This is the worse CVS I have ever visited. They seem disorganized or maybe understaffed. I just transferred from another CVS location and so far, each time I have filled my Rxs at this location, there has been some sort of mishap. The pharmacy employees are friendly but the service can be slow & mediocre compared to other CVS locations. As for the drive-thru window, its completely useless. Please....do better!
Called multiple times to see if my prescription was submitted to the doctor. Assured multiple times that it was. Called my doctor and they never received any request. Service is incredibly rude. Long wait times with no consideration of customer’s waiting. I love being the customer and being treated like an inconvenience
The employees at this place are really trying to cope with the work overload from covid vaccines and testing and constant transfers from other pharmacies. You can really tell they are swamped. But they are trying. Always nice and courteous when they have helped me. And they do everything they can to help as much as they can. People should be patient!
Customer service sucks! I had to use the restroom very badly and almost wet my pants because the lady who works there did not show me where the restroom was and then just told me to go down isle 18. To make matters worse, she verbally told me the password to the restroom. Why is your bathroom so dirty and locked by a password? Why won’t your associates do better and just show us where the bathroom is and instead of telling me the password verbally, just help me unlock it!!?? You need to step up your game before someone who really has to use your restroom pees on the floor!!!!
This has to be the worst CVS there is. Don’t call the pharmacy because they won’t answer. After 15 minutes on hold, you ask a question only to have someone yell at you, ask to speak to manager and they’re too busy to speak to you. I wish my insurance didn’t use this place. I might drive to Monroe to get my prescriptions from now on. This pharmacy is terrible.
So Ive been blaming my drs office, but they send over meds and this pharmacy says they either didnt receive anything or theyre out. Always an excuse. Im typically pretty laid back, but whoever I waited on hold to speak to for 15 minutes was extremely rude and awful. Ive had enough of this location. Trying Conyers or Monroe to not be spoken to like that again.
The drive Thur is ridiculous they need two to three people working drive through. Need one for drop off need one for pickup and you need one to ring it up.. I hate coming to there drive through
The pharmacy is horrible. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SLOW...MOLASSES SLOE.W. Watched them pick up the phone..put a customer ON HOLD...take 15..yes 15 customers and never looked at the phone again. Really? THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS. Theyball have an attitude as if you were bothering them...cvs needs to do better. Im taking my scripts to walnart. Cheaper and friendlier...Definitely FASTER. Chose any other store but this one. Hassle
My husband went to pick up a prescription that was sent over by his doctor, got there and was told they hadn’t received it. Fine, that happens; calls his doctor’s office to find out it had been sent over and received...then waited over an hour only to get home to have me realize that the pills he was given didn’t match the description on the bottle. I called and let them know and was told that I was right, he was given the wrong dosage! Twice the amount he was prescribed by his doctor! They asked me to come back, I went in this time and had started out talking with the tech only to have the pharmacist swoop in and proceed to blame everything on the doctor and someone else with the same first name?? She then told me “when the doctor called the prescription in this morning...” to which I replied he was just at the doctor at 2 pm and was never at the doctor this morning!....I’ve been using CVS pharmacy for my own medications for years and will be going somewhere else. (I’ve had issues with customer service across the board from CVS pharmacies, but never anything this bad!) Never once did the pharmacist admit that giving my husband twice the dose he was prescribed could’ve ended badly!
Convenience location for my needs
2 months in a row now...my daughter’s prescription price was doubled. They refused to accept GoodRX, since they “already ran it through our insurance”, but insisted I needed to come in to use it...and it would be an additional 30 minutes wait...after already waiting 30 minutes. This month, they had received and accepted her prescription on the 7th of May, but when I came to get the prescription on the 17th, they said they hadn’t received anything I needed to contact my doctor. Called the doctor only to find out it was accepted and they had received it 10 days earlier. The girl in the window is extremely rude. I would not have gone back if our doctor hadn’t already sent the script over there. Incredibly rude service and the pharmacist is just as rude. I never had any issues previously with the old staff, and they would take the GoodRX coupon while in the drive-thru. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and to do the right thing for the customer. Both times now her prescription has cost me double Bc of their refusal to use GoodRX.
