Walked in and stood at the counter for 14 minutes before my wife and I were even acknowledged, and that was because we asked them for help. 2 employees walked back and forth and couldnt even say well be right with you or anything. After roughly 20 minutes. At that point we asked where do we go or who can help us with a oil change. Thats when the extremely rude employee kindly let us know it would be a 4-5 hour wait because they only have one person doing oil changes. 4 to 5 hours??? That seems rather excessive. While walking away I heard the lady that was behind us ask for a oil change as well.... I just giggled and thought to myself good luck! We did decide to stay and do our shopping. When we finished up about a hour later we left through the auto center and the lady who was waiting for a oil change behind us was getting in to their car!!!! So it seems as though we were told the wait time was 4 hours but the lady behind is had hers finished in little over an hour! So not only are they rude but they are also deceitful! Now the rest of Walmart is fine but the auto lube portion should hire honest ppl who want to do their jobs! Trust me I am about to go on Yelp and other platforms to let everyone know what horrible customer service I received. ☺️
They said they didnt have the high mileage oil and so they would have to use synthetic high mileage. Was that okay? But not mentioning that it was going to cost a bunch more. And when I got out to my car there was grimy handprints on the outside of the door and the inside of the door and on the molding. It washed off easily but its a matter of principle.

Worst customer service ever!! They leaked oil into my cylinders causing me hundreds of dollars in repairs. I showed them proof of what happened and they never bothered to offer to help, didnt even offer my money back or anything. They refused to take any responsibility for it. Spend the little extra money and take your vehicle somewhere better. Where they have better customer service.
Terrible I bought four new tires from here and they were supposed to be at 51 pounds and they were only at 31 pounds and took almost five days before I realized I was 20 pounds under pressure on my brand new tires.
Tire shop has the worst customer service. Called 20 min before I went to get new tires. Once I got there they told me they had to close early because they didn’t have enough workers. Did I mention this is the third time this happen that’s why I called before I went. Prices might be great, that’s why people keep on coming back. Customer service is terrible! Management needs to review scheduling and training in this department.

Price was good for set of new tires. Waited about an hour for installation: to be expected with walmart. Very understaffed in tire dept. I first went in on Sunday. They were so backed up, had to make an appointment for another day. So I did, then I called a couple days before to change my time from 5pm to 3pm. Guy on the phone said he changed it, but when I got there at 3pm, other guy said it was still for 5pm. Very inconvenient to have to return later. That guy that helped me had great customer service (not all fake nice to me on the phone then not even change the appointment). 😐Overall, I am satisfied with the transaction because of the price and the staff that DID do their jobs well, thank you! 😄
Try to find a sales associate to help you get an item off the top shelf! They seem to sense when a customer has made a selection and needs help. I was looking for some new stereo equipment for my Z-28. I had done all the looking at electronics locked behind a counter and inside a glass cabinet. Been in that department for 15-20 minutes and hadnt seen ANYONE from any Dept. So I went on the search. Walking up and down many isles, my hunt finally came to an end several areas away. I spied the clerk the same time it was me. Trying to slip away, it broke and ran! I caught up after a brief chase. Ignoring its bleats of resistance and its words of denial of its responsibility, I insisted that it accompany me back to electronics/audio until a culpable blue smocked worker came to replace him. I bought several hundreds of $ of stuff. If it werent for the discounted prices I would have given my business to an actual stereo store!

