I was in the market for another car since GMC was starting to fail on me. After two months of searching, I finally found the car I wanted, and it hit all the marks I was looking for in a car. I called them and spoke with David, and he was able to get me an appointment to see the car. After testing the car, David and Albert walked me by very clearly on the process of financing the car. Honestly, it was a very long and boring process but David, Albert and the other staff made the process a little more entertaining with their little jokes also while staying professional. At the end of it, I was able to get the car at the price I wanted it for. I also appreciate that they stayed after closing to make sure I got to drive off in the car!

Nice people but deceptive advertising.They dont disclose on their website howmuch their dealer prep fee is.I came into the showroom checked out a car and before taking it on a ride the salesman tells me that there is a $1995.00 dealer prep fee.In other words, 2k more than the advertised price!But thats not the only fee. There is also registration erc. ....So buyer beware!

I saw this car for $9000, so I went there to see it, the salesman told me to go put insurance while he gets the car ready, and he made me put $4000 deposit, so when I came back he got all the paperwork ready, so all I had to do is sign them, I ended finance the car for $18000, I bought the car in October 2020, today is September 9 2021 and I still haven’t received the license plates, every time I go to the office they say they gonna call the “dmv guy” to send me the plates, last time I call them, they tried to charge me and extra $280 for them to get the dmv guy to get the plates for me, please stay away from these people

They have dealer fees that cost 1,900 and they wanna give excuses for that dealer fees on why is that much.

I went to Cars Buyer off of an ad I seen about a 2010 Camaro SS. The car looked exactly like everything posted. They were kind, respectful, welcoming and adamant about getting me the best deal possible. I’ve had the car for a year now and it has not given me a single issue. Some dealerships will sell you something they know won’t do you no good. Not this place. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Went for car appraisal a while ago, a guy named Josh met with me. What a rude and unprofessional guy! He treats you as if you are selling a stolen car. These guys think they are smart and they can scam you by hustle. Never again. Such people first learn how to treat customers otherwise no business.

Javed Peter and Albert are all scam artist. They sold me a lemon car. Before I purchased the car I got all phone calls returned. Once I notified them of the $5000 worth of work that needed to be done my calls were ignored constantly. They sold me a car that cant pass inspection and I still havent received my registration since July and now its almost October. They refuse to fix my car so now I have to take them to court and get the finance company involved.

NO NO NO!! **BEWARE** hidden fees!!I called to make an appointment to see a car, asked if they had any fees other than docs and registration. They said No. I then read some reviews online that said that had a $2000 dealership fee. So I called again. They said again: no, the price you see online is the price you pay. He said they changed management about a year ago and don’t have those fees anymore.So, I drive 1.5 hours to the dealership, and guess what? $2000 dealership fee tacked onto every purchase!!!The salesman said the person on the phone didn’t know what he was talking about. He said he said the fee was mandatory and added into all car purchases. I asked him about the “FREE 90 day warranty” they post on all their listings. His response was “yes, it comes free with the $2000 dealership fee”.I simply got up and left.This is a typical sly, shady, car dealership. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!

BEWARE!!....Sadly, I have to Notify the public of what is gonna happen when it comes time to discuss the price....They have a FEE that cost $1,990 added to the price of every car, Therefor the price of the vehicle you see online make sure you add $2,000 on top of it....When presented with the FEE I mentioned I never seen anything like this before and I worked in a bank years ago doing fiance. They gave a rediclious explanation as to what the fees cover, Anyone with a half a brain can figure out its a scam!....Unless your very desperate or loose your comment sense being wrapped up in excitement Id strongly recommend taking your car buying elsewhere....The vehicle I wanted was $12,200 then they wanted to add another $1,990 FEE on top of that, Then we all know theres yet more fees (Tax, Title, Licensing) so a $12,200 car would of costed me $16,490....Absolutely not, Im.not a fool, I left and took my business elsewhere!!!

When these guys found out I was coming from L.I to see the car, They let me drove home my Acura TL with not enough money on me, and they allowed me to pay them back rest of the payment within one month with no interests. My son brought his car in June or July and now its September he doesnt have his license plates, they keep giving him temps, come on. I never heard of nothing like that. Went to motor vehicle they cant do anything. Yes, it came rip, the car needs to go to inspection. My son need a car to get back and and fourth to work. I should have read all good and bad comments before we brought the car. This is a lesson learned.

At first I was very happy with my experience with Car Buyers Inc but things soon turned south. They didnt send my plates out until I called them and asked why I hadnt gotten my plates yet when my temp was going to expire soon. To make matters worse, I didnt receive my plates before the expiration date, didnt receive them when they said I would and then got a lot of run around whenever I tried to call. At one point they put me on hold and just left since I called 5 minutes before closing since that was the time I found out the plates did not arrive. They never called me back with information like they said they would. Unacceptable customer service. I will not be recommending anyone to buy a car here and warn you to run the other way. I thought I was getting a great deal and dealing with great people. Turns out sometimes a great deal isnt worth it.

