I got a mocha and it was fantastic! There are lovely locally made mugs and other items available for purchase! They were offering a drink special which, if purchased, would result in a relatively substantial donation to a local abuse shelter. Wonderful people, wonderful, coffee, wonderful cafe. 10/10
Cool little local spot. Recommended was the Tumeric latte. And it is delicious! Wasnt on the menu or I would have give 5 stars. Cozy environment, great service. If youre from out of town support a local brew amd drink here. They have cool apparel and accessories! Really cool.
Great coffee and awesome service. I went to buy whole bean coffee and talked to the staff about suggestions for my specific tastes and they were cool about it and really know thier own coffee. I am impressed with them and highly recommend them for coffee freshly made or roasted bags.
I love Caffe Ibis! I have always been a fan of their coffee and I always pour myself a bag when I go to Harmon’s. This is the first time I got to try their coffee in house and it was great. Greats tastes and great vibes in such a little place. Defiantly worth stopping in if your are looking for a great cup of coffee.
Ive been to Caffe Ibis A few times and Everytime Ive been its been nice and homey. The tea and dessert is great. The service is excellent and just awesome. They have bio-degradible straws as well as their own flasks and coffee beans. Id suggest this place if youd want to go on a date or just go there for a nice cup of coffee/tea.
Ibis coffee: the best coffee, superior service, and the nicest people. Their medium roast coffees are fantastic. When I burr grind the beans there are no oils left behind. I only drink light or preferably medium roast coffees. I usually order 10 pounds (free shipping) but mistakenly ordered a 5 pounds of a dark roast coffee. I called them up, just to make sure the order was my bad, and it was. I said it was on me and was going to leave it at that but they said they send me 12 oz of a medium blend just to help. Mistakenly, they sent me another dark roast. I called them up to report this and they were so apologetic and said they would send me more. They actually sent me 2 two pound bags of medium roasted coffees. I was stunned at how nice they are. Like I said: greta coffee, best service and the nicest people.
Oh my goodness, I stumbled across their coffee while at the grocery store in utah. It is the best! Now, I order monthly from them.
Got great look lattes before heading out to tackle the day!
Wonder atmosphere, professional service and an exceptional product at very reasonable price. Stop in for a cup of Java, youll be glad you did.
Great coffee! Came from Oregon and was shocked they dont accept tips and are paid a fair wage! Will visit again next time Im in Logan!
Coffee is very good! Roaster on the darker side when compared with other craft roasters
No inside dining during Covid, limited purchase of their roasted beans. They also limit parties of 2. However, their food is yummy! Recommend the ham & cheese croissant with your many choices of beverages.
Went this morning and asked for something cold, not too bold, with a lot of caffeine. The barista recommended the Sally, and it was AMAZING!
We were yelled at for walking in to see the menu without wearing a mask. The mask mandate has been lifted and I understand stores have the right to ask for a mask to be worn but the way my wife and I we treated was definitely not ok. We are both fully vaccinated, the rude staff proceeded to talk over me while I was explaining this to them and told me to get a mask or get out.
Had the best drink this morning and the staff were wonderful!
We’re local folk that have been going to Ibis for years and have loved it up until the past few months. Staff has change drastically with a completely different energy. They seem to be more self-involved and with each other with a lack of care for the customers coming in. Also they charge extra for no ice! I’m paying for a 16oz drink not a drink with 3/4 ice! My drink the other day was mostly ice, which is why I like to ask for little to no ice, but not at an extra cost! I hope that Ibis can become the coffee shop we once loved again.
The concept is nice and Logan could use more vegan options, but the food was a bit underflavored.
Loved all the food here! The coffees great, the snacks are delicious, it has a gift shop with stylish things, it hands out free pins and stickers, and for all you non-coffee drinkers, it has caffeine-free drinks too! On top of all this, the company treats their workers so well that there is no need for a tio because they get paid through great wages.
Ibis has the BEST coffee in Northern Utah and you can’t change my mind. This is the only place I’ll ever buy coffee from. The people and atmosphere is really good. This is the only coffee shop I recommend to people and it’s the only coffee I will drink!!
Tasty coffee. Staff could have been nicer when taking our order though...wonder if they were having a bad day. Sad!
I miss this place more than words can admit. Best. Coffee. Ever. No coffee even compares.
I have had lot of coffee in my life and have had many great coffees. This place is one of the top places that I have ever had a cup of coffee. Not sure what makes their coffee so incredible, but it is definitely a go-to place
Caffe Ibis is a great community support to The Family Place by supporting our mission to strengthen families and protect children! We are so grateful for what they do!
Always make a stop here a part of our trip
These guys know how to do coffee right! Cute laidback atmosphere, great pastry options and lots of other healthy food options. They prioritize recycling and reducing their waste so their stir sticks are not plastic. Great coffee shop!
