I was looking for a shop to do undercarriage and frame work. George was very professional and explained the entire process, answering all my questions. As a member of a family ran business myself, i cant say 1 bad thing about collision customs. my 2018 Silverado went in with almost 5500 dollars worth of damage and it came out looking better than before, very fast and very Precise work. my paint is fresh looking like a mirror like finish, its amazing. overall great job and keep up the fantastic work i will for-sure be in again!! thanks again.

The guys here did an amazing job dealing with my special brand of crazy. We had to pay out of pocket for a repair and I was super stressed. Ive taken my cars to United Collision on three separate occasions. The repairs required were both minor and major. They did very good work, were prompt, and they made the process of swapping the rental car a breeze. Additionally, George and his crew were very friendly. They made me feel like a long lost friend. They will be my new go to mechanic for all car issues. Its nice to have a mechanic whom you can trust. I definitely recommend!

The guys here showed exceptional customer service. I came in to get my car fixed and they originally told me it would take 5 days to fix and they fixed it in 2. I had excess damage to the car that they weren’t liable to fix and they went ahead and fixed it for me anyway. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I recommend bringing your car here for any repairs needed.

They did a great job fixing up my Chevy Cruze. I had a large dent on my door and they got it fixed up in just a couple of days. Looks good as new!

George lll and the father and son business has done quality work for years. They have worked several cars from Foreign, Luxury and Domestic good at all and that’s extremely hard to find. Im a discriminating car owner and if I can have my Mercedes, Lexus and Land Rover in their shop and get great service for a fair price I’m always going to them... highly recommend!!

Even though my insurance totally screwed me and I had to pay for my car out of pocket, George and his family owned business were exceptional. He was extremely understanding of the difficult situation I was in. He was very honest with me through the entire process and I got my car back today with no complaints. Sorry for the late review but weather has been bad and not a lot of time to greatly veiw the work done. I just wanna start with this place has gone above and beyond on doing the work on my car. 1)parts for my car were limited edition parts due to only 3500 of my car were made so time frame for parts should have taken longer but this did not slow them down at all..besides that they also took the time to FULLY detail the inside of my car inside and out! They replaced my ps skirt and fender and had to do the body work on the back half of my car. 2)thanks you guys for all the time you spent helping fix my car and helping us make it to you shop ⛽⛽ .. I will be coming back to you guys when ever I do need body work again sorry for the late review keep up the good work!

If i could rate it 0 stars i would! Was forced to come here on a insurance claim. Terrible experience, had my car for 7weeks. They blamed it on the insurance, followed up with insurance company found out the shop was lying. They avoided my calls and were acting very dodgy.. Finally got the car back with parts not bolted down or plugged in. Didnt even provide paper work to say what they repaired. Even after the terrible work they asked me to rate them 5 stars! If you value your time and car avoid this shop!

Slipped on black ice while on the highway and bent my axil and busted the drivers side front of my car. I towed my car here and George seriously did an awesome job for a price that didnt break bank. On top of the great deal, I brought my car in on Wednesday and it was all ready for me Friday evening. I definitely would recommend coming here.

I would never recommend this body shop to anybody. The owner George Doddard will tell you everything you want to hear but its lies. He tries to blame the insurance company for not getting back with him. He told me my car will be fixed in a week and he had it for several months. He like to put blame on the insurance company saying he needed extra paperwork. He does not follow up with the insured person. When you have any discrepancies he continuously tries to blame insurance companies. Anything he says you need to get in writing he is a crook plain and simple. Save yourself lots of time money and Hassle and go anywhere else but here.

I was forced to go here by my insurance company. It took them 2 weeks before I even got my car back. It was nearly impossible to get updates on my car the whole time they had. They had no problem contacting me to set up and appointment and get my car into them tho. When I finally got it back it looked good from the body work however I got my car back 6 months later I started having issues with the front end I took it to ford and they said nothing under the car was even replaced not to mention a few parts were not even bolted up right or tighten down! Thats not even to mention when I asked how to pay my deductible they insisted CASH would be easier for them and thats what they wanted! I could pay by card or check but they keep insisting they wanted CASH!!!! Everything about this place seemed shady from the start they only positive experience from it was the rental car place outside of that this has just about cost me double what it should because now I have to have my car actually repaired by a real shop!

Screamed and yelled at me, called my boss at work and threatened my job wouldnt provide any documentation for repairs, had to get legal/police advice, finally got the car back, after him threatening to charge me storage fees on bogus completion date, absolutely reporting to the BBB ***car was not repaired properly*** air conditioning will not work and radiator had no fluid in it, and tire I was billed for was flat within 24 hours

Worst experience I have ever had then had the balls to say I rushed them when my car should have been done a month ago I will never recommend for anyone to go here and after reading this post on face book they blocked me
