Recently purchased a small unit to help free up some space at home and was completely satisfied with my experience. Unit is perfect for my needs and was very reasonably priced -- pretty sure they were the best price in town! Facilities are very clean and maintained well. Manager lives on site and security is a priority so you can rest assured that your belonging are in good hands. I definitely plan to stay a while and would gladly recommend their services!

We needed to put stuff in storage while waiting for our home to be done. I gave them a call since my family has used this facility in the past. Unfortunately nothing was available but left my number if something did come available. Jessica kept me posted on what was coming available and sure enough a few weeks later we got a unit in the size we needed. Jessica made this so easy for us! Since we dont live in town she was able to do most of the sign up via email or phone. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Ive been storing my travel trailer at A&A for about 4 months now, and it has been a great experience. One bonus for me is that this storage facility has a dump station on site, which saves time and money when camping where there is not a dump station. The gate has always worked as expected, and Jessica is always helpful if anything is needed. Also nice that there are cats on site to keep the mice out if the yard, and out of my trailers underbelly!!! P012

Last July someone stole my purse with my storage keys in them. I live in Sacramento and can’t make it to my storage often. The same day I called, Jessica (manager) got my lock cut and replaced for me in a short amount of time. I’ve been renting from A&A since 2014 with no problems! Highly recommend.

We have had a storage unit at this facility for over 10 years. I am so glad they have a new facility manager Jessica. She helped us through our move when we were in need of a couple more storage units. Then when we were ready to downsize she made it a breeze. We still have our large unit there and have had no problems with the facility since the change of resident manager. Jessica keeps the facility looking so clean and nice unlike the previous one. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit or RV parking. I know my belongings are safe with the onsite manager. Love it ! We just got a unit a few months ago from them ! It was a easy process! Plus they had possibly still have buy two months there get the third free ! It’s gated, under surveillance, and affordable!!! Every time we go it’s always clean as well. I’m comfortable with my stuff being where it is at and that says a lot. Unbeatable price!

I have had a storage @ A&A mini storage for over a year. I had a storage across town before but wasnt happen with the places staff (grumpy and bothered) and how clean the place was. I recently stopped by A&A Mini Storage to check on a vehicle I have stored there. No matter when I drop by, the place is always clean, the manager (Jessica) available and helpful, and the spot my vehicle is parked in never has weeds, even though that vehicle hasnt been moved in almost a year (which is only possible because their prices are the best in the area!). This is why when anyone I meet says they are planning a move I recommend A&A Mini Storage for any and all their storage needs. Great location that is secure and has the best prices.

When I first moved in here I was very happy, thought it was clean and loved the Staff. Still think the staff are very nice!! One of the reason I moved in here was because it was clean. However I did not purchase the insurance that they recommend against fire and water damage. I did not think I would need it. Well evidently it covers rats and things too. They had a problem with another unit next to mine and did not notify me of the issue. When I went in to pull out my mattresses they were covered in Rat poop and urine:(. Totally ruined. I was so upset I still haven’t gone through the rest of my furniture and antiques to see what else was ruined. I was told that since I didn’t purchase insurance that I wasn’t covered even though it was their negligence by NOT informing me that there was an issue. I would not recommend this place if you value your belongings. Because the company won’t Stand behind their service and storage.After going through a horrible divorce this was all I had left of my personal belongings. I had been saving them for after I get on my feet again. Now I’m back to 0. Sooooo Sad 😢

This storage facility is one of the nicest and cleanest places I have seen and used . I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. It is in a perfect location too, especially if you have a trailer or boat to store, you can hook up and get on Hwy 99 or Hwy 12 and head to your destination.Jessica who run the facility is very accommodating, not to mention very friendly and is always available when needing something.

When I I first started my own business I had two separate accounts. I was constantly forgetting to put money in my private account so I was always late on my storage bill. But she would always call me to make sure I wasnt late the next time let me know if there was an issue. And I looked at every other storage place in town. And for a smaller unit everything cost more.

Recently, Jessica and her husband took over responsibilities at A & A and immediately I noticed a huge improvement in service and cleanliness on the grounds. I love this place. I am in the middle of a nightmare move! I run a dog rescue so have many very bulky heavy items and completely misjudged the space I would need. No matter how many times I have had to call or had to have more space, they have ALWAYS been friendly, understanding, helpful and accommodating. The place is secure. The units are always clean (and believe me, I have seen the inside of quite a few of their storage spaces!). It has made this horrible nightmare move experience not as bad as it could have been. I kept my furniture at A&A for about 60 days. When i returned to empty the unit i discoverd water damage to my new table. Everytime it rained water leaked in on top of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone i know. If you decide to use A&A Mini storage get insurance for your belongings. If you dont get insurance from an outside source, roll the dice and be prepared to take a loss.... they dont offer any insurance at A&A to protect you or your things.

The facility is clean. Keypad access has always worked flawlessly. Two price increases in the past two years but modest and fair. I am holding back 1 star because there is always a car parked on or near the dump station. Not convenient to always have to wait for the owner to move the vehicle.

A thorough review of this facility truly must begin a few years back with my show Living Well On Next-To-Nothing, a couple of years before the launch of the DHFshow on YouTube. One usually *must* live well on next to nothing out of necessity, and in this case, my Brother From Another Mother and his teen daughter had to leave their RV Park, but where to find the hookup?. Going to Flag City costs a lot of money in gas, not to mention whatever they may charge when you get there. In the circumstances, they had almost no money, certainly not even enough to get there. Enter A&A Mini Storage. Their friendly staff let us know that they sympathize, as hookups are free, even if you dont rent a space. Their stand behind Safety First along with top-notch service made a deep impression on all of us. -----> The current round began after my mother died suddenly in 2015, beginning what we call The Great Miracle of 2015. I knew they could handle my storage needs at a reasonable price (advantage of crossing the freeway). The initial manager was good, but Jessica is top-notch...on to of any issue and always hard at work, not wasting time yakking on the phone. She also brings a security dog to the equation, and while my beard made him nervous, she gave the command tha solved the problem (our little secret). I have many reasons to be grateful for this facility and its excellent staff.

This place is the best place for storage in the state of California! The manager was extremely careful and had a Very pleasant smile and even a better attitude. There is also a bonus if you are a dog lover. My grandson fell in love with there dog Rascal a large pitbull and when I was ready to go he wanted to stay and play with her dog.
