After having spoken with customer service I went down to the store and was told a completely different policy. I called the manager on three way with customer service and despite the fact that customer service informed the manager to do one thing he absolutely refused.I do not recommend this store or its manager. The employees are great however the management is horrible one of the reasons I switched from boost mobile..Not only did they completely disregard their corporate customer service they wanted to charge me $65 to do something in store that customer service would do on the phone for free. I cant stress it enough what a horrible experience I had with these people.

I have been a Boost customer for like 15 to 20 years. I just went in to buy the case I looked at when I was there to buy my new Galaxy S8 about a month ago at the same store through my boost-up account. Im a happy Boost family plan customer most of the time. Boost does have some spotty service sometimes...phones will even say Roaming when right beside the store in the city limits. But ya kinda have to out way the pros and cons because IMO they (BOOST) has the best plans with UNLIMITED ~~EVERYTHING~~!! I will Stay a loyal customer for a long time to come as long as things dont change too much in the future. 📱🥰📱

I have been to this store many times in the last year since switching to Boosy Mobile. This location has been fantastic on EVERY visit. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful each visit. The store has been clean and inviting on every visit as well. I truly cant say enough about how helpful the staff was when I switched or when my family/kids broke phones and needed to have them replaced.

Young lady was very helpful and answered all of my questions so that i can make a thorough decision for my next phone purchase!

Called the store to pick up a sim card, then the person in the store went for an hour long break a few minutes before i got there to get it.

Miss Deja is just absolutely wonderful here at Boost Mobile Loganville Im telling you Im 70 years old she went out of her way beyond the Call of Duty 2 help me with my phone start time I been here today I want to say how wonderful she is and what a great asset she is too Boost Mobile I will never go nowhere else and I will highly recommend her she is a winning combination will Boost Mobile thank you so much she is wonderful.

Staff got bossy with regards to an issue

The manager and staff are friendly and the store is clean. The manager seems to be the only one that is knowledgeable of the products and services being sold, but the employees try hard to make you happy for what is is worth. The only problem I had was when I purchased my Xfinity prepaid box from here. In the past, I always just ordered the box online from Xfinity, but decided this time I would save some shipping costs and go to the Boost store. Well, they forgot to give me the 30 days service with it, which in result, caused a lot of time and confusion over the phone with Xfinity before it was resolved.

The employees where a massive help in us getting me and my fiancé’s new phones. This place is great and full of awesome friendly workers.
