I went to different auto shops and they are the only one who tries to use the most efficient way fixing my car door panel!!! I so appreciate their professional help! I pulled in today and they got it done in ten minutes! I have worried about the panel for months and all I have been told is changing it by finding a door from a used car. I know this is the ideal way, but it is so hard to find one. I am so impressed that they helped me fix it with another way and my worries are gone now! I greatly recommend this place if you need help with your car issues.

This is by far one of the best places that I have ever taken my car to get fixed. Earlier in the summer Jason saved us hundreds by correcting a misdiagnosis at a different place, his knowledge about cars is amazing. My Toyota pickup needed to have a valve job done, and while I would have gladly paid Jason and his shop to do the job, I couldn’t afford it at the time, so my brother and I took this task on ourselves last summer. Jason was always willing to answer my questions over the phone or when I randomly stopped by. I really appreciate how much Jason helped me learn with that project. We were recently quoted $1500 from a different shop to replace a heater core. Jason quoted us $900, and charged us $900. Ive brought multiple vehicles to him and never been disappointed. Not only is the most reliable, honest mechanic in Cache Valley, hes also generally the cheapest.

I was having issues with another dealer in town because of timing and customer service when I called him.Jason listened to me and helped me do some problem solving even though he was not physically working on my car.He even went as far as to take time out of his very busy day and did some over the phone consulting with me. Which helped me to have a chance at a cheaper fix for my issue than the one offered to me by the other business.The only reason I didnt give a five star review is because he did not actually work on my car, but he will be the first one I go to in the future for anything car related.

Super fast service and the truck was fixed the first time! As soon as my husband drove away he said it felt like a brand new truck.

Recently, my car decided not to start. Nothing I did would help it. So I get it towed down to my mechanic, Jason at Auto Bahn. First thing Monday morning, he gets in and was able to start it, because apparently he is the car whisperer. But, instead of just telling me to stop wasting his time, he does diagnostics on it for a couple days, we confer, and he does more diagnostics for a couple more days. Finally at the end of the week he cant do anything else for it, and charges us $0.00 for the time spent trying to figure out what was wrong.A few days later, my car decides not to start. Again. Nothing I did would help it. So I get it towed down to my mechanic, Jason at Auto Bahn. First thing, he gets in and was able to start it, because he is still the car whisperer. More diagnostics, and he replaces the fuel pump. Because it was under warranty, the $550 repair job cost us $0.00 . Yes, that included labor.The next day, my car decides not to start. Again. Nothing I did would help it, even with Jason coaching me over the phone about different options, troubleshooting, etc. So I get it towed. This time, he wasnt able to start it, even though he is still the car whisperer. Start to finish, the job took him maybe 2 hours to diagnose, test, repair, and reassemble before calling me to come and get it. Total cost for this job? $0.00.In all, I have paid Auto Bahn $15.00 this month, despite the hundreds of dollars in labor he could have charged me but didnt. The $15.00? A safety check. Autobahn is professional, courteous, and detailed. When the details allow, they are also prompt. They honestly care about their clients and their needs. I will always be bringing my cars to Auto Bahn.
