Needed a part for my 2014 Honda Accord, and someone told me that you can find used parts that are sold locally on a site called car-part.com, and I stumbled across this place. It showed they had a few of the parts that I was looking for. I called to double check if they had it, (being that I live so far away). They confirmed availability for me, I came in, asked for the part, and in a couple minutes I had paid and had my part already. This place was super easy to work with! Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back if I need anything else for my baby!

I called in advance to make sure they had the part I was looking for, guy said they did so I drove out there 1 hour +. When I got there they were all sitting down on their phones so they take me to the yard none of the trucks had the Guage Cluster. They wasted my time people like this shouldnt even be in business, be prepared when someone calls in for something have it in hand. Unprofessional avoid at all costs.

BEWARE!! I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible service and worst experience ever doing business with a company. The part I bought did not even work and they have no other parts, after going thru entire process of removing and replacing the part. Just to have to buy a NEW part and do it all over, giant waste of time and money. Not to mention getting stranded on my sons birthday cuz the car broke down and my wife not having a car to drive to work. She has a newer Camry and that Is the only part I needed, they didnt even test before selling it to me. When I first purchased the part I asked if they have it and if it has a warranty and they said they do. They said it has a 30 day warranty. So I drive to the shop and no one is around so I stand around for 5-10 mins and then finally an older man who doesnt speak English very well told me that they didnt even have the part after I just called and confirmed. FInally a younger man came and found the part. I go to pay and he says they only take cash. He recommends me to go to the gas station at the corner. I go there and the ATM doesnt even work so I have to drive and find another ATM. Then I finally head back and give the guy the money and he tells me he doesnt have change. So I have to drive back to the gas station to get change so I can pay. I go home and install the part which has a worse problem than the part I was replacing. So I have to wait to call when theyre open. When I do call he tells me.I have to wait for an employee to check if they have the part. They do NOT give cash back and offer you credit/exchange instead but not credit towards the part I bought when that is the only problem with my vehicle. I want to exchange for a working part that I already paid for. What part could I possibly need if my car only has one problem, I bought the part I needed to fix the problem from them, yet it only made everything much worse. I wait hours for a call so I decide to call them back. They reject my call, then 10 mins later I call back and they dont even answer. I finally get a call back and he tells me they dont have the part but theyre gonna check their other shop and I have to wait a few hours. When I told the guy I was going to go there on my lunch which is no longer an option and now Ill have to take time off work to go in. Everytime I call they say theyll call me back which they never do and I have to call them. But now they will not answer any of my calls at all! They could have easily told me they dont have a part to exchange it for, even though they said I can. But instead they chose to try and dodge me all day, hoping that Ill give up and call it a loss. This is how they do business. Avoid them at all costs, its your choice but youve been warned. All I have to say to them is KARMA! What goes around comes around.Mural of the story, dont waste your money on used parts its not worth it especially if you do business with these crooks who are super shady and dont care if they sell you a broken part. If you do want a used part, do your research and dont bother going here, youve been warned. I should have listened to the other reviews....
