Had hail damage repaired at this shop. Nate was great to deal with he kept me well informed via phone or messages. Work performed was excellent quality and truck was done when promised. I would use them again need be.

Auto Collision & Glass kept me informed during the whole process of my repair, made arrangements for a rental car for me, and worked with my insurance company to ensure that I got the maximum repair. Their work is excellent. Just like new.

Auto Collision and Glass did a wonderful job after my Odyssey was side swiped in a parking lot. They gave me timely updates and did this great job in less time than originally expected. They even went way above and beyond all of my expectations by vacuuming the floors, wiping down the seats, and the steering wheel and dashboard. It was like a brand new vehicle and I will tell all of my family and friends what a great experience I had with Auto Collision and Glass. Came to auto collision for a whole car rust proofing. When I arrived home and looked it over I realized the inner front fenders and the front frame was dry, also a few spots in the back of the car were dry. I called Kelly and she said come right back and it will be fixed. They took my car and in 5 minutes said I was all set. Tech explained I had to “ask” to have this part of the car done?? Again I checked when I got home and still lots of dry spots on the back frame and top sides of all the arms. Will never return, tried to bribe me for a google review with a Tim Hortons gift card. A job well done with an sufficient result is how you earn a good review, not gift cards. Good luck.

Had my misunderstanding with them, in hindsight I think i was the one in the wrong and they just communicated poorly. BUT good work, super professional, super convenient and even thou we ended up arguing the one day I still bring my car for anything I need and would definitely recommend. Good body work, good updates, made sure I was well set with rentals and have a killer deal on rust proofing. Thank you!

They took over a week longer than what was quoted. When I picked up the vehicle it was completely dirty inside. They never did all the work that was needed and the work they did complete is making all kinds of noises. Wouldnt recommend getting even a bicycle repaired there. Horrible experience with them

Vehicle had to be fixed multiple times. returned vehicle to me with dirty, greasy hand prints all over. Vehicle was not looked over by shop before they tried to return it to me. Will never use this shop again.

I needed a photo inspection for my vehicles. They were able to accommodate me right away. Staff was friendly and courteous.

My fiancé and I have used this company several times. The staff are courteous, kind and professional. I brought my car in and and received a courtesy car. This was wonderful as I just dropped car rental on my policy to try to save some money. The collision people are professional they went over my car with a fine tooth comb and found several things wrong that my insurance adjuster missed. I feel that I have received quality service and good value for the work done.

I was kept informed every step of the way. Everyone was pleasant and very welcoming. When the repairs were completed and I picked up my vehicle the low tire pressure light came on, I took it back and they filled the tires and looked over everything one more time. Aside from being there because of my car being hit it was a very enjoyable experience. Excellent customer service and excellent communication!!!

The absolute worst. Need negative stars. Took 37 days to get vehicle repaired. They told my insurance company that the mechanical issues were pre-existing and were not going to fix it. Boil that down to I was called a liar and was committing insurance fraud. Charged my insurance company for power steering pump that was not defective. Did not offer to discount my deductible or reimburse overage on rental vehicle only agreed to it after insurance company called them. Getting an update was like pulling teeth. I hate this company. Stay away.

I brought my brand new car in for hail damage. After taking car home I found interior cover in grease and mud from the floor mats to all four seats, including interior roof. There was also over 100 extra miles on the car. I never realized that it would be used as someones personal uber. I will never recommend or bring another vehicle to auto collision and glass.
