Terrible!!! I stopped to buy snacks and drinks and gas. I also wanted to take a potty break. Unbelievable!! They said they were closed. Not to be cleaned, but closed to the public. That was a no bueno!! I will not visit them again when I travel on I-5. There is not enough rest stops on I-5 to take care of business, we need this service, it is essential!!! I did go to the neighboring Sinclair Station, and no problem the bathrooms were open. If I would have known that I would have bought my gas there as well.

I love Shell. The employees are so nice and helpful. I locked my keys in my car with my dog in it and I was frantic. A guy pushed everyone aside and got a display rod and got into it so quickly. I was impressed and so happy.

Nice and convenient pricing is so so somethings are a great deal while others are a bit much though it is a gas station and they arent there to save you money just a trip to the grocery store. Not the cleanest not the dirtiest. Cashiers have never been rude to me but I havent given them a reason to so... Ill come back from time to time

I had a question regarding to my transaction i called them the lady said i can’t hear what u saying and she hung up. Stupid customer service
