Please change the store hours to 4 45 pm not 5pm. Please train your staff on simple communication skills. Monday I was told I am blind cause I couldnt find a chip with specific color I was looking for. Wendsday came at 4 30 and was very rudely informed store closes in 15 min even though front door clearly has sign open until 5 pm. When I called to speak with the owner same person said he is the owner and lady what is your problem then just hang up! Beyond unprofessional. No thank you . And dear owner you just lost a profit for a large project I was doing. What a shame.

Be prepared to be screamed at when parking in their lot next to front door. If you pull in a loud, rude man is going to make sure you are there for the paint store. While I understand the issue, many people must park in this tiny lot to shop another store, manners are still very important. Man who’s job it must be to make sure you are a paint store customer could simply and kindly point out your mistake. I would never do business with this establishment if they continue to use this disrespectful individual.

There is one person that minimum has to be the owner, because if I would be the owner i would fired that specific person due to the lack of customer service. No everyone that visit your store is supposed to know about painting. He was rude when I was asking questions and he just said that I am supposed to know what I want pay and leave the store!. If you are DIY and looking Benjamin Moore paints i would recommend you to visit Benjamin Moore in Paramus had better experience.

I’ve been there a few times now and both times the works are very rude. They act as if they’re bothered by actually doing their job. Go ANYWHERE else!

Stay away....Ive been going here for years but recently the past couple of visits have been less than desirable. Rude guys who work there...I had a question about a finish and the employees started to argue with me. I have huge brand loyalty to Ben Moore.....but I will go to Nortons from now on.
