Good store with a lot of parking and choices inside. There is a liquor store inside. A full bakery and a butcher shop. No pharmacy though. They just closed it.

Great place to shop as always... Unfortunately, the pharmacy has been closed there. Still a great place.

I stopped really quick for a bottle of wine and I ended up finding these amazing and delicious pastries.

Very nice ShopRite. They almost never have boneless skinless chicken thighs though so I stopped going here for that reason.

They need proper lighting, inside is dark. Brighter lights are needed. Only go here to get basmati rice and couscous

I love shoprite. But they always start the free turkey promo the day after I drop 200 dollars shopping on Saturday. Its football season. I cannot shop on sunday.

Very large super market. Good selection of just about everything. Very good prices. Always a lot of sale items and generally the lowest prices compared to competitors. Separate liquor department. Did not see a hot foods to go section. Maybe I just missed it as it was my first visit. Lots of parking.

Lodi Shoprite the largest inside supermarket in the area. Plenty ofself check out lanes avail. Spotless & well stocked. However compared to other Shoprite supermarkets in the area prices are higher.

This is a huge supermarket I came here and I was so impressed of how clean and organized everything was.They have a very large of fresh food. Vegetables, fruits and meat etc, all so fresh. I will come back here because their staff are helpful as well.

I love shopping here very easy to get in and out if you go at the right time I normally go early in the morning very friendly staff

This is by far the dirtiest Shoprite Ive ever been to in the United States. The customer service is terrible. The employees are incompetent and the managers are even worse- Jeff is by far the worst manager anyone can come across. He is rude, not helpful and is combative. He isnt willing to help not one bit. There is a huge disappointment and lack of professionalism in the quality of people that are hired. The employees are clueless, incompetent, not helpful, and very unprofessional. I will never step foot in this Shoprite again. It should be closed down- thats how awful it is. The employees need a training on what customer service entails and how to speak to not only customers because they are customers, but how to speak to human beings. They are careless and it seems this behavior is not only approved by managers but encouraged. I understand there is a shortage of employees globally, but please hire individuals who will speak to a customer with respect and not attack you. Dirtiest, worst customer service, no stock, no inventory, expired food. This is a health hazard.

Im giving 5 stars for the sushi. Restaurant quality sushi made fresh daily in store by sushi chefs.

Love shopping at this particular shopRite. It’s never to busy and you can find all your food options at a great price.

The ShopRite in Lodi is very clean and big. I was able to run in and out quickly. This location has a liquor store in it.

Not a fan of the layout of the store nor the distance from the door to actually shopping but its an Inserra shop rite and they are always clean and well run. I always appreciate Glass and and Inserra ShopRites over and above some of the other owners

Low stock as many others. Hardly no bean coffee especially hazelnut. We asked courtesy counter. They said it was ordered and should be in. In a few days. 2 weeks later still not tbere.

I loved my cashiers attitude and she was so polite. She was on register 1 10 items or less. I just wish shoprite would reinforce its policy for the 6ft rule. Shoppers dont give you enough space nor time to complete your order before they start putting things on the belt. Its so dam sickening

ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! DO NOT DO ONLINE SHOPPING/PICK UP HERE! NOT SAFE!! This store is a complete chaotic mess, management is no where to be found and it shows! Today I tried the online shopping in store pick up and it will be the first and last time!! I was never greeted or assisted until i asked if one of the 5 employees to get off of their cell phones to assist me. Next I was asked to go and grab the shopping carts for my order that I was told was already complete. The staff brought out 1 shopping cart for an order over $340.. immediately I knew items were missing. 15 items were missing yet still CHARGED ON MY BILL. ON TOP OF THAT I had items in my cart completely smashed flat. Unfortunately I was NOT the only customer with the same exact issue. I arrived to pick up my order at 1:40 PM it took the staff until 3PM to gather the 15 missing items. ALSO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD IS SAFE WHEN PICKING UP. I HAVE WITNESSED COLD ITEMS LIKE RAW POULTRY BEING LEFT OUT WHILE THE EMPLOYEES TRY AND FIX THE ONLINE PICK UP ROOM, WHILE SLIDING FOOD ITEMS ACROSS THE FLOOR WITH THEIR FEET.

Not crowded at all, clean, shelves had merchandize unlike ShopRite of North Bergen which is a zoo.

Always busy, but kept clean. The fish section is fresh & the cold cut area is always busy, but they close down a few times a day to clean & sanitize accordingly! Theyre always restocking. I wish they didnt put in the self service checkouts because it takes jobs away from people & theres always long lines. I think they could use more registers open during the busy days, especially on the weekends when it seems most people go there!

Store was clean and organized. Friendly staff. The line moved fast. Got what we needed. This is the supermarket to go too!

Bakery located in Lodi NJ. I have been getting my cakes from this location for years. Peter the baker/designer is AWESOME! He has never steered me wrong when it comes to cake designs. The latest being Fathers Day 2017 cake. Which every one absolutely loved. As for all of the ladies that work at the bakery department, all I can say is THANK YOU! You ladys are friendly, courteous, professional and above all always willing to go that extra step.

