Repaired and replaced my infared on my Vizio. Its been a month since and everything works great. Price for work was reasonable

Took a TV in for repair, they told me the TV had a backlight error and I should just throw it away. After a bit of google searching, I was able to reset the TV in the menus and it works fine! Do not trust them to repair your electronics, they do a half assed assessment.Bought a TV from them 2 years ago for $300. For another 100 I could have gotten a brand new TV. The TV has a poor quality image and high latency. Definitely an older model, overpriced for what it was. Would not recommend buying electronics from them. Shop elsewhere.

Horrible service, flakey and unreliable. They were a no show on a equipment pickup appointment. Acted like they didnt know anything about it the next day when I called. Then I called twice a week for three weeks regarding a repair. Each time Im told a couple more days. Then at the end of the three weeks, they say theyre not sure why the parts have not yet been shipped. This mentality may have worked in the 80s but its unacceptable in this day and age. They dont return calls as promised. I will never take an item to them again. Big thumbs down.

Poor service. Only Sony repair in the valley. Not helpful and after arriving at my residence, very disrespectful. Not impressed and highly advise you to go elsewhere...
