its out dated and parking is horrible on weekends. They need to build a bigger HEB for Lockhart. The customer service is really good also.

It was alright. No lines but store was nearly empty. I was able to get a few things except for the essential like water and toilet paper.

HEB is busy as usual this holiday season but do well to keeping their shelves stocked with the rushes. Their employees continue to be ever so helpful and patient during these busy times. We greatly appreciate everyone who is working so hard and providing a small sense of normalcy in our lives. Thank you.

I wanted to take a moment and say that Ive been in this town for over 3 years, and the following managers have totally earned my utmost respect and appreciation for their hard work and sincere care for both their customers and employees.Not in any particular order:Tom, Cory, Stephanie, Olga, and Lala.I hope that HEB headquarters in San Antonio realizes what they have in these outstanding managers, and that these good folks are not taken for granted!

Employees are courteous and efficient, store is clean and well stocked, check-out is speedy...who could ask for more? I love this store!

I visited this store on Wednesday, November 18th. I had my Certified Service Dog, Peaches with me. I have brought her in the store many times before with no problem. I always bring a quilted blanket in to lay in the basket so she has no contact directly with the cart. We walked the store, gathering purchases, walked past a manager and multiple team members. We completed our shopping and were in the checkout when a team member came up and told me that I could not have her in the cart. She would have to walk on the floor or I would have to carry her. I attempted to explain we had been in multiple times before with no issues. I also explained that she is 4.5 lbs and 6 inches off the ground. She is my Service Dog because I am Type 1 Diabetic. She alerts by smelling changes in the smell of my breath. How is she suppose to do her job if she is 5 ft away from my face? I was then told that I would have to request a carry out so that they immediately could sanitize the cart. I finished the checkout and spotted two Management members, Corey and Darla. Corey just kept apologizing and Darla just kept rolling her eyes at me. Nothing was resolved then and the phone call that I got the next day from Corey did not resolve anything. I have heard nothing since from HEB. My service Dog gives me a chance at some Normalcy. If everybody did what this store did I would be house bound only allowed to go out with an escort. HEB has lost my business. Not just the store in Lockhart, but the entire company.

Luis gets a shout-out for being upbeat and friendly with customers in the checkout line. He smiles when greeting a customer, and you can tell that he is sincere.

I have to say how much I disliked this HEB when I first moved to Lockhart but man I have to say with the remodeling they did it changed my opinion. I know they didnt add ft to the building but somehow they made it look bigger and looks a lot better...I love it! The employees are always so kind and courteous. I always get a How are doing today? Do you need help finding something? The only reason I didnt give it a five star is due to the parking. Parking is a big big issue. Theres never parking near or far!

I have been a customer of HEB pharmacy for many years. They care about people, and are wonderful at helps people.

For a smaller (not a super h.e.b) grocer they have a very large selection. If you like beer or wine there is a good variety and normal prices they also do online orders. the store is clean and well lit. i have not ever found an expired item for sale.parking lot is terrible and selfish customers regularly block tons of traffic for minutes at a time so they can park 20 feet closer. what shoupd take 30 seconds takes upwards of 5 minutes. the exits of the lot are not well organized and force traffic to build up unnecessarily. which blocks incoming trying to park. combined with the selfish drivers, you can expect to sit and wait just to park in the back. very bad design for a lot

Clean carts..they always wipe down after every customer unloads. Had a wide selection. The sushi there is out of this world!! Love their fire cracker rolls. Our tailgate party. Combo locos . staff are friendly there

HEB food stores dominate Texas groceries for good reason! The HEB in Lockhart is due for an update, the inside shows its age, but the prices, selection, and overall quality experience continue to overwhelm the competition. HEB rocks!Keep those human cashiers and baggers please -- Im not a fan of self check out!

They were super busy pre Thanksgiving and left a few things out of my order. Jocelyn would the store took my phone call and delivered the missing items to my car herself. Great job H-E-B.

Ifinder 99% of the employees of the H-E-B in Luling Texas are very helpful and very nice. But with that being said there is a couple employees cashiers that are fairly rude they will ignore you then when you repeat yourself they just look at you like youre ignorant or something. Theyre the ones that are given HEB a bad name and remember they say One Bad Apple doesnt spoil the bunch I beg to differ

Store employee, ABEL, is the hardest working stocker I have ever seen at any supermarket anywhere. This morning I saw him working like he had one hour to stock the entire store by himself. He was breaking a sweat, for sure. I saw him walking across the floor very briskly, as if he was running out of time to get the job done.

I love this store. I come all the way from Kyle and I don’t mind at all because they are all nice people. Especially curbside they are so super sweet people they even gave me a thank you card, like who does that I should give them a thank you card, So thoughtful!

I bought a cake from the bakery and the name was spelled wrong. they even wrote the name down when we ordered it and when i called them it was spelled the right way except on the cake it was wrong. when i called she said “well i dont know what you want me to do about that” and asked alot of questions as if i was lying about the named being spelled like the cake wasnt right in front of me :( beautiful cake though it was supposed to say kaele but instead said kacie

My favorite pit stop in Lockhart TX.

Local HEB. Shopped here on 7/14/20. Searched for any flavor of Fanta Zero. No such luck. No diet orange soda of any brand. Limited sugar-free soda options. Colas, root beer and Dr Pepper. Next item: packaged lemon cookies such as Oreo Lemon Thins. No lemon cookies at all. Lemon wafers are NOT cookies. For such a large HEB very limited options. Very disappointed.

Friendly and fun staff, great prices, but sometimes impossibleto. Find parking! Its ok for your small town needs but if your looking for more variety, go to San Marcos... and if you need the ultimate variety Go to Kyle.

Very very rude the cashier on register 6 around 2:00 seems like she hates being there.I understand to a point that we’re all stressed about our situations but it’s no excuse to be rude and hateful towards me and my family, who all we did was buy 6 packs of pasta not knowing there was a limit we tried to look and did not see any sign so we thought it would be ok since we have a large family to feed and only come grocery shopping every 2 to 3 weeks . I felt very disturbed by her attitude today. I’m disappointed with the service today it has always been very good at this location but this lady needs a new course in Customer service.

First time to actually shop rather than have delivery in a couple of months. The store looked good and clean . Although still some empty spots i still found everything i had come to get . The cashier was very friendly and efficient ...all good as it usually is .

Love they have a seafood department! Its always clean, friendly and the way they remodeled the place looks great too.