I purchased their coffee online. It is so good! My favorite so far is Sally’s Cinnamon Hazelnut & Crème. I usually dont prefer coffee black, but I could with this coffee/ flavor. I cant wait to ship some to others to try.
Favorite little pocket of Logan.
Best coffee in Logan Utah.
Excellent coffee and located in a nice walkable area. The staff is always really nice and friendly.
Love it! Also they have the largest iced coffees in town
Update: Was up in Logan this week. Stop back by much better experience. Everybody actually had a smile on their face. And was very pleasant and friendly. And of course the coffee is superb. So definitely will give them another chance. They were able to change my my
This is my favorite café in Utah. I cant say enough how wonderful it is. I have gotten up early on weekends and traveled 83 miles from Salt Lake to get coffee here more than once. The interior is so relaxing and peaceful, the service is always awesome... The BEANS. The beans are AMAZING. I simply will not make my coffee with any other beans. But even when I go to other cafés who use Ibis beans, the drinks just arent ever up to the level that this location is at. The tastiest coffee drink I have ever tasted came directly from the hands of someone here. The art gallery is so classy but not in-your-face, so people (like me) who dont know much about art can still appreciate it. The menu prices and order setup are also really good, and anything you get from the menu will be delicious. The place is very clean and their COVID precautions are solid. The exterior is also so inviting and charming, and the live music that once took place each week gives that perfect café vibe. The whole area has a very charming feel to it, and is so relaxing to spend time in, as well. This is literally my happy place.
Its a nice little coffee shop, I dont drink coffee but I love a steamed milk. The drink was good, not better than average, but there was a woman singing and a man playing guitar, they were really good. Ive only been to Cafe Ibis once but I understand they have musicians in there often. That for me was well with the trip, she sang so beautiful.
Love the employees!
Awesome coffee! We drove through Logan on our way back home to Idaho just to try this instead of Starbucks (which we dont really like). Ill say it again, awesome coffee. Nice atmosphere too!
The atmosphere is always friendly and pleasant, the food and coffees are tasty, the portions are large and the service is fast.
One of the best cafes in town. I love the effort to be environmentally friendly and actively trying to make a difference. The coffee is absolutely fantastic and the food is great as well. Staff is always ready to help and love the moments a live musician plays in the background. Great spot to read, write, study, and have some time to yourself. Or even to meet with a friend or date and chat. Very welcoming.
I didn’t know what a london fog was, so I didn’t order one. Maybe next time I’ll ask. They did give me a sticker for my bedroom door, and that’s all I got. -roy
Super friendly, delicious drinks. Thanks, Riggs!!
Best atmosphere and food in Logan! Their tea is amazing and I wish I could drink it every single day. I absolutely love the location and the staff are always friendly and helpful!
Ive been here a few times now, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The drinks served here are excellent and are sold at a decent price, and the food is delicious as well! The interior is charming and makes for an inviting environment to relax in. Id definitely recommend going to Caffe Ibis at least once!
Seriously best coffee ever. I have lived app over the country, even in Seattle, and this is the best coffee by far! Quaint little shop with delicious, humane foods. I came her 20 years ago and am so happy its still here. A Logan gem!
Super friendly and passionate!
This is a wonderful little coffee shop! Live music on the weekends, yummy drinks and food, and eco friendly paper straws. Excellent for sitting and having a nice chat ♡
Im sitting here drinking a incredible cup of Caffe Ibis (Double French made on an aero press) on International Coffee day. We moved from Utah to New Mexico a couple years ago and after trying to buy local, we went went back to ordering 5 lb bags of coffee from Caffe Ibis. There is some pretty good coffee down here, however, we just havent found the same quality and consistency of what we got used to from Caffe Ibis. It makes a perfect cup of coffee every time, no matter how you brew it. While we miss not being able to pop up to Logan to enjoy the cafe and its delicious food, we are incredibly grateful that we can get our monthly coffee shipment. We also dont miss winter, even a little. Thanks to the great folks at Caffe Ibis!!!
Great coffee and 90% of their employees are awesome (especially the ones that travel to events!). Love the Highlander Grogg .... and that you can still by a drip coffee that is out of this world.
I go here every weekend. The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is awesome. The art is as fresh as the coffee. Thank you everyone that puts in the time and effort to make this one of Logans finest places to be :)
This place isnt half bad. The three stars are not meant to indicate that theres a particular problem with them, but that I really do consider a roughly average location. When I went, the staff was very nice. Two things that might be worth noting for some who might visit. First, the place can feel a little scattered. Im not sure of a better way to put that. Its not really messy, as that connotes uncleanliness. Its just a very busy environment for the senses. Second, their coffee has a very specific taste. Again, not saying its bad. Its certainly not the flavor profile I prefer in coffee, but thats just one opinion. Id definitely say try for yourself, because a lot of people appear to like it. If youre a big fan of Stumptown coffee, this might be the place for you. Ill probably visit again at some point for the sake of variety, but its not likely to be my go to coffee shop in Logan.
