This place should not have the Verizon name on it. They have no interest in helping you with problems with devices you already own on the Verizon network. I was told to take the device back where I got it if I needed help with it. I had to drive 10 more miles out of the way to a corporate store and it was a 5 minute fix with them pushing some buttons on my phone to re-activate it. Very misleading and I feel even if I had bought a device from them they would have no interest in supporting it afterwards. I feel if a contractor is supporting the name of company they should have an interest outside of their phone sales. The person I spoke with was pleasant and well dressed, but I feel it is overall terrible customer service.

Although the manger was pleasant to speak to and very knowledgeable about the product. None of the employees were masked. Manager walked up to me to greet me at the door. I inquired about the wearing of the mask and I was told he just forgot to put it on. Although it says on the front door that masks are required for customers. I would’ve thought when I the customer asked about him serving me without the mask, that he would’ve stopped to go put it on. He did not! I’m prompt to assume that this location cares nothing about safety!

Worst way to get a phone/ phone plan. First this is not a Verizon store and Verizon customer service will not help you with the promotions they sell you. Ive been paying for my bogo free phone for 4 months now. Verizon customer service told me I have to go back to the store that only they could assist me with promotions they sell. So I go back to their store and I was told that only the salesman that I worked with last time can access my account. They gave me the dudes cell phone number and told me to call him.Verizon service is inferior to AT&T and T-Mobile and the prices are considerably higher. Oh and their 5G is the exact same speeds as their 4G. Total waste of time and money.

I’ve been to plenty of Verizon corporate locations where the sales reps behave in a predatory manor. Always trying to upsell, and never disclosing all the information in order to get their commission and they pressure you into regrettable contracts. This location as well as other “authorized Verizon dealers” don’t work on commission so they’re prone to being honest about all the bells and whistles involved with different devices and plans. In the past I’ve been to corporate locations to try and lower my bill only to walk out paying $100 more a month with no change in service or device. At this location, I went in paying $100/mo for two phones sharing 10GB/mo. I wanted to switch to a prepaid unlimited plan as in the long run it would come out less every month than what I had. After getting everything set up, the salesmen informed us of the promo on our account allowing us to get unlimited, two new iPhone 12’s(one being a mini) and only pay $135/mo. He made sure to be honest about all aspects of the promo and what our billing cycle would look like for the next few months. He never pressured us and made sure to let us know the prepaid option is available if we want to go that route. We were very satisfied with how we were treated even if we ended up paying $35 more a month for significantly more than we expected:.

Tried to scam me into buying phones that I didn’t need or want. Told me I could use my sons upgrade but the total was so high I told him I didn’t want the phone. He still charged me $50 for a tempered glass screen protector he put on there and said he would do me a FAVOR by not charging me a re-stocking fee. He clearly wanted me to buy the phone I didn’t need so he could benefit. Terrible! Two hours of my time and got charged for it!

Every time i purchase a device or get a phone plan with this store, the employees always steer me wrong. 2 years ago, i had an employee lie to me just to get me to sign with Verizon so she could get commission. She’s done it to a lot of people and they fired her but never fixed my issue. I went back again a few months ago and I’ve been having issues with my bill ever since. Cellular sales employees are headaches. You’re better off going to Best Buy getting your devices because they are a lot more knowledge about the phones and the plans and they won’t lie to you just to get commission.

Im a senior citizen and somewhat technology challanged. I got my first smartphone only a few years ago,and not knowing what I needed purchased a phone with very little internal memory storage. Well this past weekend it started to shut down no matter what steps in took to eliminate apps, files, photos etc...it was done! Monday I went to Verizon in 78 in Loganville and was promptly seen and taken care of by Michael Mouse Gregory. Mouse was very knowledgeable and helped select a replacement phone, transferred data and got me up and running again. I highly recommend this location and Mouse in particular.

The problem with this store is they are not a “corporate store”. So they will charge you 117.48 more thank you need to pay. You can go to a corporate store and get the same service and everything without paying more. Corporate stores you don’t pay for set up and SIM cards. Don’t believe me just call and ask. Save time and money and go to a corporate store same exact everything but no up charge. Verizon is great but these people charge you more for absolutely nothing more.

Sad but true. Never go to the authorized retail store. Go to cooperate instead.They changed my plan without letting us know. They did not put my trade neither my promotion and on top charged $80 just to give them our business.I know it’s about sales but guys come on ‘ greedy total greedy staff. If I don’t want to buy accessories don’t push me hard man. Fine add the dam insurance but don’t charge fees’ change our plans’ forgot to add my promotions and my trade ‘ really? I opened my account not initially realizing that it was not a Corporate store. The computer went down while in the process of completing the transaction. I waited so long (1 1/2 hrs ) I left and came back. I waited some more and finally got it done. About a week later because it was the end of the Month I received a billed and noticed that 80.00 was unaccounted for. I reached out to them, customer service told me that they would get back to me but didnt. I left several message and the person that initially to my order called and said he for got to not that he charged 80.00 a piece for 2 lines. I called again, but no resolution. Fast forward 3 months I get a demand for payment letter for payment but the bill is paid.I now have a ghost account that they cant fix so the situation is ongoing. Check all your info and what ever they are doing because you will be taken if your not careful. I have been to corporate and the store that made the mistake with no resolution. Verizon does have good products but you have to ensure that you are getting what you pay for. The Customer Service polite, but is not knowledgeable how to take care of something when thing go awry. if there another company that has good connections I would be gone Today.

At first the staff is awesome but they make promises that they cannot fulfill. When i called back for said promises they kept giving me the run around and then got nasty by threatening to call the cops on me. I also spent 4 hours for my initial visit and then another 2 hours when they tried to pass me a used phone in the name of a new phone. I will be reporting them to corporate because at least other services were honest and didnt lie to their customers. Hate this store! Beware of being robbed.

We just spent 2 hours at your store in Loganville with Miguel I was having issues with my phone and was a little upset about it. Miguel was very patient and knowledgeable about my phone he showed me all kinds of things on my phone and figured out the problems I was having with it. My husband had a 5S phone and we ended up with him a new phone Miguel stayed past closing time to answer all our questions and make sure we were satisfied customers. So I think the customer service was great. However, i dont like the fact that my bill went up and i wasnt made aware. My salesman CJ did not inform me that the tablet he sold me would have a activation fee and a monthly fee. He made it seem as though i was just getting a tablet. I never write reviews but I thought it was appropriate now. I decided to go to Verizon to get a pixel Xl and switch my number over from T-Mobile. Because it was close to the closing time, I made sure to call in advance to make sure the phone was there. I got to the store and the rep was already very unhelpful, probably because he wanted to leave.He proceeded to tell me that my phone number was not in the system and the number of the primary account holder was not in the system either. This makes no sense because they are valid numbers. I told him multiple times that I was porting my number over but he kept typing it into the Verizon system. Of course the number wouldnt show up as a VERIZON number. It would be a T-Mobile number.He proceeded to say that hes been around the block and he knows how it is. I asked him what he meant and he said that I was trying to commit fraud.I understand not wanting to do an activation that will take a long time like mine would (I know since I work at best buy) but insulting me, degrading me, and labeling me was uncalled for and Im disgusted. Ill probably stay with T-Mobile after this.

This place is like a lawyers office! This sales people are like all dressed in suits and seem very unfriendly ..Also the phones are all non testing models so you cant determine anything about how they sound on calls or the quality of the video and screen quality.I did not like the way the sales person seem to try to lie about the phone as the best over any phone(pixel 3 xl) and that he got an attitude when I said I was not going to just take his word about the phone without testing it first to see if it was what I liked.
