Extra Space Storage met my Grandmas needs. We called a few places and they were call centers that could not answer the local questions. When we called here we got a down to earth gal Candace at the actual property.She is great and helped my grandma and I all the way through the process and answers all our questions politely and patiently.Thank you Candace.

It was clean and the girls working there made you feel like it was one big happy family..everything was perfect except for the few things that vanished after they cut my lock and put a different one on because I was late with a payment . They took pictures to inventory the contents and some of my things in there pictures were not in the locker when we paid the bill and they removed there lock.... other than that it wasYes great it was wonderful. Honestly this was the easiest fastest way to remt storage space no paperwork just sign documents on my phone played and that was it! In and out fast it was the easiest place to rent anywhere!

I rented my unit online no contact was fast easy very convenient for me easy to find unit there was a new lock in the packaged unopened i would recommend this storage company to others they also offer insurance for your items you store in the units they have thats great. Ive rented other storage units in the past and never got offered a choice to purchase insurance for my items being stored. A+ for me

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!Your items are not safe. There are people living and hanging out in and around the units. I had ALL my items STOLEN and the careless workers refused to let me see the video. This place is a complete scam. I will be taking legal action. EDITYou litterally copy and paste the same reply to all reviews that expose this poor run business. OBVIOUSLY there is no pride involved with you people. What a joke. There is no need to contact you. I already contacted the police and my attorney.

This storage unit is affordable, super secure, and their staff are super helpful. Specially the manager Abbie. She was supper helpful explaining how their units work, helping me pick the right size, and breaking down the cost. There is just a little paperwork, but it is fast and it’s to insure your personal belongings are safe. I know that my stuff are safe.

Great experience. From the chat representative who reserved a unit for us, to Jesse the Asst Mgr who got us signed in quickly and efficiently. The unit and grounds were clean, and security improvements are being made such as cylinder locks on all units.

After moving here from another state I highly don’t recommend this place after a lot of our good items got stolen!! They don’t have any footage with camera. Seems a little sketchy to me how they take the good items and leave furniture but all boxes were taken! I should’ve read reviews before we decided to take it here! If you do make sure you have insurance even with insurance I feel like the items that got stolen will not be enough with the money they’re replacing.. lesson learned. Don’t use storage.

From the moment I waled in I was very pleased. Melissa and Amber greeted me, took the time to explain to me all the questions I had, and gave me suggestions as to which unit would best fit me. I rode in a golf cart with Melissa around the facility and she was funny, professional, and comfortable to do business with. Peace of mind at an amazing deal. Can NOT beat that. I will recommend everybody I know to Melissa and Amber. Oh, and their facility was very clean.

This place is great....nice customer service, plus I found a good deal online for a locked in rate....well it fluctuated a little bit but for the most part it was the same. I never worried about security and they just updated their locks.

My 1 star is for this location.I wish I could give a 5 star strictly for Theresa Mendoza from Elk Grove and District Manager Carlo.On June 11th I went in and purchased a storage with Jessie. Manager Candice was also there. I bought my lock and I was set to go. I was told I was ready for move my stuff in whenever. On Saturday the 13th, I had 3 trucks full of my personal belongings. Mind you, I had to pay people to help me move. At time of arrival, about 7pm, we pull up to my storage and their green lock is still on. I had NO way of getting in. I tried calling every number on the books and I had no luck. We had no other option than to leave. First thing on Sunday morning, I called customer service since the main office in Lodi was closed. They were able to locate manager, Candice but apparently she was not available and neither was Jessie whom was the one who signed me up. Instead they were able to contact another the district manager by the name of Carlo who was VERY helpful and sent Theresa from Elk Grove to go and take the lock off. Again, we had to drive all three trucks to unload. I ended up having to pay them double for both trips. Nobody is going to pay me that money I lost, which they should since this was Lodis fault for not taking the lock off. I was extremely disappointed.

Ive been seriously searching for a storage unit that I can not only feel secure in leaving my things in but also be able to trust employees for my own peace of mind and i can honestly say after meeting Isaiah (a very polite and honest young man) I was more than certain my items would be safe and my trust in the staff is more than confirmed. I truly didnt feel like I was anywhere near Stockton from the moment I parked to the moment i drove away! Super happy that I finally have a storage unit I can feel good about paying for.

Very clean. Really really tall units. Like 10 feet. Great to have all that extra square footage. They allow you to borrow a ladder which is key.

Positive notes: Easy in and out rental.Great, friendly and knowledgeable employee. Negative notes: Prices are high. People sleeping in their storage spaces are a known problem which I personally witnessed.

No Stars.A complete and total loss.A comedy of errors has blemished what once was a quick shift n a move for my zelf anx others. After renting a unit for a number of years I came back from out of state to find that vermon had overtaken my storage unit. At the time my busy work schedule gave me no time for pondering possiblities or grabbing at retribiurions I clesned up and contiued my routine. Work, home, sleep. All went well and as I slowly focused my attention on moving out of storage I began to notice more feces beggin ing to collect. I asked new management what was going on he told me he was just made aware of the situation and that he was on top of it. I spoke to some neighbors as they moved out of their units and could hear some of my original shock as they discovered numeriouse droppings each one marking anothers activity. I quickly fillowed suit and planned a move out as well only when I began to shift through everything did I discover the horror of what the word infestation truly is/was.Here are pics of what remained as I drove away. Promising my self not to write this review but being amongst all the droppings it just took its toll on me and so I write this review in a blissfull sense of shock and welcomed numbness. Mmmmm sweet warmth what a clever mistress that thee are to me:If u rent here go and check your stuff make sure there is no food inside and ask your neighbor if they are storing food. Always get insurance and check the fine print and if u do not have insurance get some.In retro-spect I have only mySelf to blame for not picking things up or rotating the contents on occasion thus noticing the activity and taking action sooner rather than mentalizing it on occasion over n over again.In all fareNess it could of been maliciouse intent or neglect? Whos to know only time will tell. 3 1/2 starz to the guy on duty as he really got thrown into the deep end but is doing okay. And 5 starz to extraSpace for courtesy calls, payment reminders amd always always having a friendly smile on the other end of the receiver. They don’t enforce their rules. People tailgate in and no one seems to care or do anything about it even when the additional cars are on camera... so you RISK ANYONE GOING INTO THE FENCES IN SPACE.

We stored a car and 2 motorcycles here. The rates are quite high for the size of unit. While away for 3 months, we came back to find loads of dust all over everything (that when in clean and shiny), dead cockroaches and plenty of ants all over the walls. Nothing big enough to have destroyed anything with the vehicles, but your mileage may vary. There are probably better storage units in town for a better price...

I was having a terrible time finding a reasonable person to help me until I called this location. I had spoken with a young lady Jessica, so was immediately friendly, made me feel more at ease. I was so stressed out with the whole move, she gave me prompt responses and advice to meet my needs. I will recommend to anyone moving to Lodi, thank you!