Called the store at 12:42 PM to inquire about a certain product that CVS is supposed to be and is known for carrying. I waited for the “customer service” representative to answer and I asked one simple question they answered in a one word reply and abruptly hung up. i’m sorry you’re miserable at your job but you still need to be decent to customers.
The customer service here is horrible.. Pharmacist on 2 different days and 2 different pharmacists were extremely rude to my husband. They kept telling there was an issue with his insurance. He called Express Scripts and they said the pharmacy had not entered the info correctly. They refused to call Express Scripts because they said they were too busy. I called and spoke to someone as he had to go to work. I was told the prescription would be ready at 6:00 on Thursday evening. It wasnt. He went on Friday and had to wait over 45 minutes to get it. I was told they used floating pharmacists. I would not recommend going to CVS. If they use floaters here, then they use them at all stores. Go somewhere else. Loganville transferred prescription to Grayson without even notifying us of the transfer. Stay away from CVS Pharmacy.
Pharmacy technician that answers the phone needs some training classroom AND home training!! Go anywhere but here they will mess up your scripts then tell you to call the dr and fix their mistake
Hannah is the best! She got me coupon for my prescription without me even asking and split the price in half! Now that’s some good customer service :) love my pharmacy!
I set up an appointment to the Corina virus, the pharmacy Technician was very friendly she explain very well the steps to how to do the test through the drive through. Excellent Customer Service thumps up.
Worst pharmacy to ever have to deal with. I would not go here if I wasnt forced by my insurance. Smh these people are horrid.
This pharmacy sick drove hour on Wednesday to be told medicine wouldnt be in until Friday because they wont tell you anything overy the phone. Then arrived Friday evening only to be told they must call doctor to verify prescription of course doctor office was closed. They said my prescription had call to verify on it but it clearly didnt. Then days later when they called to verify they said that they dont fill my doctors prescriptions didnt yall see his name day one and could have said that had me driving an hour away from home on multiple days since it has to be filled within a 30 mile radius if my doctors office. This store is full of it. Ive never had such problems anywhere else even CVS. Terrible customer service.
Im not one to leave negativity, but rudest lady in the pharmacy Ive ever encountered on the phone. The manager needs to look into this.
Dont get your covid-19 test done here. They make you administer it to your self, then it took 3 days to get a result, then in the Mychart app under lab results it said I was positive but under the covid-19 icon it said I was negative. So frustrating, and I cant find anything where I can call and ask which is the correct result. Ill never use minute clinic again.
No matter when you come, no matter how many cars in drive thru it takes forever here, go inside there’s multiple people working but no one assisting window. So frustrating so you wait even longer.
This is a amazing place where I get my beanie boos amazing lots of stuff come to this place!
I can honestly say this is the worse CVS ever. I have never had an issue with CVS and I always thought they have the best personalized customer service. It literally takes this store several hours to prepare my prescription. It has not been one time that I have been able to call my prescription in and it be ready within the hour at best. I am talking about all day to pick up my prescription and the customer service and fact they have a very no care attitude makes it even worse. I am seriously considering taking my business as well as informing my family about this store.
The service over all is middle of the road. There are a few good employee I try to favor but its can be frustrating. One time they had an issue calling Wallgreens across the street. I ended up trouble shooting the phone system because they just too busy to be bothered.I spent at least an 1/2 hour walking back and forth between the stores. Their answer was for me to come back the next buisness day and maybe it self resolve.I was getting Antibiotics.
Pharmacy would not fill my full prescription because it was more than a three month amount. My doctor thinks the prescription she wrote is fine. The pharmacy should not be able to undercut my doctor.