Everyone is great and helpful here! However the store seems to be out of a lot of stock recently! Maybe because of the pandemic but signs should be hanging saying so!

Despite the Saturday crowd, shopping was easy and Checkout was fast.

Second time I ordered a cake and they destroyed it, first time my husbands birthday they handed me a kids cake with 1960 plastic balloons for a grown man, lady behind the counter was rude rude rude! . Yesterday I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday not a flower on it just her name they showed me the order and it clearly stated what I wanted girl behind the counter this time was an angel but she called the night manager and he had an attitude said what does she want me to do Ill take a buck off! I will go outside of town and order my cakes because the woman who takes the orders should be doing something else

I went to the back to get some Cold cuts and I waited just about 20 minutes to get waited on the thing is that there was one person working behind the counter and then came another person but they took forever to take care of me because he kept talking to the other customer that was waiting to get his cold cuts Im so dissatisfied they should do less talking and attend to their customers quickly

Can I rate 0 stars for the bakery department. Simplist instructions ever. i want this cake that u have in display this exact cake with fudge filling. And write on top happy birthday (my daughters name) and you couldnt do it. Not even close to what I asked for. Wow thanks

Hours need to be updated to reflect actual store hours.

Purchased the wrong item by mistake. Item was not opened and tryed to return it 5 minutes later and they refused to take it back due to covid. Mandates have been lifted. Shoprite corporate just using covid as an excuse not to return any items and lose $ do to shrinkage.

This place is ridiculous. Parking sucks. Theres only one entrance and they are never stocked!!

Always a phenomenal experience. This store always has what I am looking for. Freshest selection of cold cuts and fruits. The pastry shop is always producing quality deserts.

Horrible customer service. Do not enforce COVID guidelines. Allowed an entire family in with no masks because “they said the have a medical condition, “ which is not an exemption from wearing a mask. Shameful putting other customers and employees at risk. I’d rather spend the time and money on gas to go to a store that follows the guidelines.

I had a good experience. They were prompt, pleasant and very polite. This was my first visit and I had no idea what to expect. My only suggestion would be that the store should post exact instructions as to what procedure to follow when picking up groceries. It may be posted somewhere, but if they are, theyre certainly not obvious. Anyway, it was an all around good experience and Ill definitely do it again!

The girl at self checkout working today (3/13/21 @ 4:30pm is very rude! The hand scanner didn’t work and I asked for assistance, she basically rolled her eyes at me and wouldn’t input manually so I had to lift a 35 pack of water to scan it because she basically dismissed me and said I had to lift it myself and walked away while I was still talking to her. If you don’t like your job or dealing with people maybe you should find s another job! This is not the 1st time that I came across a rude cashier!

Always find exactly what I need. The meat dept, not always stocked. Requested a cut of meat from the butcher, waited over 40 minutes. I had to go to customer service in order to get the meat I was waiting for.

Clean, bright, plenty of parking, safe, good prices, plenty of staffed registers. Its a smaller than your typical massive grocery store, but its nice. Only negative I can think of is its a bit of a walk from the lot to the actual store entrance. Though it isnt the closest supermarket to me, its my preferred place to shop!

Quality of patrons has gone down for the worse. During this time of pandemic employees saw these change of patrons with masks under chin and said nothing to them. Showing no concern for themselves or other patrons. I also saw high school aged kids on handicap scooters racing around in them. I thought there could be something wrong with them. Later to see same kids get off and on scooter walking briskly to shelves to pick up items. It bothered me tremendously!! Since I had surgery barely walking around with a cane. And here kids thinking its a joke!! They road past employees and not one thing was said to them. Its a I Dont Care Mentality. If I can avoid going to this store I will. I would rather travel further out to another grocery store just have a better experience during my shopping. Hope things will change for this store or they will lose other patrons. Im not the only one who feels this way lately.

Not too crowded and whatever you need is there

The worst supermarket Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. Dirty, poorly stocked at all times, and the produce is always sub par or rotting; also a very small selection. Their cultural aisle is a joke, or at least it has to be. The staff always looks miserable which means theyre probably treated poorly. The sweetest and most helpful person there is the man in the seafood dept. with the short dreads and the blonde woman in the deli.

Alot of people due to the snow storm. Other than that good place to go and shop.

It always hires fine and well trained personnel. Questions are asked and answered to the best of abilities. Always clean and well stocked shelves and aisles. Quality and prices are always to the best of selections.

They are helpful, when I lost my wallet it was kept safe for me till I got it returned.

My first time coming and is a great supermarket, too much variety of products.

Chris the manager was extremely helpful with me after there was an issue on Christmas eve. Thanks again Chris for calling me and following up with everything, Lodi shoprite has always been my favorite.

Shopping carts are always broken, stuck, or just filled with garbage. I try to do very light shopping here where I would only use a basket. I leave my heavy shopping for the shoprite in Passaic.

Unfortunately I had to update my review due to a new team at this location. I live close to this location but lately have had issues with service management about the discount of there product. Spoke to a supervisor today about a sale but they wouldnt honor it saying that I didnt pick the correct product the message was clear so how am not right by getting upset.... ?
