These guys are great. Moved to the area recently and decided to move from the big trucks to a Jeep. I started here and asked lots of questions, I mean lots. They took the time to answer everything and made sure I got the best to create a functional and capable machine.Now in the process of putting it all together myself but will need their help to fine tune the suspension, axles, driveline, etc.I’ve made new friends here and will continue to come back.

Our Jeep JKUs torsion bar bracket on the rear axle broke free. TMTO got a much stronger bracket in, welded it onto the axle, and realigned everything. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Everyone there were great to work with, especially Andy. Thanks guys and I look forward to doing future business with you.

Thunder Mountain did my 3rd gen Tacoma yesterday and Im impressed, they did a 3 inch leveling kit and installed 33 ko2 tires. My truck only took a day, and it looks and drives great. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will continue doing business with them.

Knew their stuff, exactly how high to lift the truck and what size tires would fit. Looks great, runs great, and so far their service & support have been great too.

Weeks prior to my visit, I contacted them ask described my wiring needs for a 7 wire harness. When I arrived, I met with them again and explained that I needed a 4 flat connection switched to a 7 wire, including power. After paying and leaving, they called to say that they hadnt wired the power after all, and that they refused to do so. Despite pointing out that my vehicle was rated for and actually required the power to the 7 wire harness, they still said they wouldnt complete the job they agreed to. Thunder Mountain charged 50 percent more than the agreed upon amount, but didnt complete the agreed upon job. Buyer beware.

The guys at Thunder Mountain are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all truck mods, wheels, tires, and accessories! Always a great experience there! Andy is the man!

Had an alignment at a different nearby shop and the tires immediately started wearing poorly. Lost about 50% of the life of my tires because of this. That shop wasnt easy to work with to solve the problem so I gave up and took it into Thunder Mountain expecting to pay for a new full alignment and maybe new upper control arms to get things fixed. They called me back shortly to let me know the other shop didnt set part of the suspension correctly and the fix was simple. They gave me a lot of info and education on alignment and were super friendly. In the end they only charged me for a partial alignment and didnt do unnecessary work to rack up a larger bill. Super honest shop that Ill go back to again.

Ive used Thunder Mountain twice with work done on my truck. They are always great and friendly when in the shop. Theyve done great work. Weve never had any issues with the work preformed.

Thunder Mountain Truck Outfitters is one awesome company. Technically they are expert. They have solved problems others could not figure out. If you are looking for help with Jeep builds they are the best. Clean professional show room extends to clean work areas unseen in usual mechanic type shops. Customer service is perfect! Had never done business with these guys until this year. Had some steps, rocker flares and bed caps put on a dodge pick up. Awesome service! Got me in and out after a botched alignment from another shop. They even invited me back into the shop to point out a couple of concerns on my truck that may need addressed in the future. Super nice waiting area and showroom as well. Will definitely recommend people here in the future. Just wish I came here the first time around.

This is a long one so pull up a seat! took a truck to Poulsen trailer to have a trailer break controller put on it. After taking it back a few times and having the same response of we cant figure it out i got sick of their game. Set up an appointment with these guys and they took care of it very quickly turns out it was a simple fix and it was quite a bit less than what i was expecting price wise. Long story short dont waste you time with Poulsen trailer and head on down to thunder mountain where they know what they are doing!
