My wife and I had an overall great experience working with Modern Memory Design. We ordered a 4x11 picture frame. After it was shipped, the U.S. Postal Service reported it to have been delivered in its tracking system, but we had not received it. After several days of waiting, we called Modern Memory Design; they were responsive, and immediately sent out a replacement frame using a different carrier. The frame we received fit the item we wanted to frame well, and is lightweight - we are happy both with the item and the customer service!

I needed a frame in an unusual size and have been looking for a quality product at a reasonable price literally for years. I contacted Modern Memory and was not only pleasantly surprised by the fair price but the speed they were able to complete the job. Truly outstanding and the frame is PERFECT. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your framing needs.

We are a very small business that has just opened. Attempted to purchase a custom frame for a tapestry for our cafe, and everything seemed to be going well. The frame did not arrive when promised which is understandable, so we called about a tracking number. After being told twice they would look into it and call back (which never happened), they finally just stopped taking my calls or hung up when I called from a different number. We paid $350 for this frame but have seen no sign of it and have received zero explanation from them. After reporting this to the BBB a shipping label was created but still as of a week later the frame has not shipped and I have heard nothing from them. This is not a business, it’s a sham.

Modern memory design is your one stop shop for all your framing needs! Was in search of 12x22 frames for a newspaper, contacted Modern Memory and had the frames the next day.

The fames are nice, however I wish they took better care to protect them better in shipping. Ordered 4 frames, of which only one was bubble wrapped. Consequently, 3 of the frames arrived all chipped, which totally could have been prevented.

Look no further for any and all custom framing needs because MMDPF is hands down the best custom framing shop out there, the owner Mike is friendly, professional, knowledgeable about his craft and provides prompt service with outstanding quality.I needed to frame and mat a poster for my up coming wedding. Prior to visiting Mike, my fiancé and I went to another establishment and spent 45mins discussing what we wanted only to leave confused on what was being offered to us and the lack of confidence in their own ability to do the job.By luck we googled and found Modern Memory Design Picture Frame and connected with Mike. I privately messaged the seller via Etsy and asked if I could also request that they edit the photo to type a phrase onto it for me. With their creative help, I gave my husband an anniversary gift he absolutely loved. It arrived earlier than expected (and around Christmas time!) and with easy-to-install screws and a zigzag hook for hanging in the wall if you so choose. Full disclosure my husband has yet to hang it lol but he likes looking at it everyday leaning on our dresser mirror. Great gift! This shop & its creator will def be on my default list for future canvas prints while I decorate my home.

I ordered my frame 2 weeks before Christmas, paid for expedited shipping and finally received the frame over 6 weeks later, shattered in pieces. Customer service did refund the extra money spent for expedited shipping and eventually fully refunded me & offered a more durable product (for shipping) at a lower price after I received the shattered mess.

I ordered a frame over a month ago. They created a label but never shipped the item. I’ve reached out many times via text, email and phone call. The only time I heard back was a reply saying that there had been a delay but the frame would be shipped within 2 days. That was weeks ago. I just discovered the other negative reviews with similar situations. Feels like a scam. Luckily, I ordered via Walmart so I am going through them for a refund.

Very responsive prior to my purchase and NON responsive after my purchase from the website. Prints were poor quality and I requested a replacement print which I had to continuously email him just to get a response. Still have not received replacement print. Poor overall experience. Don’t waste you’re money. He’s also on Etsy.

Should have listened to the negative reviews. I bought a frame from this company after the owner offered me a discount that seemed too good to be true--and it was. Never received shipping confirmation or tracking. After multiple attempts to reach out, the owner responded 3 weeks after the date of purchase to say hed ship the item tomorrow. Its now been a month and I dont have the item or a tracking number. Ive asked for a refund but the owner of this company doesnt respond to emails, chat support or phone calls.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Payed nearly three hundred dollars for a frame and never heard back from the owner, still have yet to speak to the owner after numerous attempts to get into contact with them. Weeks after ordering I received an email that the item was shipped, only to receive another email that said my money was refunded. Im glad that I got my money back. From the looks of it not everyone does. Do not order from this company! I would give this business zero stars if I could; take your business elsewhere.

They have my money I have No frame! Michal was very quick to respond in the beginning as we discussed my order. I paid promptly on June 11was promised the frame would be shipped two days later. Then almost two weeks went by and nothing. Then he emailed me and said it would ship June 24. Still nothing, he printed the label but nothing shipped. Finally July 10 the order shipped but UPS said it was so damaged they didn’t even try to deliver. No communication during any of this. I have sent them multiple emails asking for an update. He won’t reply to any of my emails and he won’t ship my frame or give me a refund. Horrible!! They basically stole $265 from me. Don’t use this company. Not reputable.

Whew. This seller is impossible to reach on telephone, chat, or email. Impossible. Maybe they respond to specific people, not sure, but Id be careful ordering from them. I wouldnt order anything from them unless you dont mind if they disappear with your money leaving you wondering if youll ever hear from them again.