Made an appointment over the phone to potentially buy a car on his lot. Woke up early drove an hour to see the car and when I got there they had sold it. Albert then tried to offer me a car 10k over my budget to make up for it. Pathetic...

READ THIS BEFORE GOING! I waited about 4 weeks to submit this to be sure Im being fair. To start Ill say I got a pretty fair deal on a car, and decent value for my trade. I just think going to this dealer to get a car is A BIG TOSS UP. They have a NO RETURN POLICY and the cars are sold AS IS. Its one of those deals where if you get lucky and have no issues with the car your good. If your car has problems after you buy the car even with the warranty your screwed. they will charge you an extra $750 they claim to put into each car... but mine came with bald tires and was leaking so I dont really see where it came from. It really is a toss up coming here, hopefully you dont end up paying for a ton of maintenance with in a few weeks of buying the car like I did.

Warning ⚠️ Deception Ahead! Dealer refused to honor advertised price from website. They required that I purchase a dealer prep and warranty for $1995 in order to sell it. When I declined they told me car wasnt available. Since I traveled 300 miles to make purchase you can imagine my disappointment.You have been warned! In the internet age there are too many good options to waste your time at this dealer.

I will contacting the BBB over the nightmare of trying to buy a car last week at this dealership. They try to overcharge you for the car right off the bat with their dealer fees($2500). After 10 minutes of back and forth they waived most of it and I thought I was gonna get a good deal for this car. Then you meet the owner for the rest of the details on financing and payment. After 2 hours right before youre going to sign for the car he says its mandatory to get car warranty for an additional $3000 and if I dont there is no deal. Do not come here. I called the financing company and they agreed it was not mandatory. Hopefully the BBB will shut this place down.

Poor costumer service, I was very interested in purchasing a car, we drove all the way up from Philly I was really going to get the car that day but the check engine light was on, my husband asked this guy Mike why was it on, his answer was I dont know Im not a mechanic, He had no interest to sell the car, said he didnt know the price of the car bc he had other 120 cars on inventory and he wouldnt remember. Not helpful at all, we scheduled the test drive and he had no idea about anything!! or maybe just didnt want to answer to not feel responsible for future problems with the car. the car was listed for $10.5k but you must get a poor warranty with them for extra $2k.

Stay far away. I dont know how these people sleep at night. They are dirty business men and big-time scammers. Bait and switch and then they sold me a car that I cant get inspected until I get the suspension system fixed which is going to cost me $$$$. I am a single mother and they let me and my kids walk out of there with a dangerous car!!! Better business bureau, their unscrupulous warranty company and a lawyer has been contacted.

During the time of purchase of a bmw for my 19 year old son Mike and Albert were a pleasure to do business with. After 2 weeks I started calling (7 times) looking for the reg and tags and was told someone will call me back. The day the temp tag expired my son went there and was giving an extension letter. A few days later Josh called me looking for the $2500 deposit stating it was never paid, when I was able to find $2000 of the receipts it became $500 I owed. 55 days after day of purchase I called there asking for Albert and was told he wasn’t in so I called the bank and explained the situation. We called them not even 10 min after I called and was able to speak with Albert. He stated he will have the tags and I can pick up in 3 days. I don’t know what kind of scam they are trying to pull but I would never do business with this place again or recommend anyone to go there.p.s. josh is very unprofessional and continued to curse and degrade me while on the phone when he called me

I spotted a 2009 Mercedes Benz CLS 550 at my local Mercedes dealership and thought wouldnt that be sweet to own. After checking online I found out that the price tag was well above what I was looking to spend. But after sorting by ascending price a Car Byer advertisement was at the top of the list with the same car, fewer miles, and a price tag nearly $6,000 below current retail! But of course I was nearly 200 miles away and had reserves about travelling and what I would actually find. But it was worth the risk ... and afterward I am glad I did it. Mike and Paul had the car ready and sparkling, we took it for an immediate test drive, and they had the car facts ready to go. The home run was getting it inspected locally to find not a single problem! Car Buyer made possible a purchase that normally would just be a dream!

