I went there just looking at cars not expecting to buy one. I knew I wanted to get into a Jeep that was affordable for me and I could buy it by myself no co signer. We looked around outside for a little bit and when we went in Sam was available to assist us. I told her I wanted to keep my payment around where it was and wanted to be in another Jeep. She did some digging and had me look at a few and then let me test drive a 2018 Jeep Compass. I drove it around the block and fell in love! She then tried her hardest to get my payment as low as we could get it! She did an amazing job getting me in the car I wanted and made sure it was covered so I would be safe! All around great experience and i’ll definitely be back to get into my next Jeep!

Matt is a fabulous salesman. It was easy start to finish. The only knock I’ll give the deal was the detail of the car. It’s a black car, that being noted the exterior prep wasn’t the greatest. That being said I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

The part ordered arrived within days. No appointment was necessary for my repair. I stopped by the Service Department, at my convenience, and was in and out in 45 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

We were traveling through the Niagara Falls area on 30Sep when we encountered a loud knocking noise on our RAM truck. West Herr CDJR in lockport is an excellent dealership. In 2019 I leased my 2019 Ram 1500 classic warlock. The sales department makes buying or leasing a hassle free relaxing experience. The service department is probably the best around in my opinion. I just had my warlock in for service this week for a hard start condition. They diagnosed a faulty fuel pump and three injectors that were not working properly and replaced those components under warranty. My service rep Joe was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and sent me text messages keeping me updated on the status of my truck. Ive been satisfied with every interaction Ive had at this dealership and have even recommended them to my family and friends.

West Herr Collision repaired accident damage on my 2020 Honda HRV that I lease from West Herr Honda. Repairs were made and I can rate them 5 stars. But, service itself, I can only rate a 3.5. My vehicle was not detailed. My vehicle had the body work completed, but my vehicle was not washed, not vacuumed, not cared for as I had expected. I have had accident damage repaired by Commercial Body Shops in past years and my car was returned to me clean, detailed, and like brand new. Disappointed in West Herr Collision for not performing a better job at least by washing and buffing the vehicle. I also have a grease spot on my driver seat that was not there before.Hope I dont have any more accidents that need repaired here. Or, I guess I will know ahead of time it will be returned to me with only collision repair...nothing else. Lesson learned.

I would’ve giving a five star if the issue was resolved and fixed or if they had putting little extra effort to take the whole bumper out instead of 2 screws on the side to take a peak and decide weather it was fixable or not after the truck was there for two days

This location in particular has been there for me in many ways with my jeep eco diesel which has had many recalls and warranty repairs. I made an appointment online and I marked synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The confirmation email said synthetic oil change and tire rotation, but the receipt I received after my appointment was for conventional oil. Also, all the personal information was under my fathers name when I put my own information on the online schedule.

My husband and I worked with Matt Wilkins at West Herr in Lockport to lease a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Initially we wanted a Dodge Durango, which we test drove and loved, but the payments were a little out of our price range. Matt worked with us and let us drive the jeep for an extended amount of time to make sure we were comfortable. The paperwork process was a little disappointing but the sales manager Ben called me a day later to apologize and make things right which I really appreciate. Overall it was a good experience and we will be back when we need another vehicle.