Great service at affordable prices. I prefer their oil change services over Jiffy Lube not just because of the price but also because the quality of work is better. I purchased new tires 2 years ago and was very pleased with the service as well.
Had 2 batteries that were dead. They had to keep them a few hours to confirm. When I went back in to get them they were closing that department. The few guys left took the time to find my batteries and walk me up front to handle the exchange. Great customer service!
I left my car there for an oil change 10min before 12 the guy working the counter Daniel said it would be 2 1/2 hours up to 3 so when I came back after 3hrs my car was never worked on they had a Walmart staff member to tell me to come back tomorrow because they were to busy.I was very upset 😡 never received a phone call to let me know it wasnt going to be work on or none of the guys wanted to talk to me regarding this situation only they were to bust to talk really never again
I went in for a battery, bought one but it wasnt the right size, but I charged up the old battery and drove back and the one gentleman was awesome, not sure what his name was but he has my 5 stars, the first guy, well I wont give him not even 1star
Fast and reliable
First time in Walmart Auto, the young man who helped me went out of his way to get what I needed. They didnt have what I needed, but he checked an invoice of 3 pallets of car batteries that they just received. Out of the 3 stacked pallets of batteries, there were only two of what I needed. He went beyond good service and dug through all the batteries until he found the right one! For his effort I am thoroughly impressed and grateful! Give him a raise, Walmart!!!
I went here because I was having a battery problem, and knew it was my battery. There was one guy the who tried to tell me it was not the battery but something completely different and going to cost me over $1,200 to get it fixed. I explained to him that I knew what I was talking about that it was my battery that I need to get a new battery put in and he tried to tell me I needed a battery that would definitely not work on my car. I told him to put this specific battery in and nothing else is to be done. The staff was not friendly, actually rude to me and tried to make me pay for things that definitely didnt need to be done to my car. I dont recommend going here.

BEYOND DISSAPOINTED!Aug- 7-2019, My husband and I made an appointment IN STORE for our car to be serviced with a new set of tires. The books were completely clear for the day Aug-9-2019 so we had our choice of time frame. We live 35 minutes out of town so we scheduled for 10am. We arrived early (around 9:20am and he said it would be about an hour which was totally fine because we were early.) So we waited until our regular scheduled appt at 10. And checked in again. NOT ONLY did they say they couldnt get us in for around another 2 and half hours later they only had 3 of the 4 tires in stock.
Just waited 2 hours for an oil change, had to go back because they forgot to calibrate it back to 100%. A guy with a mouse and wrench tattoo was very rude. And lately the oil change I received came with a pit crew service that Ive gotten before at the same store and they didnt do any of that. I wont be coming back.
They were busy and short-handed. The workers did their best to serve customers as quickly as possible.
I have to give it one just to get on here, You would think its cheaper to get service here but you end up paying more on repairs they cause. I took my car there(2 YEAR old, NEW) and they changed the oil and after I picked it up it smelled like something was burning they explained it may have been a bit of overfill but shouldnt last long. Drove off and check engine light goes on....MAN! I took to the dealer and they said the ring where the dip stick goes was damaged had to be replace... thought I learned my lesson went back cause I thought it was one thing.... got my oil changed there last and I just brought to the dealer and they said the oil pan screw is stripped or rounded... so instead of going through quick lube service I have to go through there mechanic shop and pay parts and labor....

Last time I came here for a tire repair told an hour wait with 3 people standing around, now come here today they cant fix a tire stating they are out of patches. Other places may be more expensive but they are more worried about earning business

I had bought a $50.00 battery from walmart, and not even a yr later had to upgrade that battery to the $100.00 battery, 5 Mos later bring my car in after changing alternator and starter to find out that battery was junk also, low and behold they never put in their computer that I upgraded to the other battery imagine to my surprise, even tho the battery says to return to Walmart, personally to make people aware that they pretend to put your info in their system, so someone else doesnt go thru what I had to go thru, may wanna get a better battery somewhere else, cuz those batteries aint worth the money you spend on them, not when you have to constantly get jump starts which costs you more money, makes your car have to work over time so causes other car issues that you end up having to replace other parts due to faulty batteries being sold to you, talked to the car center manager who just wants to over talk you on the phone, because they know they sold you a junk battery, I went to Oreillys and bought one, just be ware

Was here over 2 hours for 2 tires and asked for something specific to be done 3 times and after 2 hours it wasnt done. They had to take it back into the shop. This was due to lack of communication between the sales rep and the service area. Bit I will say in previous visits theyve been ok.