I was looking for a car for my daughter, I did take my time to test drive and visit all the dealerships. I needed a reliable good car because my daughter is going to collage and i dont want her to have more stress with anything. I came the first time by myself to just see the audi i met Mack on the lot and i was very glad he took care of me because he offered me right away a test drive. Some of the other places did not do that because I was just looking so they were brushing me off. Mack took everything very seriously and gave me all the information about the car and his card so i can think about it and bring my daughter and my son to have a look at the car. I came three days later with them they also test drove the car and automatically we all fell for this audi. It had great mileage clean car fax the car is in great form! I dealt with Sam and he has a very good personality speaks serenely and right to the point. The same day i put a deposit on the car while the finance manager tried to beat my rate from my bank. I got a call the next day from the finance manager and I couldnt believe that he took down 2 percent from my banks rate. I automatically made a appointment to sign all the paper work and pick up my daughters cars. My daughter started her collage not so long ago and we are very grateful for all your effort and consideration for us. We have no problem with the car and I would like to say that I am very happy with this company and the way they work.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was completely satisfied with car until after I drove from the dealership to JFK to Brick Township, NJ. As soon as I was 15 minutes away from my destination the car started to jerk uncontrollably once I took my foot off the gas. I had to pull over because I almost slammed into the back of another car. My boyfriend had mentioned to the dealer before we purchased the car that the Transmission seemed a little funky and the salesman assured us it just needed fluids. Wrong! By the time I made it home, I could barely park my car because it wouldnt get out of first gear and the car wouldnt reverse. Now, an additional $2000 has to be spent. I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time.

The car buyers in butler is great bought a g35 from there and it was perfect when I went back 6months later to buy another car I went to the Lodi location and boy was that a mistake, I bought a Audi Q5 and the first day with the car it had a ABS brake malfunction and back up camara did not work the very first day call the dealer ask to speak the the mngr he said he would call me back and never did when it came down to getting my plates from them they told they will mail it and never did then I called and told them I will pick up my plates and they had me on a run around from town to town just so they would have to confront me about the car they sold me!!!! I was a faithful customer going back a second time and then they treated me like trash

If you need a used car, go see them and go see Javed, get guy and walks u through everything and Paul will get you approved no matter what your credit is like. Love my Mercedes ML 350 and would go there again if I need another car.

I found this dealership through USAA and attempted to purchase a used Hyundai Veloster. The listing did not have photos but I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt because they just posted the listing. I called in and asked about the vehicle and was excited because they were open on July 4th for the sale. I asked for some unprofessional photos to be sent to me, which the salesman (Michael) gave me the run around. At first he told me Ill see the car on the 4th, but when I pressed the issue he told me thats not his department and that hell see what he can do. I ended up never receiving the photos of the car prior to seeing it in person. I arrived at the dealer promptly at 9am to find that the dealership was not open. I saw the car that was listed and it was a MESS. The front driver fog light was bashed in, the front lip was dented, the front bumper was so loose I could rip it off with my barehands, the passenger side door had a small dent and the rear fender had FU scratched on it, the wheels had considerable curb rash and the rear bumper also had scratches as well. The car was in terrible condition, especially for a car that just came off a 3 year lease from Hyundai. I waited for 30 minutes before Michael arrived, and the first thing he said was What car you interested in? No proper greeting of the day, no acknowledgement of the fact that I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Michael was extremely unprofessional and condescending. When questioned about the condition of the car, he shrugged me off. He then told me that he didnt have the key to the car and that we would have to wait about another half hour or so. I ended up going to another a dealer with the same car without all the flaws and even lower mileage. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER WHATEVER YOU DO.

Terrible Terrible company. They sold me a 2006 audi a4 abd and ive had it for about 3months now and have already put over $500 of work into it. And i try to contact them back to see if they could help me out and give me a different car and they completely ignore me. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE they are dirty i am reporting them too the better buisness bureau Also they dont even have a onsite mechanic to check out the cars they take in. Who knows what your getting under the hood.

Very poor business ethics, front brakes missing retention clips, 2wrong size tires on the vehicle, along with 4 different brands, when taking the for an oil change, it was like sludge, air filter was filithy, needed rear brakes & rotors, unfortunately this vehicle was sold to a single young female who was taken... Macks attitude was not desireable, when this car was taken back, they offered another warranty, when in fact the 1st warranty wasnt granted..

Stay away!! I purchased a BMW for $20, 595 and they charged a dealership prep fee for $1,990 and did not service the vehicle. The minute I drove off the lot the service vehicle, oil change overdue, head light malfunction, brake light malfunction, and low tire pressure message came on. Two days later the transmission light came on. I took the vehicle to the BMW dealership for an inspection and it had $13,000 of mechanical problems that includes a new transmission. My temp plates expired I had to go to the DMV to get my registration. This is a prime example of a dealership taking advantage of people. Stay Away!

Called and filed for pre approval was called early this morning and called back an hour after apparently he sold the car in that hour. Very unprofessional dealership. Waste of time.
