Rep helping another customer was wayyyyy too loud with non t mobile related dialogue. Its nice to converse with customers but difficult for the next Rep who happens to share the 7 foot counter to have a phone conversation to help additional customers. Quite unprofessional.

I just want to thank Carlos (I think that was his name?) from this location for helping me get a new phone. I dropped my phone, and I thought I lost all of the pictures of my mom (who just passed away). He talked me through how to transfer the files from my old phone to my new phone using a PC. Thank you!!!!

Terrible experience. Walked in and both the representatives were assisting other customers and one of them approached me to sign me in. Took my name, reason why I was there today and told me it would be just a minute. No problem so far. Waited around patiently 35 minutes looking around at different phones and accessories. Still no problem. Then, a different employee walked up front from the back of the store, who I hadn’t seen before, and immediately walks towards me and says “sir do you have a mask?” I responded, “no? I’ve been here 35 minutes and even signed in with this other employee with no talk about needing a mask? Now all of a sudden I need one?” What a joke. The guy was a total tool.

I went in today with an unusual issue that will be resolved by T-Mobile sending me a new phone, but the exceptional troubleshooting performed by Darin made it all worthwhile. I have never seen the competence on display that he showed. He is truly a professional at his craft. Customer service like this is a very rare commodity.

I went into the store to add a line of service to my account. All went well with that, and the guy was very helpful in his work. Changing a number from another service provider. Knew what he was doing!!!But he lied to me about Free phone!! while I was adding, Told me I had a free phone for getting new service and adding a line. needless to say. I HAVE A FREE NEW LINE. Always a catch on their promotions.. Make sure that the Days are among the service change before you accept

Do not recommend. Says open at 10am i came at 10:20am there was this guy sitting on his phone clearly he works here cause hes in uniform. Still didnt open. Since i was there 3 people have tried to open as well and nothing. Apart from that the guy who was sitting down COMPLETELY unprofessional. Soon as i pointed at the sign that says open at 10am he started getting a attitude saying god knowns what behind that door. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE .

The 4 stars are from me. I went into the store to find out why my phone wasnt working. Staff very helpful. My husband called customer service and they were NO help. So he gives the phone help 1 star.

I was in the hospital due to unexpected neck surgergy. I always pay my bill on time. I paid my T-Mobile bill while in the hospital. I closed my account 22 days within the month. T-Mobile sends me a bill stating I owe them $75 dollars. Corporate couldnt look up my account because I didnt remember my PIN number. They told me I needed to walk in to a T-Mobile store to clear up my account. Remember I just had neck surgery so for me to walk I was in excruciating pain and the chairs they had did not have a back to them so I was sitting in the T-Mobile store in pain. Then when I talk to the customer service person at corporate she stated some adjustments were made to my account because I didnt use their services for the full month. She told me the bill was $30. I requested a receipt from the T-Mobile store but I was told they couldnt give it to me. I wanted documentation of the adjustments for my records. She told me I would get a final bill. This was after I had talked to another corporate person November 9th. On November 23rd I get a letter from a collection agency on the behalf of TMobile stating there trying to collect a debt of $30. I havent received the final paperwork of my services yet from T-Mobile . When I called corporate again they stated they needed to wait for the cycle to End. If thats the case then, the collection agency shouldnt have sent me anything till after the cycle ended. I would not use T-Mobile. They are a horrible company. For me to go through this horrible experience after going through life-threatening major surgery, in addition to me being a good customer and paying my bill on time, just shows you how THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! USE ANOTHER PHONE SERVICE.

I love this store! Everytime I have been there I have been greeted when entered the store and the customer service is amazing! The manager Andrew is very knowledgeable and patient, that is much needed with someone like me! Just little things that I should be able to figure out, he will simply fix and always with smile.

Carlos was the best rep I have had dealing with T-mobile. Granted the service took over an hour to upgrade my phone but considering the store was really busy, every employee handled it well, under pressure and things ran smoothly. Normally I would complain about waiting that long but between Carlos and Andrew I barely noticed the time and enjoyed my experience. I laughed the entire time. Great service!!!!!!

Great experience at this location. Thanks to Carlos McDaniel for handling our complex issue correctly and professionally. Wouldn’t go to any other T-Mobile location. My only suggestion would be to have more staff available on Saturday because there are a lot of customers.

Every time I come into this store I receive terrible customer service. The team often over promises and under delivers. The team has low morale and seems to hate their job. When I told one of the associates I was going to call t-mobile about his terrible attitude he actually laughed. What kind of operation this manager is running I cant figure out. The one thing I did figure out is I wont be back. I dont need the stress.

The service here is not the greatest. It seems like you’re being rushed and the worker is trying to handle you and other people at the same time. Especially because they might not find your request as significant. Keep in mind I’m transferring from Verizon business account. Poala didn’t know how to do a port out. She seemed uncertain about what she was doing.wanted me to set up my phone myself without asking me if I knew how to do it. I didn’t feel comfortable because the interaction started off rocky. I told her I wanted to do it here. Than asked me if I was upset when I decided to do it myself.She didn’t ask me if I had a trade in or received a shipping label until her co worker acknowledged it LOL. It almost seemed like I was a bother. Just an awkward interaction overall.🚨Update so after she went to the back her co workers told me that because she’s not making a sale from our interaction she wanted me to set it up myself lol.
