Very good with dealing with the general public as well as dealerships. Good pricing too. I was very impressed with the concern of the sales guy ( didnt get his name-but he is 1 reason for review, price is other) after he took my order to make sure i was being taken care of in a timely manner. Location is the only set back but i was able to find it. Great job and i would recommend this company any time and now everytime when i know u need a radiator or alternator and or hoses etc..
Radiator Store is a great store where you can find all the part with great prices.You get the part pretty quick considering how busy they are and how bad the traffic is.For every issue you have you call accounting office Eva or Maria and they will help you with tracking or accounting information. I have been dealing with Radiator Store for over two years and I am very happy.Great doing business with you and keep up with the great work you do !

Your accounting department is very unpleasant. Eva is not very capable of phone etiquette. Her attitude is disgusting and clearly she isnt happy with her job. Her tone and demeanor is unethical. I ended up just switching to cash on delivery just so I dont have to speak to her. Please train these people properly to handle customer relations. The only person I deal with is Miriam and Chris. If I have an issue with a warranty Miriam is the only one who properly follows the steps to a resolution and does so without sounding like shes burdened. Chris is also thorough and professional.
I have had nothing but great experiences with the associates who answer the phones. HOWEVER...the recording that answers the calls is another story all together!! Its like nails down a chalkboard. Being on hold with that is not worth the wait. Thank you for calling the radiator store, again thank you for calling the radiator store etc etc.. Its not so much the wording that is annoying but the way the voice is reading the words. I try to put the sound down as low as possible its so bad and apparently Im not the only one who feels that way. Theres no way that person is not family! Please have her redo it or something because it really is that bad. Brutally honest it really is. Otherwise I would give 5 star.
Im only giving 5 star cause I love Miriam, when you call ask for her, shes the only professional one there.

I had brought HVAC parts to the radiator store to be refurbished for my 1992 Nissan Pulsar GTIR. The parts included a dyer, evaporator, heater core, compressor. My point of contact was Stan. He was the initial customer service rep that assisted me. Stan was unable to refurbish any of the parts that I had dropped off with owner of Pride Motorsports: Nas Kemal. He actually made us wait weeks for no update and eventually Stan was let go or furloughed due to COVID-19. Rhonda took over for Stan, and apparently is the manager. Rhonda was able to get the compressor rebuilt, and matched up my Nissan dryer to a Subaru dryer. However between the transition of STAN & RHONDA they lost my evaporator and heater core. Rhonda continued you searching for my missing parts but never found them. I ended up buying another evaporator and heater core from New Zealand (this car was never produced in America, making this whole process 10x harder and frustrating). The value of these two items plus shipping costed me $230 dollars. After receiving the new units from NZ I brought them to the Radiator Store to get refurbished once again. Being told that I would be taken care of because of the issue of lost parts. They ended up taking my parts in and actually doing nothing to them, claiming that they had been cleaned and retested. They came back still dirty and in the same condition that I had left them. (at least I got them back this time). I had to continue to follow up with Rhonda to get an update, she NEVER once reached out to me to let me know what is going on. This whole process took about 13 months to get to where we are. Rhonda said she tried reaching out to her supervisor and they would not help her. Now they refuse to take my calls and if I do get a sales rep on the phone they find out who I am and hang up on me. For such a large company it is pathetic how you treat your customers and how you cant take ownership in your mistakes.Still missing evaporator, and heater core. 11/6/2020I have also attached my unanswered emails. I would attach my receipts to this review too but they are unwilling to give it to me.... hmmm I wonder why?$230 dollar refund for parts that they lost in there own wearhouse in Lodi.Missing parts include evaporator, and heater core. Which equaled to the value of $230. I had sent an invoice to Jose acting manager at the time to show him what the items have costed me. His email is [email protected]. I also sent the same email to Stan: [email protected] would never recommend this store to anyone and have reported them to the better business bureau.
I’m highly disappointed, I called Friday and first I speak to Stan he asked me car information atleast 10 times so I hung up on him then I call and get Rhonda who was even worst. She wasn’t paying attention and asked me for an engine size more than 3 times so I hang up and not one of them called me back. It wasn’t till today that I was finally able to get a quote from Mirian who got all the information on the first call and seemed a lot more professional with customer service. I’ve been a customer for a while there was no reason for that.

I was hoping to get a fresh start but as always I ended up with Rene on the phone, as usual she was rude and condescending. I called in this early afternoon to inquire about my part and she was badmouthing me while she thought she had me on hold. The only reason I didn’t Cancel was because my customer needed this job done. From now on I will only deal with Rhonda, Jerry or Maryam. Their the only ones capable of common courtesy and good manners. I will never deal with her again. She is a bitter miserable woman to say the least
This business continues to disappoint me. Last week I get a call from Rene who allowed a former employee of mine purchase a very expensive part under my account. Even when she was made aware she still proceeded with the sale for her personal Gain. Unethical and very unprofessional. She is very nasty on the phone and shouldn’t be in sales.
I felt the need to state my experience here I’ve been purchasing parts from here for years and while on the phone it sounded like an employee being scolded and cursed at. All I remember was the person I was on the phone with was just in silence until it finished. Then they apologized for the disruption. The only thing I felt was sad for the people who work there. I ended up not calling back for my part it just didn’t feel right .
Very hostile work environment, management thinks it’s ok to verbally abuse their employees. There is no proper management leadership or customer service training. It’s run by savages who should be reported to the department of labor. Corporate should conduct a proper investigation to how employees are being spoken to and treated.

Rene is racist and crude. All she does is yell spanish and sends us directly to mirian or jose who I prefer anyway. But not all of us don’t know English. I’m going to call corporate and report her. I despise dealing with her she is cynical, racist and rude. From here on I only want Mirian or Jose
I recently visited The Radiator Store in Lodi and at first I was briefly uncertain of the outcome of my situation considering I bought a AC compressor brand new and purchased other required parts later on in the day for the compressor, that was over a year ago. My compressor failed due to the mechanic not replacing the expansion device.... when he said he replaced all working parts. I was angry so I contacted The Radiator Store and spoke to a wonderful sales representative by the name of Christopher who really made me feel at home. I spoke to him and explained my situation and he said that he would look into the issue. 5 minuets later after standing in a random warehouse in Lodi, Christopher assured me my part had a life-time warranty and that this was a special case because I bought the parts at various times but all during the same business day. I would like to thank this nice gentlemen for taking such good care of me and its always nice knowing that I will always remain cool during the summer months thanks to Christopher.
