Mr Bob and his son came by in record time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. They repaired the door very quickly, new springs and a lube job. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. Doug from Gulfport

I was disappointed on how Bob communicated with me. I called him Saturday morning because my neighbor recommended him and he was going to be in the area at his house that day. Bob told me he only had two or 3 in front of me that were important situations which was find, but he told me he would be in my area and definitely make that afternoon. I was amazed at this point, but Bob let me down. I tried to call Bob back around 4 that afternoon, he forward my call, which was find but he never called me back that day. Sunday morning he did call back and told me he would be able to get me in Monday for sure they been backed up. I said ok that will work. I’m a little frustrated at this point, but understanding. Today which is Monday nothing from Bob I call him about 1pm, he answers and tells me he definitely will have someone here before end of day. I tell him thank you. I get a call back from Bob at 3 telling me they won’t make it because the guy’s back was hurting and went home. At this point I’m upset and told Bob this is the second time you said you would deliver and didn’t. His response is there is other people with bigger issues then yours, you can go find someone else if you want. My best advice to you Bob is don’t promise anything if you can’t deliver or I wouldn’t be leaving you a bad review and learn to be more organized. I will take my business somewhere else. Thank you.

Called and he was here within hour and my springs were both replaced for fair price. Very professional and worked around tile pallets right under door. Thanks

We had a spring break on Friday night. I call Mr. Bob first thing Monday morning. It wasnt any emergency but he had me all fixed up Tuesday before lunch. His service tech Eric was on time and got the repair done quickly. Thank you very much.

Returned home from a trip on a Saturday at 3:00 and door broke. Holiday weekend. Found this local company on internet and called and left message. Owner promptly returned call and came out Sunday morning and repaired. Fee was appropriate and service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend!
