I had the same experience as others are complaining.. I was harassed and followed through the store by the young woman of color, I was already grabbing what I needed when she came closer to tell me that I needed to go back to leave my purse at the front, claiming that is a policy to leave big bags and backpacks at the register, but I was NOT carrying a backpack or a big bag, i was carrying a big purse where I have my wallet and work supplies that are valuable and Im sure that if something would of happened to my purse the store wouldnt paid for it.. I understand stores policies and also understand she was doing her job but that woman needs to get of her high horse and treat customers with dignity and respect.. not everybody that comes to your store comes to steal.. also I would like to mention that I have seen the way she denies service to customers who look homeless without any reason, I will repeat again not everyone comes to your store to steal and as a customer I understand that any business has the right to refuse service to anybody but if youre reading this miss, be humble, there are people who are starving and when they have $1 they depend on dollar stores to buy a hot pocket.. stop looking down to people based on their appearance!! You need Jesus in your heart.

I went to go grocery shopping and I got stopped by dollar tree employee and the sign on door that says take backpack leave at register. I have important things for my kids in my backpack how do I know someone will grab my backpack and steal it from register ! Yes Im a Karen so what!!! I dont care!!! This shouldnt be a rule. Other stores dont do this!! This rule needs to stop now!! I wont get harrassment!! I will record any employees and put on YouTube, watch me!!

The person working there were being very disrespectful and telling me to wear a different mask than the one that I had on.

I love shopping at the dollar tree...but the parking closest to the store smells of feces and the sidewalk/entrance smells very very strongly if urine. If this continues I think I will stop shopping there😒

I am in this store on a regular, I am on a fixed income and I was surprised at how much household supplies I can get for 1$ its a good th iui ng we have this s as ore in Lompoc California.

Prices on some items good. Merchandise often disappointing. Todays cashier (1/9) was excellent. I wish all of them were the same. Have frequently encountered discrimination based on disability and refusal of ADA assist.

Best place in Lompoc to find inexpensive craft items.

There were only like 10 shoppers and 4 or 5 employees and only one cashier until the line was all the way to the back another cashier came up. Store is ok could be more organized and clean. The biggest issues is the long lines and waiting time to pay.

Store was well stocked with holiday merchandise as well as everyday items. Checkout line went pretty fast. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Dollars tree didnt bag all of my items this is the second time they have done this to me ... guess thats how they keep the prices so low. I will be going to 99 cent store from now on.

Horrible customer service, long lines while the employees stand around and chat. The store could be better organized and I hate the carpet in there, it probably has never been cleaned

Bought some gardening supplies for almost NO MONEY.

I was Surprised to see how many different items you can purchase for a dollar. They have some name brands but mostly generic.If you need food, snacks, frozen ice cream or cleaning supplies. They have much more, now if youre looking for quality, its not top grade and somethings are cheap and not worth it. But I will return and shop.Finally, the employees who were working seemed pleasant.

It can be better better stuff more like womens underwears underground Meats stuff that people need to put on and stuff for like clothing thats the main thing but other than that more makeup more like body piercings stuff for men little kids socks other kind of workout workup exercise stuff what different type of glasses sunglasses more clothing like for men and women and children more hair different hair dyes shoes sandals beanies scarves