Friendly and fast service. My wife buys coffee beans here all the time. Large selection of coffees, and just a tiny selection of vegan or gluten free pastries, candies, salads, and a lunch menu.
Great drinks, and usually friendly staff. You will never leave here unsatisfied on the food and drinks, my gripe is just the live music. Dont get me wrong I love live music! It is a great little even that brings the community together... Its just they allow them to play SO loud that it makes it not enjoyable, especially given that the shop is very small and close quarters to the singing. I found it much nicer to just take my drink and food to go.
Love the vegan options. Fantastic drip coffee, great almond milk too. This is a great place to shop for gifts. They take pride in the community and donate coffee to most events Ive been to. Just a pure, local vibe and nothing is better than a summer night at Ibis.
Just moved here and Im a bit of a coffee snob - this place more than meets my expectations for great coffee. Service has been excellent every time, and I also love the selection of bagels, pastries, and other desserts. Really enjoy the Sat/Sun brunch (wish they had egg sandwiches everyday!). Only suggestion is that I wish they had better ice. Seems minor but their ice cubes are small and melt very quickly. Such a minor suggestion because I love everything about this place!
The coffee here is amazing. My wife loves their vegan date bars. The baristas are cool, knowledgeable, and helpful. I come here every time the band plays in Logan.
Disappointed. Love the coffee here. Now requiring a mask just to get a coffee. Im not sick and businesses buying into the hype wont get my business
I lived in Logan from 2001-2005 and discovered Cafe Ibis early on and loved every single thing about this business. I learned to love coffee because of this place. So much so, that I now own a coffee roasting business and cafe in Kansas. While visiting friends and family... my kids and I decided to drive the almost three hours to get coffee at Cafe Ibis. Just as good as it ever was! The familiar scene and smell was worth the drive. We loaded up on Ibis swag so we can represent in Kansas. Was super bummed a few years ago to hear of Randy’s passing and grateful that you have continued on with this downtown Logan staple.
The coffee here is amazing! Far better than Starbucks. I didnt get what I ordered this time, but we all make mistakes sometimes. If not for the wrong order it would have been a five star.
Love how they care for the community and environment. That alone earns them 5 stars. Sometimes the service isn’t the best.. but hey- their coffee makes up for it. Best drip coffee from Utah until Seattle I’d imagine.
The coffee was really good. Just wish there was a larger seating area. Ill definitely be back next time Im in Logan!
Fantastic coffee comparedTo the chain stores. Varied bean and roasts styles. Excellent company.
Has to be new help working there! Ordered 1xHot Tea(20oz, 2bags) $2.85. NO SIGN OF THE TEA BAGS/ LIKE TO ADD HOT WATER LATER, other ordered 1xEspresso-single to Double, the new help added MILK, (YUK) to far down the road to turn around.
Caffe Ibis is a nice little coffee joint. It’s got a very cozy feel to it, and it’s a great place to hang out with friends and get a coffee. Large variety, and the staff is very friendly
I think this place be too trendy and vegan for me. But still a good cup of coffee.
I love this place! 😍 Great little coffee shop. And its so cute! 🤗
This place is amazing! From the coffee to the food. As a vegan I really appreciate the options they have. And my best friend says the breakfast burritos are to die for! Will never stop coming here. 😊
The best coffee shop in town. They also sell their own roasts and blends. So if youre from out of town or are looking for a souvenir from Logan as a gift this is a great place to stop.Their drinks in house are delicious too
Decent coffee! Only problem for me is the cashiers are never that friendly.
Coffee is wonderful. First time to visit -- nice place. Had avocado toast for breakfast on some kind of thin and very grain-filled bread that is craveable. Looking forward to ordering it again.
Love this place.
Great coffee.
Decent place given the limited options for coffee in Logan. They are better than Starbucks and the coffee selection is good. One issue that holds this place back from being amazing is the wait times that can range anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes, even during slow times. If they had better emphasis on faster service this place could easily be 5 stars but the lack of attention to customers prevents such.
