Went in for a flat tire, service was fast but they scratched my rim. Pretty disappointed, they were not careful handling my car.

They did a great job to match my price, they were willing to help.One little inconvenience with a worker..... but I’m sure he meant well.Both father and son are great.

I went in to get lugnuts replaced. They tried straight up tried overcharging me and then lowered the price when I called them out on it. The workers are also pretty rude, especially the older guy there. I would avoid this place since there are so many better tire shops in the area.

Great for quick tire changes, wheel balancing and flat fixes. Its easy to get in and out of here too. It might not look fancy but its fast and efficient plus the folks working here are nice and courteous.I also like that when they mount a tire to the wheel they use a high quality sealant rather than just plain old grease. They also offer the option of tire disposal (for a fee of course) which is handy if you dont want to dispose of your old tires yourself. They told me this option upfront which was nice to know.

Service deserves a 5 starts review, and technicians are really knowledge and friendly. Price is really convenient

They sell very bad quality used tires. They are not fair. They will not tell you which one is good to use. They just want to sell their garbage, they sold me garbage tires. I have to change them after a week. Please stay away from them specially if you are new customer. They dont care for you.

The woman who answers the phone was extremely rude. Doesn’t even let you finish your sentence. I had a flat on a Sunday and they were the only place open. I had to come in. If she was rude, the rest of the staff was fit to match her attitude. Terrible customer service. No explanations. Eventually the mechanic that assisted me was very nice. The rest of the staff looks at you like you aren’t paying for service. Thank you for being open. Definitely would not come back. That Mechanic was the only nice thing about that place and didn’t look like he belonged there.

My car had to be towed there because my valve stem cracked, i was out of commission the entire weekend :( They got it in, fixed my rim, changed my tire, replaced the stem, and I was good to go, Very respectful, polite, and honest. This place is great for all your mechanical needs. They have one in Little Ferry as well. Great service and honest opinions. You can never go wrong for rims, tires, or mechanical repair. If you ever have any problems, ask for the owner Juan. He is respectful, humble, professional, and customer driven. I have gone for 6 years and have never had any problems. They have worked on both of my cars and Ive never had any problems. Their wheel alignment system is state of the art. If you have any problems within the following days, they will gladly realign and diagnose any problems. Juan will also let you know of any upfront costs. I recommend this place to all.

Every 4 days or so, I had to fill my tire but I didnt see where the potential leak was coming from and ended up thinking Id need at least 2 new tires. After calling a couple places that werent able to fit me in today, I just showed up at JJ Tires without an appointment. I pulled right in, the guy found the leak and I was out within 10 minutes. I was expecting to buy new tires but ended up only paying $10 for a plug. When I do end up needing tires Ill only be coming here because theyve shown theyre honest.

This place deserves 5 stars without a doubt. They will honestly go out there way to take care of you. Best selection of rims in the NJ area. I would love to do business with them again. !!

Just got a replacement tire for my truck. When I called in the morning I received a quick response telling me that it was in stock, the pricing and that they were open till 7. When I got there the truck was taken in and serviced professionally and with courtesy. I would definitely recommend J&J tire to family and friends.The other places said they would get back to me or the tire was NOT in stock.

Went today to get a plug in my wheel that kept losing air daily. Got it plugged, and I was shown how since it was close to the edge of the tire how the previous plug wore out. Took off the tire, patched the inside and its perfect. Total cost for all this work? 15 bucks. Very happy with the service here

If this is anything like the little ferry location, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lazy and poor service. Three guys working but only one car getting serviced at a time. Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews that were likely only written by the workers and their friends. Do yourself a favor and go to Newark or paterson where you will be in and out in less than 20 minutes. If thats too far go to the Mavis tire store 2 minutes away and they can match the deal with superior quality and service.

Went in for 1 tire stood in lobby while the 2 workers were having a laughable conversation for 5 minutes asked for 1 tire she said we have 1 used one for 20 oh i mean 30 dollars and we have new one for 75 dollars i of course asked for the used one she said oh let me see if we have it and of course they didnt what a surprise it only took seconds for her to tell me they dont have it so ended up buying the new one long story short they make up prices and then lie about not having something oh and she was so rude use to be a customer not anymore no wonder why people go to the big chain stores they dont make things up

Was sent here from the Little Ferry location to get tires installed. Was told to drive into the garage. They removed my tires and my car sat there for over an hour. When I asked why, the guy (Loredo), told me they didnt have my tires. That would have been nice to know before they took my tires off.*Edit*I was unsatisfied until the owner called to speak with me to clarify the situation. I appreciated his concern for my satisfaction. He seems like a guy who wants to do right by his customers.The actual installation was quick and looked to be done well. I just didnt like the miscommunication from the guy at the front desk that left me waiting a long time without telling me why.

I had great experience, got 4 new tires and the service was great. also was crowded and they have another location nearby so customers could go to that location As well. Will go again.

Second time mounting my own tire at this shop. Im being charged a different price every time. It started off with $15 w/balance / mount and went up to $25 / mount + $2.50 disposal of the old one. Additionally, the behavior of some of the employees is ridiculous. Car pulls up, employee starts taking off their wheel and suddenly I see a lug nut bolt hit my car. None of them apologized and the person who did it didnt say a word. Very unprofessional and expensive comparing to other local shops.

This shop makes up they owe price everytime!! The owner is a some timer! You spend money with them over $240 for one tire you get no warranty smh! That’s not a deal! You need to do better then this!