I went in to pick up photos that I had ordered online. I was immediately greeted by Sherman, who I believe to be the store manager. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular; I told him that I was picking up photos and he politely guided me to an associate who began to assist me. Upon reviewing the photos, I noticed that there were a couple of them that had significant portions cut off. Sherman overheard my disappointment in this and immediately came over to make it right. Not only did he re-format and re-print the specified photos free of charge, but he also gave me a discount on my entire order for the inconvenience. He was also very patient as I scrolled through the thousands of photos on my phone, in search of the two that did not print properly. He is awesome and I am very grateful to have dealt with someone like him today. Because of him, I will be a returning customer and I will spread the word to others. Great customer service is not found everywhere, but it definitely is at the CVS in Loganville. Thank you Sherman!!
Argued with me that I never had my sons RX for his inhaler there 🤦🏼♀️ bc I dont know where I pick up my own kids RX. Funny bc last month I had to call back bc when I got home open the bag they gave me FLONASE instead of FLOWEVNT how do u get a nasel spray confused with an inhaler 🤯. They also called me saying they couldnt fill the RX for my 5month old eczema cream bc it was too expensive and insurance wouldnt pay for it. So u just assume I wouldnt pay out of pocket? If my children need RX the $ to me is not i at that point. Not the pharmacys place to make that decision for me. They also just decided to get a steroid on their own to grayson bc they didnt have it. Instead of asking me where to send it.
Consistently bad service from the minute clinic. Wait times are ridiculous and then within 30 minutes of lunch they stop seeing patients only to add an hour and half to the already 2 hour wait. This will be the last time we use this location for service!
Staff is very helpful and super nice!
Got my meds refilled quicker than I thought. Pharmacist very professional and efficient.
Great customer service!
This store (at least, the pharmacy) is absolutely horrible. Twice now they have had an issue with billing my insurance for a medication, but not bothered to let me know about it. Both times I had no idea there was a problem until I was out of the medicine. My doctor had called in a refill 5 days earlier, but CVS didnt fill it and didnt contact me to let me know about the issue. I went without my medication for several days because of them, and they were extremely rude every time I called trying to get the issue resolved. I dont understand why its so difficult for them to do something as simple as make a phone call. Unfortunately my insurance requires that I use CVS for recurring prescriptions, or I would stay as far away from them as I could.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Im not familiar with the pharmacy though.
This CVS pharmacy is awful !!!Some of the staff have rotten attitudes and it takes forever to get a prescription filled. But the front of this store is very nice, helpful and friendly.
Absolutely the slowest pharmacy. The drive thru will literally take 3 times as long as the slowest drive thru you have ever been in. Do not be in a hurry because they will kill whatever time you think you had. The people are really nice but the slow times make it unbearable to see the drive thru.
Dr office faxed in RX and they stated they never got it. Then dropped off my childs amox. at 3:30 today and went to pick it up at 6:30 and they stated we dont have it. They did not call or do anything to give me a heads up or try and fix the issue. I had to push them to call other CVSs to see what they can do. Unacceptable and this isnt the only issue Ive encountered with them. I will say I have had pleasant trips here but overall not happy. The sad part is like most places the workers do not care.
Great place with Great People! I was at the drive through, two days ago, after a visit with Dr. George Groff. Been sick with a bad cough. Had to get out of my truck two car lengths later due to getting very sick. The ladies ran out, helped me, asked if I needed 911, then ran back in to get the script filled so I could take the meds. Longer story, but all turned out well, thanks to the CVS folks in Loganville. Thanks again. When I get the nemes again, I will post, or CVS can put them in.
Medications are not always ready for pick up as promised requiring an additional trip to pick up later. Very inconvenient
This was my goto pharmacy for over 10 years. But, the pharmacy stopped being 24hr. So, Im now using Kroger Pharmacy just down the street - which is 24hr.
I came here after I got in a bike accident; it was really late at night and my family needed to buy a lot of supplies. This place was the place to go.
Great service.
I would say the customer service is bad but that would imply that they even have customer service. Ill stick with Kroger. Totally wasted trip.
