Horrible customer service. Was not polite. Called with simple question and got cut off twice. Didn’t even hear what my question was. Similar experience last time I went in. Won’t try again.

Buyer beware, in May I ordered a Leer camper shell. It came in the week of June 12th. I had it installed June 16th Then the problems started . I came back on June 26 to tell Wes of the problems with the shell. 1- the shell hang out 3/4 inch on each side it was to wide. 2- the color did not match my truck color. 3- the electronics in the shell did not work. 4- the bed rail did not fit flush with the truck 3/4 inch rise between the hold downs. I suggested that I drive to Woodland where it is made they can see the problems and take it off there save shipping it. Days later I was told Leer does not let Customer go there. So I returned it to Pickup Outfitters on July 7th. I was refunded my money for the shell but still had to pay the install fee. July 27th I was told by Wes that they looked at it. That it was not right and that they where building me a new shell. On August 18th still hadnt herd anything from Wes, so I called him. He told me he got confirmation it will be in the first of next week. I did not hear from them so I stopped by on Sept 5th Wes said they had got it last week. We made an appointment to put it on Sept 7th.Well this shell was the same problems so Im in belief that they didnt send the shell back and that this was the same shell originally sent. I dont believe that Pickup Outfitters pursued to correct this problem and figured I would just go away. This was 4 months of BS. During this whole time I did not receive one call from Wes, It was only me going in or calling him. I was very patient and trying to find a solution, but that was just one sided.
