Yesterday afternoon I inadvertently locked my keys in the car at Racetrack. Molly, the customer service associate, stepped up to the plate and helped me call the police department. Without her help, I might have been stranded there for hours. Molly was so kind and helpful. In addition to good gas, Racetrack give good service.

Stop yesterday afternoon on my way back home to Athens and purchased two slices of pizza and and two fountain drinks. The drinks were fine however as you can see in the photos the pizzas were not done. 🙄😕☹

Good location. Clean and spacious! Checkout could be better or faster. Staff seems nice enough with the minimal interaction. I’d recommend this racetrack for your snack needs!

To the people with an issue their door being locked at night it a combination of staffing issues and the fact that another location an employee was killed at which has lead them to no longer allow single enployee to allow in side business. I know this because the employee at the other store was a good friend of mine when i worked across the street from that store.

I have been to this store at 2am 3am 4am 5am and now here I sit at 6am and the door is lockedIt wouldn’t be that big of a deal to me but the employee’s are laughing and dancing around inside like children.I haven’t noticed anything being cleaned or any merchandise being stocked.Bad business QT here I come

Great whole pizza! $7.99 per pie. Food center a little difficult in getting service without hunting someone down. Offerings board would be useful to communicate food available; should take a lead from QT in that respect. Always clean, well lighted and plenty of pumps.

Great customer service, free ice cream for kids 12 and under until July 31, 2018, and the best crushed ice in town!!

This is no QT. They don’t know how to work the register. Management needs training. Poorly run location.

THIS LOCATION NEVER HAS CHICKEN EMPRANADAS, AND WHEN THEY DO THEYRE UNDERCOOKED

Ive been to this location numerous of times and I love it there. Especially the gentlemen named Tony. 😊 Hes amazing and VERY professional! P.S. the ice cream is awesome.

Great service and gas prices fountain drinks are fine. Food is barely edible would not eat unless youre literally starving. But as far as it being just a gas station goes its pretty great.

Great addition to Loganville and a nice facility. But the manager should speak with the front attendants who, on more than one occasion, I have heard complaining about other staff (loudly) to each other and to actual customers. There is one young, short, African-American gentleman there who is *incredibly* professional (I wish I caught his name), but two ladies I see there most of the time should learn how to conduct themselves more appropriately in front of customers and fellow staff.

Best RaceTrac I ever been too. Make your own ice cream cones. Yes they have Ive cream machines and tasteful toppings. Hot food and a sub center. Clean public restrooms, friendly staff.

This store is not 24 hrs the pumps are 24 hrs but the store is not.I went to go get the receipt after i finished pumping due to the printer being broken on pump 9 and the store was locked and an employee inside with the lights on.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful store manager. I am a vendor and a customer and every time i enter the store the manager is very disrespectful twords me and multiple other vendors entering the store. I use to buy my breakfast here but i will no longer support a store that allows there vendors to be talked to like a peice of trash by a store manager.

Fast, friendly service. Inexpensive gas. A really good car wash next door.

Racetrac is head and shoulders above everyone else when it comes to the interior of their buildings. They have a very modern look and feel. Almost too many choices. You can really loose time in their looking around. I love this place

I love RaceTrac, and this one is as clean and pleasant as I expect RaceTrac to be. But Ive been here twice for Yogurt (My whole reason for going in the first place) and both times the vanilla yogurt had gone bad. The first time there was no chocolate syrup and the woman behind the counter said she wasnt going to pay for a warmer for the syrup so they didnt have any. So I had sour yogurt and didnt even have chocolate to try to cover that faint off flavor. The yogurt is still edible - but not in the least pleasant.

Price of coffee refills increased--no problem but they discontinued the individual packets of creamer and No Almond creamer. Not good for those who cannot tolerate dairy. Powdered creamers not good for you. If health conscious not a good fit.

Not open 24-7

Employees are nice but very nasty place. The frozen yogurt bar is always disgusting. They dont keep it up, always out of toppings and the toppings are either soggy or too hard to even get out with the spoon. Also, there are always shady people hanging out around there. I dont feel safe there at night.

Always smiling faces and line moved quickly. Clean store including thr bathrooms. Very welcoming and helpful employees.

Seems that the staff forget to dump the trashcan by the pumps, they always seem to have bees and flies flying around them, and to clean and refresh coffee machines and supplies ☹

Staff needs to work on professionalism and not have side convos while with customers.

Super clean and the workers are fast and courteous. They have a frozen yogurt bar that is amazing!

The relief manager Oye (according to name tag) very cold and nasty. Was not at the register at first and then when he came he displayed “I do not want to be here.”. Once finish transaction he literally threw me my change without a thank you.

I generally get good customer service at this race trac as I normally do at all race trac. That is why I generally go out my way at time to shop at race trac. But of all time on independent day after having a great day, it had to turn sour because of the 3rd shift manager Kyle. I’ve never in my life experience such incompetence. I made a medium coffee, got a large regular soda drink container, and filled it up with ice, then poured the medium coffee over the ice. Now tell me how that turned into a large coffee. I explained that to Kyle but instead of understanding what I’m saying to him, he chose to escalate the simple situation by taking the drink from me then treated me to call the cops on me. If felt so disrespected I was lost for words. No customer should ever fell that way. If I would’ve did that at my job I would’ve been terminated. I hope nobody has to experience that again.

Never had any problems here. Perfect for a quick fill up or a quick snack.

Walking in with high hopes, I was very disappointed when I discovered there was only one employee in the whole facility. As I walked into the bathroom, I was shocked when I saw a roach type creature on a hand dryer. The bathroom reeked of a horrible smell and it was very bothering. Traumatized, I walked to get myself a drink, and to my suprise, the cappuccino machine seemed to be under repair! I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend stopping here and I certainly will not be doing so. Racetrac, so disappointed.

Never had a bad experience until 2 day. Seems as if the black customers are to go ahead of the white customers as long as the typical black employees are working. Pathetic! I left my would-be purchases on the counter and walked out

No service at food counter and everything is dirty. Old food stains everywhere. Nasty!
