Made an appointment, showed up and a glitch in the system didn’t register my appointment. The guys were able to fit me in and still get me out with a minimal wait. Josh and the guys always are professional and customer oriented. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else for my tire needs and oil changes.

I appreciate the flat fixed free policy. My car was taken in between scheduled appointments and was repaired promptly. When I arrived home, I needed to use a wet wipe to clean the key, shifter, steering wheel, and a few grease spots on the inner door panel and interior trim. Not bad for free service.

The Lompoc Big Brand has provided good products and service to me and my family and friends for years. Everything from flat repairs to new tires, wheel alignment, suspension and steering adjustments- you name it. Also full service oil changes for three of my vehicles, three of my sisters and two of my mothers cars, as well as my nieces car and my sons truck.We ALL are satisfied customers.

The wifes side wall blew out on Saturday. They asked my to drop it off Sunday morning because they were nearly closed and we already had the spare on. Sunday (normally their slow day) they had a full schedule and 5 people in line before the doors opened - myself included. He said itd be ready for pick-up by the end of the day. They called before noon saying its ready. Everyone was polite and helpful.Recommend

I’ve been taking my all-wheel drive vehicle to them since about 2017. They are friendly and helpful. They handle my car’s tires but also my oil changes, filters, belts, breaks, etc. They are so much easier to work with then the service centers at the car dealership. It’s easy to make an appointment but they have also helped me when I didn’t have an appointment.

I needed an oil change. They are the only place I trust!! Always fast friendly service!! I recommend them to everyone!!

The staff at Big Brand Tire were professional and friendly. The let me know it advance the wait to fix my tire would be 60-90 minutes. There is plenty of restaurants nearby so kill time while I waited. My tire was fixed within the timeframe they told me. They were very easy to work with and I would definitely return to them in the future.

BIG BRAND TIRE in Lompoc is great! Josh and their team of mechanics identified the problem with my car right away. I got it fixed and am back on the road with very little time lost. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and competent technicians. Scheduling an appointment does not mean your vehicle will be serviced on or close to the scheduled appointment time. If waiting on-site plan on bringing a book or lap top, or better yet take a short walk to nearby stores.

I thought I liked this place until I found out how they use front wheel alignment to scam people out of $100. Plus they will use full synthetic oil without asking. I sent my wife in with our 3month old child for a routine oil change that got upcharged to $177. Called their offices and the just promised to call back but nothing. This place is a scam.

They fix my flat tire and did a good job realigning my tires too. Our truck now runs smoother. It’s tires can go longer mileage before it’s due for change

Best place in Lompoc to have anything done with tires and oil. Ive done business with them for years and never been dissatisfied.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. My car had notified me of needing service, but had no check engine light or other issues upon dropping off. At pickup, my check engine light is on, and my AC no longer activates. Even the fan blower wont turn on. I asked several employees and managers for help with this issue and was dismissed several times. Looking forward to my drive back to Phoenix without AC. Thanks Big Brand!Also masks off all over the place. Saw a lot of ugly noses and beards.

Although the oil change was technically done there was an issue with an inability to change my oil filter and oil spilled in my engine which smelled while driving and puddled the bottom of my engine compartment as shown also getting some on my serpentine belt . I’ve gone to big brand for years and although I’ve never quite had this bad of an experience I’d be lying if I said this was my first issue with work done on my vehicles in the past this is just my first time I felt the need to review. Unfortunately this was the last straw for me and I will no longer be a big brand customer

Horrible service. It took them 4 hours to do a free alignment check n tire rotation. I also asked them to fix my bummer. None of this was done. Except an alignment check. When I called they put me on hold twice for ten minutes before I hung up. They also didnt call me when they were done just left it sitting there l. Even tho I told the guy I was leaving on a road trip. Honestly, it was Waste of time n really annoying.

Efficient work with a good selection of tires with warranties. Be sure to have your tires rotated in a timely manner in order to utilize the warranty. Management seems to care about customer satisfaction.

