I think the service and availability of people to assist me has been very good. I have a much easier time finding things at Lowe’s than I do at Home Depot. I think Lowe’s may be a bit more expensive.

Extremely busy when I was there. Self checkout was open and one register only. Bring your patience.

Lowes, I used to really like this store.staff was always helpful. Its changed, though. Not the service I use to get. I wouldnt shop home Depot. Their service I thought was not good at all. But now it seems it has changed. Getting better service at home Depot than Lowes.

Its so quiet when you get there early. Bad thing is that you cant find anyone to ask a question yet.

I live in stockton. On the other side of town. And i always come to this lowes because the customer service is so much better. I rather drive 30 minutes than go to the lowes in my town. People here are a lot nicer. Just love it.

Lowes has what I need but what I like most in my Lodi store the people there are very helpful, I might have to look around but most of the time I find someone quickly. Clean and nice place!

There are times that you have to hunt for help. Only the older employees seem to be aware of their surroundings and always willing to offer assistance.

Its lowes. The employees are all very respectful and they get my respect always!

I love the hours and the selection. My problem is that trying to get help is like fishing in a dry lake. I stood for a few minutes checking out BBQs. Then I started walking aisles looking for an associate. Finally, I walked up to customer service and they paged someone. It took another 15 minutes for help to arrive.Once help arrived, they were awesome. Pleasant, always smiling, helpful beyond belief, professional, and knowledgeable. This is a regular experience at the Lodi Lowes. Be prepared to wait forever, them be treated extremely well.I honestly feel bad for giving 3 stars, but it happens all too often.

I purchased a trailer i was ask to check back that the trailer was supposed to come in on Friday so i call in in the morning they told me to check back at 2 so i did that when they told me it had arrived so i drove from stockton to lodi for nothing it didn’t arrive at all i ask to speak with the store manager and I thought i was speaking with him all the time but again it was just a supervisor not the store manager onece again they lie to me this store needs to have better training and better comunication

Website says open to 9pm but they closed at 8. I arrived at 801. Had to wait untill next day to go to Home Depot to get parts. Only lost a few items in the refrigerator. Staff at Lowes didnt even apologize for the webs misinformation.

The Lowes in Lodi, California has the best customer services because they are helpful and courteous.

Always clean and the employees are always very helpful.

I had to come to this store because they seem to be able to keep things in stock the Hammer store cant. And there was no waiting on check out.

My wife looked on line for a product, which was supposed to be in stock. It wasnt. So no purchase today. Frustrated.

Unprofessional when it comes to hiring people and also rude when you confront the issue .

Terrible service. They socially profiled me took my cart and wouldnt give it back and made me pay at returns . and then was rude to me when i asked to speak to a manager .

If theyd get rid of the self-checkout I give them five stars. also they need to get rid of the tellers who cop a bad attitude!