We usually love coming here, the coffee is the best in Logan and the atmosphere is great. Our most recent experience was pretty negative though. My girlfriend and I both ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, I got drip coffee and she got a latte. To start off, my drip coffee wasn’t prepared. We had her latte for 15 minutes before I went up and asked, after which it was prepared immediately. They apologized and were very polite. Next they brought out my sandwich, which I started eating. After finishing the sandwich they still had not brought out the other one, after another 10 minutes I went and asked about the order which had also been forgotten. After no apology, they brought out the wrong sandwich (a cheaper one). At this point we had to leave and go to work, it had taken a total of 42 minutes to get the second sandwich. Overall we waited way too long, had to ask for half of our items, and paid 2 more dollars then we should have for what we got.
My bagel took a few extra minutes, but it was “fine”, my service was great despite my wearing crocs!(some people are nuts right?) I went for a cup of coffee and I liked it. I really had a good time here. The tall skinny guy has good jokes. The short super happy girl is way nice, she even waves hi to me when she’s zooming around town on her bike! All in all it’s a smashing good time. I’d even quit my engineering job for a spot on the bro squad if the opportunity ever arose. Had to buy this dope sweatshirt to remind me of this experience.
Cute little coffee shop. They have good coffee, but theres not much sitting room inside.
Favorite coffee shop around! Such a community feel, great drinks and a variety of roasts. I always bring out of town friends here.
Coffee is really good! But the last few times Ive gone I feel like I am an inconvenience to the staff, I hate feeling like that. If that kind of a thing ruins your energy might be worthwhile to go elsewhere, if not, its worth it!
One of the best coffee shops in Utah. They make great coffee and tea based drinks in a laid back shop. I definitely recommend checking it out!
Great service in the shop, and great coffee to brew at home
I love the coffee, yet there are several people who work there who are in need of either a refresher course in basic mathematics, or an attitude adjustment, or perhaps both. Over the course of one month, the price I have paid for a 12 oz cup of coffee (in my own refillable mug) has gone from $1.25 to $2.11, it varies based on who rings up my order. Id be paying less if I purchased a 20 oz paper cup each time I went there; Id also get more coffee. I was under the impression that Cafe Ibis promotes sustainable development and consumption, yet they charge less for more coffee and the cups inevitably endup adding to the very environmental issues they claim to be addressing.
A wonderful place with great ambience and sharp tasting coffee. Perfect place to refresh oneself after long work sessions.
Havent been for a few years and decided to get a coffee. They didnt understand my order but luckily I caught it before it was made. They shorted me a couple shots of espresso I paid extra for. Cache valley needs better coffee shops
Excellent coffeeshop. Baked goods are nice as well. . I go for the coffee, the art gallery, the live Jazz music, the interesting crowd, and upbeat happy employees.
Cafe Ibis is THE cool hangout place for folk in Logan. They have such a unique atmosphere and interesting decor. I personally dont really love the flavor of their coffee, but to each their own.
Some of the best coffee in the western US, let alone Utah. Tends to get a bit busy at peak times, but thats a sign of an excellent cafe. Moving to a no-tip system helps pay the workers what theyre worth, and coupled with ethically sourced coffee, Ibis is the whole package.
The ambiance of this place takes me back 3 years to an awesome coffee shop in Winona, MN. The coffee here is spot on. I had an iced vanilla latte and a piece of cheesecake. I walked into this shop stressed, seeking a little pick me up, and I walked out feeling elated. I spent 15 mins or so waiting for my order and within that time I just soaked up the good energy. People were smiling, laughing, and actually talking to each other (not the norm in. Northern Utah). The staff were super friendly and genuine.
Amazing cafe serving organic and fair trade coffee. Sallys Iced Coffee is my favourite, and their toddy (cold brew) with tonic is incredible. So is their cheesecake and baklava. Great place to people watch and read the paper, or enjoy the live music inside sometimes.
Amazing. By far the best espresso in Logan. Starbucks doesnt even get close. The quality at Ibis is unreal.
Pretty good coffee. Not a super comfortable place to sit and enjoy a cup though and the middle-aged regulars who hang their constantly all day long are kind of off putting.
Best place to get coffee in cache valley. There arent a lot of coffee shops around. But Ibis definitely has them beat.
Over roasted coffee made by people who either dont drink it or wouldnt know good coffee if they had it.. I have now tried it a few times now and it doesnt get better. It being the only coffee lounge around, no competition is the only edge they have that I see.
Best coffee in the state! Delicious healthy food, and a large selection of coffee beans. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommended!
Best coffee ever. Friendly staff. Cozy environment. Love to have my cappuccino there.
Edit: I became a semi-regular here for a while this fall because its an easy walk from where I live. There is a nice rotation of unique light, dark, and flavored roasts to try each day. Their iced coffees and nitro cold brews are excellent as well. Their COVID protocols are very good and well-enforced. I feel safe going there. If youre a USU student, dont let the stale and poorly-brewed stuff on campus fool you. They do it much better at the real location!