Don’t recommend this place at all. came in for an oil change. 1.5 hours after having my car Ive heard nothing from them so I call. They say the car is done but are trying to upsell. I said “all I wanted was an oil change. is my car ready?”we get there to pick up the car and BAM check engine light is on. it wasn’t on before......our air conditioner doesn’t work at all either.we immediately went back asking what they had done. they claimed the check engine light was on when they got it-this is false, I dropped the car off myself and it DID NOT have the light on. my air conditioner was also working perfectly when it was given to them.The service manager was very rude when we were speaking to him and gave us nothing.We have called the customer service line and are waiting for further steps from them.A $55 oil change shouldn’t turn into a massive AC problem.

My first ever experience with this company was nothing short of wonderful. Not only did they repair 2 of my tires at zero cost to me, they did it quickly and with phenomenal customer service. I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out so thrilled I could hardly believe it. The shop was spotless, the staff kind, efficient and knowledgeable and the work was impeccable. Did I mention it was free?! Kudos to you, Big Brand. I will be back for sure and more than willing to pay for services.

They said I needed an alignment done on my car so I gave the go ahead only to get the paperwork after and it showed that it didnt need one. They also charged me for synthetic oil when I made an appointment for a regular oil change. This business is shady!

Top notch service ordered My General Grabber AT/X 35 12.50 R15 they said it would take 7 days to get them in . It only took 4 they set me up an appointment for Wednesday at 10 A.M I dropped off my Jeep on Tuesday Morning because I had to be somewhere on Wednesday morning. I did not need the Jeep I was planning on using my other Vehicle. And to my surprise they called me Tuesday evening and they had it done !. You cant beat service like that anywhere period ! I had a possible flat tire and went there to get it evaluated. They called me back in a timely manner to tell me I unfortunately needed a repair but since I had a warranty on my tires it was covered so they were able to place a new tire on it that same day. Very professional and thorough.

In these unprecedented times Ive found that Big Brand provides convenient & timely service at a fair price. I dropped off my car for an oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation & balance at 8 am. Got the call that it was ready at 10:30 am!

New coopers on an old 58. Service was good and they were courteous. The job was quick and a fair price. You get what you pay for. Will get tires here again.

Things went smooth for the most part I paid extra 20 to have them check the suspension which im pretty sure no one did because the noise was never diagnosed as requested. Reps where great but the ball was definitely dropped somewhere including the 2 usable tires I requested to keep that I never got. Spent $1,100 and I had a quarter of my questions where answered the rest everyone looking at each other.

Great service, check out the online discounts. After checking with other locals Big Brand gave me the best price out the door and since my area is full of road hazzards (nails etc) their road hazzard insurance is worth getting.

Well drove over an hour for an appointment at 2pm, just to be told a 10-20minute inspection will take 2 hours or more, Ive never used Big brand before and wont be returning.

I have been going to this Big Brand for over 15 years. I always have excellent service. The individuals who have been there the longest know me by name as well which adds a very personal touch. They always have coupons online and charge fair prices. They are busy due to their popularity. However they do work with you and give you realistic time frames on their services. As expected weekends are their busiest times. I recommend scheduling appointments at least a week before. If you just do a drop off with no appointment on the weekends plan on the vehicle being there half of the day at least. 👍

Had an oil change done on my Saturn l300 today. My car runs great. Told the technician to leave a quart low and add the Lucas oil treatment to it. I dropped it off at 1 pm and got a call an hour later saying the the housing for the oil filter broke and that I needed a new one and that they could have one there at 4:30pm. Great no problem loved the communication. At 4:40 they called and said my car was ready, awesome so I went and picked it up. Drove it to the Circle k on H street which is maybe 2 blocks away got gas and headed home to the village. 3 mile down the road my car start spewing smoke out the back and under the hood, and engine was stuttering, so I pulled over and immediately called Big brand back and told them what was going on. They were very friendly and said they would have someone out there to help me which was awesome didnt want to drive my car and cause further damage. After the car had set for like 45 minutes waiting on them to arrive I decided to check the oil level. The oil was measuring over the full line on a cooled engine. So when the technician got there I showed him and he said that is usually where we fill it to. Im not stupid all the signs were from overfilled oil. They did tow my car back to the shop where he said he would look my car over. Just waiting to see if they are going to fix it completely or say it was another problem that wasnt caused by overfilling the oil.
