I live in neighborhood and had an issue I alerted TTM to & which they responded in a manner that was very refreshing. TTM personally responded to me and took care of issue. In todays world as I said it was very refreshing. If their business and customer service is anything like the way I was treated and dealt with this business is truly amazing!

I started working here 3 months ago and I love it. Everyone Ive met, from management to my coworkers, are good people. They do everything they can to make their employees want to stay working for them. The pay is fantastic compared to the average cache valley college town standards. I wouldnt hesitate to apply here for a job.

Work here 1yr and half they treat u like numberToxic work environment, management is on a massive power trip. HR doesn’t have a clue what’s going on regarding their own job. No way to move up or go anywhere in the company, They discriminate against veterans and people with mental/ physical problems and will fight you tooth and nail rather than compromising for just about and reason you can think of, they acted like children and had a tantrum when a People are careless and unsafe they don’t care for the machines and equipment and try to find loopholes to save money to put in their own pockets, people have been hurt, production goes in the toilet because the machines are down after it had a major malfunction due to them not fixing small issues weeks/months prior, this means product isn’t getting out, so they blame the staff.all true

TL:DR Great place if you work hard and dont watch the clock, otherwise youll hate it.Recently gave everyone a $2 pay raise, all my coworkers are friendly. Massive opportunities for overtime. The managers Ive had in my different departments have been great and willing to work with my school schedule.

They just raised the starting wage to 14.00 absolutely a good place to work if you know how to work.

If youve given up on life long ago, and care to stare the face of cancer defiantly in the eye, then this is the place to work... For you. Otherwise come work for Walmart distribution center starting at a cool 16 an hour and leave these worms in the gutter to rot.

Beware of this employer. It is a toxic environment, a literal cauldron of employee discontent that is ready to blow at any time. HR is inept and ineffective in everything they touch. Plenty of in-breeding in the mangement ranks, which means youll never move up without being related or know someone in some way. This place is hostile, rife with discrimination, and riddled with safety issues. Theres a reason for all these bad reviews and youd be wise to avoid this place.

Very unsafe working environment! My mom just broke her damn leg because of the negligence of some ttm employee that caused a cart to fall on her leg. I am so infuriated, pissed off to the point that I want to knock heads around there. Trust me when I say this, get ready to empty your pockets TTM!

They treat their employees like trash. They refuse to give raises. And with all of the dangerous chemicals you have to work around honestly I dont think the pay is worth it
