Went in to see about having some cabinets made for a kitchen remodel. Talked with Alex for about 20 minutes. I had a lay out as well as pictures of the style of cabinets I wanted. He told me they could easily do the job, and said the owner would get in touch with me within two days. Didnt wait by the phone and a good thing too. Never heard back from them. So about five days later I called asked if Alex was in, they said yes and when I gave them my name, they came back on the line and told me Alex was out, and would get back to me. Never happened. Dont want to work with a homeowner? Okay, but why not just say so from the beginning and not waste me time?
