If I could give this place zero stars I would. I arrived to find the manger smoking cigarettes out back! With a line of people in front. Yuck!!!! Incredible! There goes the $16 an hour you’re paying him. Paying him to smoke. Sigh…. Then I realized many things, starting with their customer service,,, awful! I tried to return a heating pad and another item I purchased online with a digital receipt. the manager by the name of Al stated that he could only give me a store credit and that he could not give me my money back or put the money back on my card because the digital receipt didn’t have a barcode! HUH??? Idc I paid cash. On my debit card! he didn’t try to help me he wasn’t nice about it he didn’t even care I still am out money I have also contacted CVS headquarters. A total joke. This is why I only shopAt Walgreens. Fire the mediocre manager Al and retrain all these employees. The doors are filthy! Which was, second thing I noticed, if Al couldn’t help me with the return he should’ve been cleaning and scrubbing that whole store and the windows and the entrance doors ? (A mess) instead the manager was polluting my airspace in and around CVS with cigs! I can’t. Windows — they are disgusting! And Employees are less than mediocre. I mean the place looks Very unsanitary especially during this pandemic. Stay away! !

While an employee I was repeatedly admonished for just throwing out pay stubs in common trash (see managers Kim Dolan and Kate Mason). Employees have a legal right to discuss their pay.

They have a huge sign saying walk ins welcome for vaccines, yet they require appointments. Also, the farmacy is disgusting. People stand at the check out coughing all over the pin pad and they dont do anything to clean before the next customer.

They have gone way above for me .My Dr. had been on vacation and i ran out of bp meds.The pharmacy gave me emergency doses until my Dr. cane back . Thank you
