The staff here is stellar! I bought paint in (what I thought) the right color. Got it on a wall and didnt like it at all. Took the paint back and Andy was able to tint my paint to an agreeable color. Thank you!

Not sure why my experience was so drastically different than the other 2 reviews - but this is the second bad experience with this store, so I decided to post. As an older female, I felt disregarded and unimportant. I needed touch-up paint, and had purchased all my interior and exterior paint here in the past. I only needed a quart of paint, but was told that they didnt have that color in stock, and didnt even have the base (121) to mix it. This is the same answer I got when I called the 2 stores in Stockton as well. At least the Stockton store staff both apologized for not being able to help me, but Lodi just dismissively said nope, dont have it, dont know when we will get it. A call to Sherwin-Williams - and they are mixing the paint now. I will be re-painting a 3000 sq. ft. house in the next couple of months - Kelly Moore will never get my business again, and I will direct my paint contractor to use only Sherwin-Williams paint. G
