Ive been using Advance Auto Parts for the last two years now for oil changes, brake jobs, sparkplugs, air filters, thermostats etc... Everyone at the Logan location has been extremely helpful in finding the right parts and recommendations. The online order pickup option is what I use the most, the free same day delivery option has also been very convenient. I find them to be well priced on parts and specials. I can always find great deals through online promo codes and their perks program has saved me a lot of money. Advance Auto has been awesome!

Worst customer experience ever. The employees are not knowledgeable and do not want to take care of the customers. Have had multiple experiences that they don’t care whatsoever about customers

I went in and Bart great! I needed a new battery ASAP and he was helpful, kind and installed the battery for me in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Friendly service but they sell really low quality parts. I replaced a front wheel bearing in my car with one of their store brand parts and followed all the proper installation instructions. Less than 500 miles later it went bad!How can someone live with such blatant rip offs!Very disgusted especially considering the hours I put into changing this part out.

I love it here. I always buy my car parts here because they are honest, courteous, and kind with me. I dont know a lot about cars so they check my car for me and walk me through what each part does and how I might be scammed at an auto repair shop. I appreciate them so much!

My battery for my car died and needed a replacement. They had the best price in town and had free installation. What really impressed me is they had a temporary battery they plugged in to the car computer to keep my radio presets and clock memory from clearing. Plus they even cleaned the terminals. Highly recommended.

Want a friendly part dealer then look no further than Advanced Auto. I get all my parts from them and if they dont have it they are more than willing to order the part in for you. The prices are cheap but you get a good quality product. All in all the best part dealer in the valley.

They have a great inventory of parts. Needed an oil seal, which they had that nobody else had, but they also ordered a wrong part, so I am not left with much confidence.

They were very helpful at getting me the the oil that I needed (5w-50). That oil is not very common and after calling multiple places in town they were the only ones that had this oil. Not even other car part stores had the oil. The guy was also very professional in helping me find the oil.

They took 2 days just to find me a carb kit to rebuild my carburetor and a month and $450 dallars later i find out they sold me the wrong kit that was the reason my truck wasnt running right. The seals were close to the same but slightly different.

Seriously love AAP, they always have a great service in store, online not so much. Even the in-store workers hate the online experience.One reason I love AAP so much is that my friend needed a simple bracket for his brackets asap, the store didnt have the bracket but had the entire caliper. Instead of buying the whole thing, they let him buy just the bracket off the caliper. It was super nice!

I visited to get a replacement headlight bulb. The woman who helped me was friendly and quick, and I was in and out in a minute, tops.

Great experience I came up to Utah to help my sister fix her car and I brought a part with me from Miami Florida that was from advance auto parts it wasn’t the part unfortunately and I found these guys and they helped me change the part for the correct one even though I was 2300 miles away thank you!!
