Walked in and the dude at the counter (beanie, glasses) wouldnt even look up from his phone. Then I was asking a question or two and he ignored me entirely. Absolute douschebag, no wonder your business is dying.To owner - this is an out of place comment? I see several in this thread where the customer has stated they were ignored. I was in there yesterday. Im from out of town and will not be returning to this store.

I play in the Pokemon League here, I love it! Great variety of Pokemon cards are sold here as well as sleeves, binders, and playmats. Only location in the valley that can carry pre-release kits. (build & battle boxes)

Came in here and I was the only customer, the one employee had both earbuds in and was super focused on some game he was playing on a Nintendo switch, didnt look up or acknowledge me at all. I could literally hear the game sound effects even though his earbuds were in, so that was super unprofessional. I wandered around looking for the dnd area for a while and there were no signs saying where things were, and as I left the guy looked up and kind of panicked because I literally dont think he even knew someone was in the store, but I just walked out. maybe have your employees pay attention a little bit.

I was playing in the Pokemon League here before COVID. They have decent prices and a big selection of Pokemon TCG products as well as some cool older nintendo systems.

I think its a good store and the manager has always been welcoming and friendly. Ive gotten mtg, dnd, board games, and some other nerd stuff from there and always been happy. Its a good store to attend events at when in-person events are allowed. My personal favorite game shop in the valley

Super great store with a helpful/kind staff. I visited with a quick question and they helped me find the perfect product within 5 minutes.

Getting to be a weekly thing, my daughter and I going to the comic book store. I like being at a place where I can sometimes trade in some of my geek cred for a laugh or chuckle.

They have completely cleaned up the store last time was here but they needed to do a better job organizing their comics

Sorry, cant rate this highly. Walked in, wasnt greeted, small selection, and when I asked if they had a particular comic, wasnt offered to order it or anything. Bathroom is nasty. Typical game store.

Chris is awesome! I like helping these guys out. Going to be running a D&D game here because I like the atmosphere so much. Reminds me of being a kid again and having fun.

Very nice place to hangout. Felt very welcome and enjoyed chatting with Chris. ( Plus his beard would make dwarfs jealous) would recommend as a fun shop whether its for games and MTG or movies books and all the little collectables that you can find.

So I went in to get some Christmas gifts for my siblings, I really was just looking for some comics. And were all really big fans of superheroes since we grew up with like the Justice league cartoons and watch the CW TV showsand really enjoyed them and so I wanted to get some comics for Christmas for my siblings so that they could be introduced into the comics. But none of us have ever really read the comics and so I was a little bit overwhelmed not knowing where to start. But the guy that I talk to really help guide me through which ones I should start with and what we should get as far as each hero for each of my siblings and now I am all set for Christmas.

In store stock is wonderful. Depending on whos working it switches between friendly and downright rude. Also the airflow is bad which results in any amount of time over 30 minutes being a sweatfest in the summer. But their comic/card selection is great.

Heebeegeebeez used to be a place I would avoid for a while because I had a less than stellar experience with a staff member over a simple purchase but in my most recent visit it was very clean and the staff member was more friendly... Ive never done fnm there but if youre looking for mtg cards its not a bad spot to look.

I was looking for a Christmas gift for my daughter and they had exactly what I was looking for, at the price I was looking for. We even found something a friend of ours was looking for, for her son, at an extremely good price.

Really fun stuff! The dice set I bought was good quality and priced fairly. Tons of comics. Trying to get into Magic the Gathering and they have everything you need. They even sell some old video games that you cant find in stores anymore. Great place for geeking out.

I love that you can borrow games to play there - its like test driving a game. My friend and I have been wanting to try one and they allowed us to play a round and Im pretty sure they let us stay after closing time. Good service that isnt pushy.

RPG paradise. If you love role playing games of ANY sort this place will appeal to you. Everything from classic DnD to Fate to Dr Who and a hundred others besides! The employees are helpful and friendly and they have card games, classic video systems (like Nintendo), old TV show action figures, and lots of other awesome ways to get your SuperNerd on!

My son and I went in for the first time today and the attendant was very nice and showed us around. He went through the box of $1 comics to make sure my son didnt run into anything inappropriate and found us some kid-friendly stuff. I was very grateful for his time and the kindness he showed us. I wish I had asked his name but I remember he had red hair. Thank you for the great service! My son says everytime he wants to buy a comic, hell go to Heebeegeebeez :D.

Depending on your who is helping you, your experience will vary. I have found lately they have been very helpful, and while their boardgame selection is limited, they are still a great option to stop and look at.I will say, I you are a Magic: The Gathering player, this place should be your number 1 stop.

Clean, well organized little shop with a friendly atmosphere and good selection of comics and DnD related supplies.

Havent learned his name yet, but the guy who runs the Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments, the main guy there, has always been super nice and fun to talk to. Welcoming environment to all, great community of people. If you play Yu-Gi-Oh or any other games, highly recommend checking the place out.

Great group of people, they are good to the little kids if they are learning the games and the tournaments are great learning experiences if you like the games.

I have such mixed feelings about this place. As game and comic stores go, I dont have any complaints. I just wish the culture in general wasnt so incredibly male-dominated. I am almost always the only female at game nights
