This place was great. Its hard to find a tv repair shop. The person I dealt with was professional, and didnt talk down to you like most tech shops. Pricing was very reasonable. They were honest about the work and didnt try and tack on extra fees and work that wasnt need.

TechSabe has now saved me twice! Back in November 2017 I brought my phone in for a screen repair after dropping and shattering my screen. I was so impressed by the amazing service that I brought my phone back to them again today (June 2018) when my phone was no longer responding to touch and some of the bottom buttons stopped working. I received the same excellent service I remembered. Enrique was the person who helped me today. He explained to me all of the things that could be causing the issue with my phone and actually had a desk model of the inside of the phone to show me how the connections worked and what could be malfunctioning/disconnected. I explained to him that it was a tough time for me and I could not afford a new Iphone; he was extremely understanding and assured me that he would take a look inside my phone and try his best to diagnose the issue and sort out a solution. I left for an hour to get some coffee and popped back in and there he was with my repaired phone, ready to go. Not only did he solve the problem quickly and find a resolution, but he was cognizant of my situation and took into account my loyalty as a repeat customer at check-out. I am just so impressed by this company and the personal approach they take with their business. I will be back for all of my tech needs.

I brought my laptop in to fix a broken hinge. Im not sure what they did, but the case no longer put together rightAà1 was. The DVD drive doesnt work right, the lid doesnt close properly, and the screen is still floppy. So now I have to pay someone else to undo what they did and fix the original problem. My warranty is probably voided now, too. I will never go back, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
